I just had me teeth cleaned for the first time at Tatum Highlands Dentistrty with Jen. Wow just wow. From walking into the office being greated by the front office .Toni, made me feel like we have know each other forever. Jen the Hygienist did an amazing job. So you know when your lying there in the chair and they start to scrap stuff off your teeth and your just waiting for it to hurt… NOPE it did not not even sensitive when she used the thing with all the water. Also she gave me a pillow blanket and even the chair had a Massager. I litterally had the best experience ever. Dr. Dotson came in after to see me, she has the best bubbly personality, I had a lot of questions she explained everything to me were I could understand why I need fillings and what caused them. We even have a few things in common. This office is different from my other office they do not see a lot of patients at one time. My old office when I would be in the waiting room waiting for my appointment that was at 8am and its 10 after there would always be like 3-5 other people waiting and alway brought back late for my appointments. There would be multiple providers and it seemed like every time I went in a new dental assistant never the same ones. Always a lot of patinets in the back office waiting for whomever. Tatum Highlands Dentistry is special not at all like my other office I hope you go and see for your self you will not be disappointed. Thank you ladies I can’t wait to have my teeth cleaned again the best feeling ever. Dr. Dotson see you next week for my fillings

Hello, my family has been with Tatum Highlands Dentistry for over 12 years when Dr. H was there, She is a great Dentists but has gone through staffing issues not sure what's going on, I called to speak with her office manger Toni and someone named Michelle answered it definitely was not the same cheery welcoming voice Toni has, she said Toni no longer works here that she is just a temp if she could help me? I did let her know that Toni had called me and its been over a year or so since my last visit and that we have spoken a few times since I have been trying to figure out a date since the hours conflict with my new work schedule. Toni always made it fell like she would stay late if we needed to she would just ask Dr. Dotson first before she would schedule me. Michelle seemed like she did not have time and that I should call back when I knew my schedule or had a day in mind. Cold and not professional at all. Someone tell me where did Toni go or will she back, she made it easy and made me feel like she new me for years and that she cared that my schedule was conflicting. Not sure what's going on I have seen a few front office people over the years Toni was the best my Mom and Dad love her as well. Not sure if I want to call her back? Jordan.

Dr. Dotson has been my dentist for about 10 years now and while I’m not one to write reviews (it’s on my mind to do so but never get to it) I feel that this might be helpful to people like me... I am NOT a fan of going to the dentist truthfully I’m scared to death. Dr D, as I call her, has made the past years a lot easier for me. She is so knowledgeable in her practice that she gives me the confidence and trust I need in my dentist. She is conscience of the costs out of my pocket and always does her best to accommodate. Most importantly, Dr. Dotson has given me the most beautiful and healthy teeth!! I do and I would DEFIANTLY recommend Dr. Dotson and undoubtedly give her 10 stars if I could!!

This place is awesome! Sedation Dentistry changed my perspective about going to see a dentist. I just turned 28 but when it comes to dentist I am hands down the biggest baby you could meet. I put off a root canal for months and put up with agonizing pain because of how terrified I am of going to the dentist, and being a grown man makes it that much more embarrassing to admit. All I can say is I literally did not a feel a single amount of pain during the entire procedure and I feel confident going back. If you need dental work done, stop looking around.... This is the place to go.

Came in with a bad toothache, and it turns out a 14 year old root canal needed re-treatment, they referred me to a really amazing specialist who was able to see me that day and get it fixed. Everyone here has been really friendly and I've gotten all my work done in a timely fashion. Anytime I have an appointment set, if they have an opening sooner, they call me and I am able to be seen faster than planned.

I am truly saddened by some of these reviews Dr. Dotson has been the dentist for my whole family for years and now I’m onto dentures and she made the most beautiful smile and teeth I could ever dream of people stop me every day and ask me what’s changed and how good I look. I can’t imagine anybody having a bad issue with my wonderful dentist... I give her five stars any day!!

Had my first ever appointment today. Upon arrival the ladies at the desk made me feel like a best friend they had known for years. I had a good bit of work that needed done. Dr. Dotson and her team were wonderful! They made me feel comfortable (even gave me a blanket), and they took care to ensure I wasn't in any pain throughout my procedures. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Dr. Dotson is incredible. My husband had a severe work injury that involved his teeth. Dr. Dotson stayed late to make sure he was taken care of and cleaned up. I cannot express how grateful we are for her. I can not think of another dentist who would do the same thing. I called to ask if he could get in and without hesitation she said "Absolutely".

Dr. Dotson and her staff were amazing. She is so personable and friendly and really cares about the needs of her patients and her staff is excellent. I would highly recommend Dr. Angela Dotson and Tatum Highlands Dentistry to anybody who wants to receive top notch service and care.

Dr. Dotson is a wonderful dentist. She is friendly, efficient and never tries to up-sell me unneeded services. She takes time to answer all my questions and explains completely all aftercare needed. The staff is friendly and skilled as well. I highly recommend!

I have been going to this dental practice for eleven years. The technicians are very professional and kind. The Doctor is very knowledgeable and does an excellent job taking care of my teeth.
