Not a legit dentist! Brought my sister for a routine teeth cleaning and all he did was brush her teeth. There was no professional cleaning. Complained about it to OHP, who did nothing. Now we have to find another dentist and pay out of pocket. Beware!

Do yourself a favor, and go to a different dentist all together. Dr. Andrew Thompson may have a professional background in Dentistry, but has no knowledge of treating people with respect. He lacks empathy and understanding of anyone's needs

So the doctor is a nice guy but the visit was really sketchy. I picked this place hence the name Tender but it ended up being a little traumatizing for me. I went in for a chiped molar. He gave me novacain and then gave me paperwork to fill

We went during business hours to try to speak to someone, because they don't answer the phone. No one was there, the door was locked and the exterior looks run down. I don't think this is a business any longer, and if it, don't go there!!!

I met with Dr. Thompson for the first time today and have to say not only was he Professional and Kind, the office was clean & pleasant and he finished my x-rays and cleaning in like 40 mins!! Excellent Service :)

Dr. THOMPSON is a one man show- and at first it made me nervous. But he knows what he is doing and is awesome! Always gets me in quickly, and I'm never there more than 45 mins. Definerly not a scary dentist :)
