Staff in here make fun of customers even adisabled one I have seen. Often even if the shop is empty the staff will not help a customer on the self service machines which go wrong very often. . Even saw staff shout at a customer and supervisor did nothing (customer had not been rude). Truly abysmal. Prices cheaper in many stores. Only good point is it's near in an emergency. I contacted Head Office years ago about harassment from the security guard who was joking around following me all around the shop and smirking at the till staff who laughed a lot. I have had so many staff being nasty and rude. Also items on shelves with reduced price on but when you bring the item to the till to pay you are charged the full price and this happens regularly and no refund offered if you tell them. I have contacted Head Office a few times and I feel that they are happy to let this happen because I have not seen an improvement yet so I avoid the shop.Over Christmas went in there and the security guard was making faces at me as he has done a few times. Sound trivial but he follows me around for no reason also. Other friends of mine hate the shop and do not go in even though it is their nearest supermarket. It is not as cheap as Aldi or Lidl by the way so boycott them and save some money. I am polite, kind and have given them many chances to improve but they treat customers disrespectfully very often. I gave one star but would like to give none. Really upsetting at Christmas to pop in for a few items and be harassed again. I have wasted my money in there and used hours trying to get help at Head Office but after many years I really should not waste my time or money.
Like to leave trolleys in the only disabled bay,,but I think that's practice to what's convient to tesco not the customer. (From 2 years ago ). COVID update ,, well haven’t the staff gone above and beyond in our local community,, dispite putting up with theft from the shop on a daily basis , I watched a member of staff get merch back after legging it down Filton ave, yesterday,, but during COVID they’ve all gone above and beyond ,, they even help me load my electric chair with huge bags of shopping, nothing has been too much as I come to terms with my disability , and nothing is too much for anyone who is a customer...
Not sure who trains the staff in here but they’re consistently useless. The additional services they ‘provide’ are also never actually working. E.g the Evri parcel return point that was broken for what seemed forever and now that it is working has no printer paper for you to use it. Luckily a helpful response from a member of staff when asked if they know when they might get more paper was ‘dunno’.
Staff definitely not taking care of food temperature in fridges...I past 3 fridges open and staff with earfones in not bothering to maintain the standards...not sure how long these fridges were open but the temperatures I read on the fridge door was definitely not correct...I work in a kitchen and I’m positive
The floor is always filthy. They always seem to be restocking and leave the trolleys all over the place, which makes it difficult to walk around the very small shop to choose your products. It'd be good if they came up with a different strategy to restock because it's a hazard. Employees are uninterested.
Smelly (weirdly has had a sewage like smell for months), self scan machines always have 1 not working, Evri parcel collect is very rarely working, and the stock levels are awful. Honestly, either use the Nisa next door or walk up Toronto Road to the Co-Op for far more choice and a better experience.
Pretty disgraceful that you make your staff work in such disgusting conditions. It smells of raw sewage as soon as you enter the shop. Asked a member of staff about it, and apparently there's a leak close the shop until its sorted. And give your staff full pay. …
I bought today a meal deal with a sandwich + drink + snack and what my surprise when after 3 hours I open my snack and it have mould. What a kind of product they sell in this store? FIFO. My bad because I didn’t check the expired date 28th March
Convenient position for me,reasonably priced although some items are a bit pricey, and the staff are so helpful, and nothing is to much trouble for them. Lovely and clean and the till staff are as polite as the floor staff. Lovely shop.
Fairly standard Tesco Express. Frozen selection pretty bad in my opinion. Fridge section a little better. Good selection of cupboard foods. Level of service from staff a mixed bag. Generally better value than the neighbouring co-op.
Very very poorly stocked indeed. Is like iron curtain. Also, very rude girl behind the tills this evening. Dark hair. Didn't even say thank you or goodbye after transaction finished, even though I said 'thanks.' Very rude.
This Tesco is a good size and has most of what your looking for. However there health section and veggie/vegan section is poor and the coop next door offers more in ref free from stuff plus you get nhs discount with coop!
Always dirty, smelly and the stuff sometimes you find really really bad girls at the till. It is a easy quick if you run out of milk etc but I prefer driving somewhere else then entry in this tesco.
Don't use this store if you need to send something via Collect+. The site states that they can print the label in store, but they refused when I asked and said I'd need to print the label myself.
almost every time I go in I get followed and shelves are never full, so if you're a black student i'd stay away x (sorry to play the race card but that's how I feel)
Most of the staff are friendly but it's generally a pretty depressing shop. It smells of sewage most days when you walk in and the security guard is kind of creepy.
Shelves are never full. Staff on till was more interested being on their phone and drinking her energy drink, than she was serving the queue.
i have never seen the staff shouting at disabled people but i read on a google maps review that they do so now i don't shop hear any more
Great selection. Has gone downhill since coop next door closed. Often loud offensive music playing with a bad atmosphere. Otherwise ok.
They're always helpful friendly I Like how clean it is and I mostly get want and they will help disabled people
Some prices are good and some are a little bit high The store is small so sometimes products are not available
Closes doors at 22:45 not 23:00… just put that time online if that’s when you’re not gonna let people in from.
Local store, can be dearer than its bigger tesco store, good range of foodstuffs, would recomend
They refuse to take a parcel that was delivered by evri.
Expensive, only sell small size products and so bland
Fridge doors always open and indifferent staff. Dump.
Conveniently next door to my favourite coffee shop!
Prices are higher than the other shops
Handy store for quick shipping …
Opening hours: 6am - 11pm everyday.
