I share positive experience with SAM at Tesco Pharmacy! He is a credit to Tesco's - let alone the Pharmacy department. I went to Pharmacy to enquire if I could get a Blistex cream that I was unable to find on the shelf in main store. A lady appeared at the counter after some time - myself and 3 other customers were waiting a good while. I shared with the lady what I was looking for - the conversation quickly became intense and uncomfortable!! The lady let me know this cream is no longer produced. I asked for an alternative and she became extremely difficult by not "understanding" - lady had me just about exposing myself in front of everyone. (Shame on her!) SAM - who was at the back hearing this conversation between myself and the lady, came out to the front and offered me an alternative that I had requested then served me to pay. I left there well shell shocked and feel much appreciated by SAM for stepping in. Thank you SAM!

Unpleasant experience collecting my prescription. Usually, no problem or issues. Explained that I came the day before and was told that they didn't have the correct amount of tablets. I received a text message today stating that my prescription was ready. I was asked my name and the staff member went out the back. Then she asked my name again. Then my date of birth. Then my address. Then my name again. I got kind of frustrated by this and asked what was the problem.. Was then told I can't find your order. I once again explained that I just received a text stating that my prescription was ready I was then asked my first name Was then spoken to by another staff member who was quite polite and apologetic re my frustrations and explained how people have left with wrong prescriptions.. Customer.service goes a long way!

Was wrongly charged for a prescription. I was asked if it was paid for and I said yes and the staff member said I have to pay so I did. I went home to check my details and I was right that I already paid for it. I politely made a journey back with the evidence that it's been paid for and I need a refund. The staff member snapped back at me saying I should've said so in the beginning. I replied that when she asked if it was paid for and I said yes then that's me telling you it was paid for. She continues to argue with me before giving me my refund. I find it funny that you have notices up for people to be nice to you yet this is the service you give to the public. There was clearly no need for her attitude when the mistake was all on her.

Worst place to get your prescriptions from, firstly staff hide away and you can’t see anyone serving you have to wait for ages until someone notices you. Staff are rude and unhelpful… they also never have any medication in. Such a waste of time to go there.

Those ladies always stay in the back. Every time if you ask for something, they always direct you to the side shelfs without even trying to find out what you actually look for, why they work there anyway?
