I have to say that after a poor experience we had at a Wendy's in the small quaint town of Pendleton, Oregon I was delightfully surprised at the quality and service at this particular establishment. I'm the touring manager for a pretty important band, and although I have contracts and obligations that keep me from naming this band, and although the opinions I express aren't always the same as the band's I can confidently say that everyone on the team was extremely underwhelmed with the food we received while on the road. So much so that the band themselves refused to choose to eat at any Wendy's on future tours. I am happy to announce that after today this is no longer the case! This Wendy's really shows it's devotion to the brand and every employee here is a team player. The chicken, which was the Achilles heal of Pendleton, was delicious in SLC and really brought me back to the 90s golden age of fast food when I used to run a tight crew of restaurant chains I had invested in. I think about that crew often and wonder where they all are now, but if they were still in the food industry they would be proud to work at such an establishment. 1st time I ever done the order online app and was humiliated by the person that was doing the drive-through. Hurt my feelings really. made me feel really stupid. Pulled up to the drive thru intercom, said " I made an online order" they didnt bother to turn the speaker/ intercom off or whatever, and he said" "that's nice", tone was really just mean & without any effort, totally hurt my feelings , I don't think I will do that again . I've been in customer service for 30 plus years and have NEVER been so discouraged with my job to the point where my tone can make a customer cry in the parking lot like this guy did to me. The food was terrific, but i didn't even finish my lunch. Sorry if I was wrong about the procedure and how u run the online ordering process. But it was my first, and last time. Bummer experience

The lady working here was absolutely disrespectful. When I told her I needed a moment to decide, she rolled her eyes and said let me know when your ready and then muttered under her breath(might be all day) I told her no cheese and when I got my burger it had cheese on it, so I politely asked her to remake it. She did make it and the. She tossed in in my direction asking if I was happy in a very sarcastic tone. 10/10 do not recommend. A man in front of me was treated with the same disrespect and got no mayo after ordering extra mayo. I will be reporting this lady.

So me and my buddy went in for lunch and when we got the food he tried the fries they were old and hard as a rock so I'm not sure why they would serve them up to customers this way so he went up to the counter to complain of course no one wants cold hard fries so after about 5 minutes they did replace them for us which was great. But again not sure why they thought serving people old fries was a good idea. The service was friendly, someone could've came out to wipe down the tables they looked a little dirty.

Why is it that everyone now a days feels the need to close their lobby? We are done with Covid, it’s not hard to hire people anymore. I wanted a quick cheap lunch, sitting down, not in my vehicle. This is happening more and more. Not just here. Time to hire, train and staff your stores so that we can get back to normal. I have worked in food my entire career and even on our stressful days our lobby is fully open. This doesn’t create a welcoming environment. You don’t even have a sign posted saying lobby is closed.

Service was great, and even friendly which is rare today, but the food was just piss poor tasting, the baked potato was the only thing worth eating, this is totally not those workers fault, it's the quality of the food, I hadn't been to a Wendy's in years and I think every year it goes down in flavor, bring back the yellow Wendy's. I think Religion has something to do with it to, stop thumping God and start thumping flavors. Dave is rolling in his grave I bet.

Employees were outside smoking cannabis leaving us at the drive through waiting to be assisted. Door was wide open to the back spilling the smell throughout the restaurant and drive through. This was one of the better experiences I’ve had at a Wendy’s in a long time. The staff was super helpful and polite. They were doing a great job of keeping the interior clean and ready for customers. My order is always unique and I’m sure somewhat of a pain because I have special requests. Not only did they get it 100% correct, it was fresh and hot as well. I’ll definitely be back!

Fastest service I have literally ever received in my life. I gave my card at the drive thru and before she even gave it back I had the whole order in my car. No exaggeration they took 10 seconds, food was all fresh, didn't mess up my order when about a third of Wendys do, professional and kind. A hundred stars.

The food was fresh. Service was off a bit. The employee at the drive-thru was new. Didn't know what was going on.
