I went to a well known company and got a warranty for my cracked screen. They fixed it ,and with a small drop in some water, my phone was messed up again. The same company then told me that my warranty would not cover fixing my phone. I went everywhere, and when people heard water, they refused to fix it, because the said they don't cover water damage. I was referred to go to tech stop by a T-Mobile employee and it was the best decision I've made. Not only was it inexpensive, but they were very professional and quick. Turns out, the screen was just messed up and in fact had no water damage. I want to give a special shout-out to Mr. ARMANDO, you're the real MVP ♥️

I rarely write reviews but this time, I really had to! I went to Tech Stop because my daughter dropped my phone early in the morning and broke the screen. I was leaving on a business trip later that day and needed my phone. I took a chance and stopped by Tech Stop. When I told them my story and emergency, they quickly took care of the problem and fixed the screen within minutes at a very reasonable price! While they were doing this I got myself a case and a car mount, they have a lot of choice! I’m so happy with my experience - customer service beyond expectations! I would definitely recommend.

This place is great. The owner seems like a nice guy and is very customer service oriented. I went in with a cracked screen, and he matched the discounted estimate of a place down the road without hesitation (the other place was out of my screen type). The screen looks so pretty again and functions great so far. The back of my phone is also cracked; I wasn’t expecting to be able to get it fixed since it’s more expensive, but he gave me a great deal. Gonna go back to get that done (since it takes a while). Glad I walked in here.

I called the store to get my I phone 11 fix. Mr. Carlos was professional and kept his words by fixing the phone in less than 10 mins. If you called you have to wait for 1 or 2 seconds, its because everyone is calling him. He is that good. I had an excellent interaction with him both on the phone and in person. Take your chance. He is the best. I don't normally write reviews, but I had to write this one.

Great service -- fast, easy & honest. I broke my phone screen on a Friday at 4pm (worst timing!) and needed a new one, but they didn't have in stock. Was able to locate and presented me a few options, including purchasing a new phone if needed (as I can't be without a phone for work). New screen works just as well as the first, and I'll be going here for all of my tech repairs in the future.

Carlos is great! Haven't met him yet, but called several places, most were rude and unwelcoming, until finding this Tech Stop. He wants your business and he's trying to get things done for you.
