We have been in our home since August 21. Texas Home Electronics was supposed to be the best based on service the previous owners had and we were excited to have such a great system. NOT!!!!! It’s 8 months later and our system has NEVER worked as it should. The only reason they get “1” star from us is because “Hailey”, answers the phone on the first ring but that is the only consistent business we’ve had with them. We’re demanding a full refund based on the service we’ve received and going with a better company if our system is not working 100% by tomorrow at 5:00. This has been ridiculous and should be an embarrassment to the management of the company.

We spent the time in Corona lockdown turning our backyard into a place we could really enjoy and hang out. The only thing that was missing was that we wanted a TV mounted in a corner of the patio with electrical run to that corner. Texas Home Electronics made the process seamless and easy! From initial quote to install and set up they took care of everything. Pricing was fair, upfront and honest. The work was done quickly and they worked around our schedule. We will be using them for some bigger projects in the future. I would recommend them for all your AV needs!

After using ADT and them over selling on a bunch of unneeded equipment since we had already paid for hardwiring through the builder we had them come out and take their things and they left a ton of holes in our doors and walls. Texas Home Electronics came out the next day and repaired the holes and set us up with a new system! They also did a fantastic job hanging our TVs in the home.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Texas Home Electronics for the installation of my security system and mounting my TV in my new home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outstanding service they provided. From start to finish, their team demonstrated professionalism and expertise that made the entire experience exceptional.

Very professional, personable and informed. Twice now they have walked me through all of my options with detailed pro/con explanations, then installed the whole lot within the advertised time frame. Very poor and unreliable service. Our end-product was not even close to what we were sold on. Devin S is a two-faced sales person. He acted nice to us as prospects but then turned around and treated his contractors and vendors horribly. Would not recommend working with this company

Best company, best and friendliest techs. They updated all my security cameras to perfection. New cameras, updated wiring, etc. Special thanks to Dustin, Devon and Brenson for their patience and hard work. It was a pleasure having you in my home desptie the jalapeno poppers. ;-)

We ordered an in home generator and as promised we weren’t disappointed! Everything from the initial consultation to the installation was quick and hassle free! Would recommend to all my family and friends!

I used them to mount a TV in my living room and added some security cameras to my house. They were quick, professional, and did a great job. I highly recommend them.
