It is always crowded here and if you are a foreigner like me, taxi drivers are going to take advantage of you. However, I stayed there for a couple of months and the fare is only 70k - 80k Som from Tashkent to Fergana per car. Remember this fare and you have to say loudly among them "only 70k Som I will go" then some driver will bring you out of the crowd. Basically, this situation happens everywhere so you must prepare necessary information from reviews. Have a good trip!
