This place has nice staff and is an ok carwash for the price. It is a bit run down and I have worked in the area for almost 10 years and never knew this place was here so it has to be fairly new for all the issues this wash has. The day I got my monthly pass the wash broke down, not a big deal nor my reason for three stars as I only needed the vacuums but still telling. I went to an open bay for the vacuum and one hose was missing and I thought no big deal because the one remaining was long enough to get my whole car but then I realized the suction power of the one remaining was horrible but I made it work since they don't require a wash to use their vacuums. That is a good and bad thing since most people didn't pay to get a wash their vacuum bags are almost always full. They have two floor mat washers and one is of course broken. So a trifecta of broken things one of which, the actual wash, is repaired but as of this post the vacuum bay formentioned still isn't repaired and I am sure the one of two mat washers probably isn't either. It's a bit on the low end of car washes but the price is right as other washes are much more expensive. So because of that I will keep my monthly pass and continue to support them and see how it goes from here. Response to owner: I still have my Monthly pass as stated above. No plans to cancel.

Nice place to wash my car. However, I'm extremely upset that I tried to cancel my membership many times because I'm no longer close to them. Called the office and main customer service line many times and no one answers the phone, nor return my calls. I had to go in person and the guy who helped me was nice and said that he canceled it for me (because I also could not cancel it online). They charged me twice after they supposedly canceled it. I had to call my credit card company to block the 2nd charge that was still pending. I called again, no answer. Left a voicemail and no call backs. Very frustrating!!! Would change to 5 stars if they call me back and refund my money. Update #1: Glad they looked at my review and responded to it. Emailed them as requested and will wait on their response. Update #2: They refunded one of the charges. The bank was not able to put a stop on the second charge. Photos show when I tried to contact them and the charges that came after I tried to contact them.

Do NOT get your car washed here. My car looked like I washed it with steel wool / sand paper on the top of the trunk, the top of the roof and along the driver’s side after a wash there on 5/27. It is so bad I took photos and called my insurance company. I filed a claim with Alicia, the assistant manager/ attendant, at this Supersonic Express an hour after my wash, who said “Manny”, the car wash manager, would get back to me. I’ve had absolutely no response and have reached out to their corporate office. The scratches are so significant that I’ll be filing a claim with small claims court. Absolutely horrible. Update: $1300 in damage from getting my car washed at this place. Supersonic never “looked into it” as they claim in their response below. If you get your car washed here, prepare yourself for this sort of damage and thug-level customer service.

Really not super excited about our visit yesterday. Stopped in to buy a 3rd wash pass, apparently they don’t have staff on Sundays? Wasn’t greeted by anyone, had to purchase the pass from the terminal, didn’t get a sticker for my window and the person that guided me on to the track was of little help. Got the $39.99 pass and I am quite disappointed. Rim blasters were basically just spraying my doors, not the rims. As for the tire shine? Nothing on the front and only got ¾ of the back tire. Someone needs to look at the timing. I love the upgrades they have done, much better wash than before, no wait, vacuums are good, but dislike they just have the crevasse tool nozzle, takes too long to do the whole car. Prefer the set up at 33rd where they have both nozzles. Thanks Guys!

Just took my 2015 Silverado and my wife followed me through in our 2019 suburban. We are on a road trip and needed to clean our vehicles. This car wash scratched both of our vehicles everywhere! Both sides and the tops! Both will need a professional buffing to hopefully get the scratches back out of them. It should be illegal for businesses like this to even operate. 25 dollars per vehicle what a complete rip off! Don’t use this wash unless you want to fork out a couple hundred dollars to get the damage to your vehicle fixed! I am writing this in my hotel room and it’s dark or I would blow this up with as many scratch pics as it would let me load. Maybe tomorrow my wife can leave a review with lots of nasty pictures!

Supersonic has completely changed the format and flow of the way they clean your car. Maybe eventually it will work out to be a good thing, but so far it’s confusing, disjointed and a very disappointing experience. 2 years ago, I gave this location a 5 star rating. Yesterday we paid double....$25 so we could have a vacuum and tire/wheel cleaning and polish. I’m going to go back tomorrow to complain and show them what a TERRIBLE job they did. We didn’t take the time yesterday to inspect the car, didn’t think we’d need to with 4 guys working on it, what a mistake. I would definitely NOT recommend Supersonic, at least this location, for even a so-so car wash, unless you check all that was supposed to be done.....twice.

I normally come to this location as it is the closest car wash to me. When I washed my car this last time I cancelled my membership because the car wash scratched the pain on my car and they told me they have no responsibility for damages to your vehicle. I should have taken note when the automatic wheel conveyor scratched my rims about a month ago, but I shrugged it off. No more. I wouldn’t recommend this wash unless the body of your car doesn’t matter. If your car has dents or scratches already or for work trucks. I wouldn’t trust them any more with my vehicle. Paint jobs cost too much for all of that.

Don’t use this car wash! If you ever decide to cancel you won’t be able to do it. You can never get ahold of anyone and if you do talk to someone after waiting on hold for 10 minutes you can’t actually cancel. All you can do is put a request to cancel and no one will call you back. If you try to fill out a request to cancel via text message no one will contact you back to actually cancel. I’ve never in my life seen anything like this. I just want to cancel my membership and so far it’s taken me almost 3 months and still I can’t get ahold of someone. Don’t sign up for this carwash.

The wash itself was fine. Prices on the website were significantly different from the prices at the machine. One vacuum hose was missing, one didn’t work, the other was fine. Person not at the entrance to the wash and then ran up to tell me I was too far in, but no signs indicating when to put in neutral. The worst of it is how dirty everything is. Garbage cans have not been emptied and there is trash all over the vacuum parking spots. Partial blame to the patrons but also blame to not emptying the cans. I will not return

I do like that they have free vacuums and free mat washers but what I don't like is that they will refuse to let you through the wash if your car has any mud on it. I was in the line for about 10 minutes and it wasn't until I got to the front they finally told me they couldn't send me through because I had mud on my car. I was still a little unclear why they wouldn't but I just decided to go to a different wash place that would accept me. I probably wont be going here anymore.

This service is a joke. I’ve been ghosted various times in the middle of a support ticket. I’m $60 deep in charges that I’ve been trying to cancel for two months. I have not heard back from them since my last interaction with support and do not want another $30 charge coming out. I’ve moved to a completely different state so I can’t just go to this location either. They’ve made it near impossible to reach them to cancel my subscription

I went here cause it was the closest to the hotel I’m staying at. I traveled from Idaho all the way down to salt lake, so my car was covered in bugs. They let me go through twice and they scrubbed the bugs off of my car and did a really great job! I seriously appreciate what they did! They also have great prices! So if you live in the area I would recommend getting their monthly plan and getting your car washed there!

It's a bit of a mixed bag depending on which Take 5 you visit. I couldn't use my monthly token at the one in downtown SLC; while it works at two others. Their help desk reached out to me when I submitted a complaint and then hasn't responded in weeks. I think it's a pretty good business but, like most businesses, has problems that don't seem important to the owners to solve.

The worst Company!!!! Avoid this company. Zero customer care. Once you sign up they make it imposible for you to cancel. The cashier at the site can sign you up easily but if you want to cancel, you have to call corporate and then they will refer you to a form to fill, you fill the form the membership doesn't get cancelled, you call again and same thing. Avoid this company

I had a billing issues that went in for quite a while. I couldn’t get any information from corporate and kept getting the run around. The manager at this location was very helpful and was able to assist me after several months. Thank you for being patient with me and fixing my issue. Love the quality of the wash and the vacuumed/detail area is great! My favorite location.

If I could rate this place somewhere in the negatives I would !! BEWARE if you ever plan on canceling this car wash good luck I’ve been trying for the last 4 months . Impossible to get ahold of and I’m paying for a service I haven’t used in several months!!!! This place has the FRIENDLIEST staff!! . My battery died while i was cleaning my car Michael and Cheyenne were so nice… No questions asked, Michael pulled his car up and jumped my battery and casually said, “this is what we’re here for!” Seriously it’s little BIG things like that that mean the whole world. Best car wash ever. Thank you guys ❤️❤️

I have had a membership for years, and this is a terrible location. They don't know how to guide a car in so the tires don't hit the rails. They also don't rinse the Cara off before you drive. I like the other locations do. This happens every time. I try not to use this location, but it's closest to my house. I would not recommend them at all

This car wash was amazing. My car was absolutely disgusting and honestly I wondered if a car wash would get everything off. The assistant manager Michael set me up with a good wash and my car looks amazing. I will definitely be coming here again. Customer service was also a 10/10. Also the cleanliness of the establishment was great.

This place offers a decent carwash, however... It seems impossible to cancel your membership here. Only use this service if you plan on never canceling. I moved to a place where there are none of their locations are and I tried to cancel over the phone and by filling out their online cancelation form multiple times. Still no dice.

This place is one of the best car washes in SLC they provide a lot of options including towels and sprays to use for free and the customer service is super great Jacklyn handles the business very well I see her always working very hard runing around to make sure everything going well and the customers are happy.

Friendly, polite, & very available staff. They have a complimentary detailing center which I adored. I also almost would've backed over a toddler (who had been playing with my rear license plate), had my car not been equipped with a backup camera, so parents, PLEASE keep your children in your car.

There felt straps that hang from the ceiling and move back and forth have gobs of grease in them cause there leaving greasy streeks on my paint and glass . It cleans of with soap and water but that was the idea going through the car wash so I don't have to hand wash it. Just a heads up .

Avoid at all costs. Their brush's beat your car to death and when they finally damage it they tell you to pound sand. The manger I talked to and the not present claims department are worthless. Their brush ripped off my emblem and dinged my car 13 times down the side. Go anywhere else!

The actual car wasn't the best (super expensive). Then I realized the extra money is because they provided towels and cleaning products for the finishing touches at no extra charge. They could perhaps be more on top of having clean towels, but it was the holiday weekend and super busy.

They were very friendly and did a nice job of cleaning the interior. The car wash didn’t clean all the bugs off the front of my car though. I think there needs to be some kind of preparatory soaking and scrubbing at the beginning of the car wash. Other places I’ve gone to do this.

This is probably my favorite location. The managers Michael and Elias are super friendly and helpful with everything from getting my pass set up to providing clean towels and detailing sprays to clean my car with. Their detailing station is definitely a convenient commodity!

I have been on the unlimited wash for some time now, and today was the first time I used the personal detail service. This allowed me to wash my car mats and use armor all window and interior cleaner with microfiber cloths. Not to mention the free vacuum and blower service.

I live in Tooele but I’ve been coming here for years because this is one of the best car washes in area they have a lot of options included and the stuff been always awesome specially mike doing great job I think he’s a new employee but he is very nice and attentive

Lance at the Van winkle Murray location was so helpful! He was able to navigate me through the wash with no problem as I was having trouble figuring out where the track was. Sheesh! Should have brought my glasses - silly me. Great location and friendly employees!

Went in got a car wash charged $25 and it was horrible job and they scratched the rear of my 2022 Avalon luckily I had scratch remover which made it barley noticeable don’t reccomend this place unless you wanna pay premium for half asked car wash

This car wash is awesome, send it through like normal, but they had blowers for dust, strong vacuums,, complementary towels, window wash and surface wash sprays!!! Super friendly staff with free car. Fresheners.

Vacuum had tons of suction which is usually my issue with car washes. It’s nice that complimentary interior and glass cleaner / rags are on hand. Michael gave me some free air fresheners, too. Friendly service.

I was a long time fast pass customer of Super Sonic. Now I still have my monthly charge coming out, but Take Five has let the car wash go to hell. No pre-spray, half the sprayers & brushes don’t work.

So bad. I specifically asked her to wipe out my cup holders. Didn’t even vacuum the seats off. So much dust still. I should’ve driven away when he said they can clean the interior in “5 minutes”.

Decent wash - but so often the manager is sitting on his phone while 3+ of the vacuums are completely clogged up and useless. Extremely frustrating that they are not checked often and unclogged.
