Fly don’t walk or Run‼️ From the very 1st min I walked in the door it was a grade A++ experience not only was the lobby brand new the front desk lady was pleasant and welcoming, and just a breath of fresh air. You have the option to brush your teeth before your appointment and they have a complementary lip balm and teeth kit Dr. Chegini was patient caring and took his time to explain everything to me not once did I feel pressured, uncomfortable, or unwelcome. He address a lot of my concerns I had about one tooth in particular he was able to diagnose, treat and solve the problem in one visit I have never experience a doctor of his caliber that understood listen and treated the issue in one visit‼️‼️ the dental hygienist Britni was extremely welcoming a knew her job from A-Z, and again explained everything step-by-step. Both of a dental assistant, were amazing Danielle and Nia. People listen this place can get all my money I have never been to an office that made me feel like I was in my living room talking to friends. Everything was personalize for me and all my needs, And at the end of my appointment y’all why the front deck lady gave me a Starbucks gift card. OMG Great service followed up with a even better cup of coffee. I can’t want for my next appointment

This office accepted my appointment last-minute only to make me sit and wait for over an hour to have my insurance cleared by their back office offsite. Because the back office insurance verification team was so inept for so long I was ultimately denied my routine cleaning and offered an appointment on a different day. The back office insurance team insisted I did not have dental insurance even though I handed the receptionist my valid insurance card that clearly said dental coverage provided. During the hour long wait, the receptionist demonstrated that she was nice but ultimately useless by not knowing how to handle the situation. I had to call my insurance provider and had verbal confirmation given over the phone to the receptionist that I am covered, which still was not enough. The tend team demonstrated an inability to manage insurance, poorly arranged protocols, and an indifference to my time.

Agree with some of the comments - way too much push for additional services that are not a necessity. The office seems nice and people are kind of nice too (not all), but they clearly are trying to up-charge. Have been going to the same dentist for years, and had never felt like I cannot trust them. Decided to try Tend because of a more convenient location, and right off the bet they gave me three suggested treatments, including deep cleaning, which was not a necessity. If it is not important, then don't make me feel like I will lose my jaw if I don't do it. A doctor should care for a patient, not make money off of him/her. Will not recommend any new patients going to any of the Tend offices. I have been to two locations and the same up-charge business model.

For advertising as a concierge experience, the communication and scheduling is abhorrent. I came in for an annual checkup and cleaning in early July, had xrays taken, but no one actually cleaned my teeth and I was scheduled for a follow up appointment to get my teeth cleaned in early Oct. (YES, almost 3 months later). Fast forward to Sept. 29 and they cancelled that appointment since a provider is out. The earliest availability to reschedule is END OF NOVEMBER. How can it be this difficult to get your teeth cleaned? Been on hold trying to contact the CH office for 20+ minutes and while I would love to “schedule online with the app”, that’s not an available option. There’s no direct line to this office.

Cancelled 2 appointments and husbands last appointment last minute. Not helpful in rescheduling, both times were months away and were not hospitable enough to find space earlier since they cancelled on me. Also, the automatic reminders don’t update so I’m constantly getting reminders to go when I either already have a scheduled appointment or I was just there. Not a big deal but when I already get so much junk e-mail it’s just another annoyance. Fine place to go if your schedule is fairly open but not if you have to consider work or kids. Adding up to not being worth the hassle at this point.

Overall, excellent experience. Customer service is always on point from the moment I walk in the door until I leave. The dentists and assistants treat me with care and concern when performing services. Their follow up after any procedures I've has done were very much appreciated. My location, Capitol Hill DC, is usually pretty prompt in responding back after calling into the main number. "I LOVE GOING TO THE DENTIST" said no person ever, but I am glad I chose Tend.

Charged me $50 to cancel or reschedule my appointment. I cancelled and then was also charged $100 for a ‘no show’ for the appointment that I was charged a cancellation fee for. I’ve contacted them several times for a refund. After a week I still haven’t received a refund. Also read the terms and conditions - by using them you’re allowing them to take your photo and have full control over its use.

Service was great. I've been four other offices in this pass month the last being state of the art. Now from walking in, being served and the amenities at Tend Dental Capitol Hill. Y'all are so 2023!!! I don't think it comes no better. I would recommend y'all to everyone. The dentist was great I could barely tell she was in my mouth. I love the place. Thank y'all so much!!!

Tend has made it easy peasy to take on dental care. My first visit was the first visit to see any dentist in an embarrassingly long time; and I never felt judged or shamed about it. They just expressed how happy they were that I came when I did. Today’s cleaning was 30-minutes in and out. The entire staff is super friendly and very supportive. Would recommend for sure.

i always have a great experience at Tend. Quick and efficient. Nice and clean office. If I had one complaint, the fluoride treatment is not covered by my insurance and seems to be auto included on my visits despite me not asking for it..so look out for that.. I always have to make a point to turn down the fluoride treatment which I think is $200.

We love this dentist office. Not only is it a breeze to set up appointments for me and my children, but also the staff is so nice! It’s such a peaceful, efficient dental experience. Plus the interior design of the place is so pretty and the dental theme runs through it beautifully. I actually look forward to going.

Tend is always an amazing, seamless experience. I actually enjoy going to the dentist because they make it so painless. Today I got there 15 minutes early and they immediately got me in a chair and out in 45 minutes for my cleaning. Can’t say enough great things or recommend them enough!
