Make sure you have some pound coins if you're parking in their car park. Wardens are waiting to ticket people. The pay by phone system is not working and the app wasn't working either. I counted 5 traffic wardens from bexley council standing in the lobby.

Lots of bowling lanes in this small Tenpin Bexleyheath. Reservation is recommended as the place tends to get busy. The arcade is very small and the games are placed close to each other and creates obstruction. The area near cafe has ample of seats.

Went for a birthday party however parking was a nightmare. No machines were working. Ringo app also did not work. I went upstairs to speak to a member of staff who told me it’s a council owned car park, basically, there’s nothing they can do! More

We went early so it wasn't busy and had a good time, it was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Half way through we ordered some food on the app and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was and that it was a fairly good

Went there on my birthday. to have a good time with friends, To have my friend assaulted by a very hands on security guard that was not wearing he's security badge. He also grabbed my girlfriend from behind over an unopened can of energy

Machine s were a big con prizes were ridiculous to win a prize or even save tickets to get only sweets was disappointing but the bowling it self was good apart we were rushed of aisle after paying £220 and my other 2 aisles were playing

Hired a lane for 2 games. Not been for a few years and the face lift makes the place 100 times better. 6 of us played and all went well, not a hitch with the lane, unlike it used to be. Won't wait so long to have another go

Safe are awesome but they are being set down by the company. Food so expensive yet its cheap and actually nasty. So under staffed that they cant keep with clearing and cleaning tables/lanes/toilets etc..very disappointing visit

Staff were friendly and managed our big group well (12 people some of whom came more than 30 mins later than others). Food served was good for the price. Slushies were a big hit amongst the group whilst bowling. More

Horrible customer service! Very aggressive and rude manager! Name Adios. Ruined my sons Birthday. Place was empty however manager was happily sipping coffee instead of helping family of 4!

Excellent fun. Lift had been urinated in - I had to alert staff to that fact, despite the facility having just opened. The staff were friendly, the coffee was good. The kids had fun! More

I booked a ticket and when I got there the booking reference wasn't on the system so I had to pay twice, took me a long time to get my refund.
