Absolute worst chemist I've been to. I called beforehand asking the receptionist (who seems to be the only decent person there) if they had the medicine I needed stocked and if I needed to bring anything like ID since I am new. Well after over half an hour of walking in the sun, I was "greeted" by the world's rudest pharmacist. He began shouting that he didn't believe I was ill before I could even get out my first sentence as to why was there. Trust the reviews on this one people, pure garbage and most likely age discriminatory owner. Reporting to better business ASAP. Also very run down. Edit: they've been reported and looks like I'm far from the first to do so.

Reported to AHPRA due to missing medications..ANYBODY with concerns should also make a report to AHPRA (governing body). Sigma Healthcare or your Doctor Immediately… Concerns wether the Pharmacist (kazeem) is fully qualified due to his conduct or lack there of it…I feel sorry for the other chemist staff as they have to put up with his rude dominating behaviour …(borderline abuse)….whilst they are always friendly to customers and happy to help!! Photos of continually unlocked/left open Dangerous medication cupboard .. Disgusting !!!

Appalling service. Went to have a script filled. The Pharmacist said I could not have it filled. Script said before the 31st of July consult the Pharmacist as it was the 31st he still said no. Went to another chemist and they filled it. Was made to feel like I had done something wrong. I was so embarrassed. I will never go there again. Your a Pharmacist not a Dr. If i could give no stars I would. Not happy at all.

Great pharmacy, Kaz is awesome, friendly and always trying to help. Yes the store is on the small side, but they have everything you need, if not they will get it in for you. Very convenient being connected to the doctors surgery.

Left unattended and waiting for service for 15mins while staff member is in toilet!! Only trying to pick up an online order.
