As I was getting ready to leave for work I see a huge puddle of oil under my truck. I get underneath my truck and it's leaking from the oil filter. The oil filter wasn't tightened at all!!! I was able to tighten it with my hand at least a full rotation. Never going back again. Don't trust thia company with your vehicle.

The turn over at this place is crazy. Need more people working. It was just two people working and one was the person changing oil. My oil change was done but oil is leaking from the oil drain plug. I bet they didn't put a new crush washer on. Thats what happens when you're rushing.

The people working here are very immature, cussing and did not say a word to me for 15 mins while I sat there. I mentioned that I understood that there was an increase in price and the manager said “oh damn okay” while cutting me off. It felt like the shop was operated by toddlers.

Kids working it were nice enough. They need safety training though. They shouldn’t be standing in front of a vehicle with the closed garage door behind them. And I’ll admit the vibe of the whole place made me think I might just be getting the oil they took out of a car yesterday.
