"Very good Thai Food"
Arrogant unfriendly worst customer service. We are very familiar with Thai food and travel to Thailand many times..I am giving them one star due to their terrible customer service. We wanted to cater food for around 20 people. we were working with lady for 3 weeks. we selected dishes and final price they knew our event is in the evening. They also added additionsl delivery fee Of $30. Finally we wanted to taste few dishes so we tried vegetarian padhi and red curry shrimps. We told them that padhi was too sweet and shrimp curry was yellow not red and requested to adjust it. We also requested that can we want our appetizer earlier and main food after and we will pay an other $30 for delivery so total $60 delivery charges in cumberland. They did not wanted to accommodate our request and told us chef will not chang any thing. we said that is ok we will not change any thing. But they cancel our the order. The excuse did not make any sense. They said they will be very busy. They are ok for small order but can not handel big order. They should have told us in the beginning. We found them very unprofessional arrogant worse customer service. They use big words management team , our chef etc... Food is loaded with sugar,MSG to make taste it better and it is not Gluten free. We like to support local business but they do not deserve our support.
Amazing, fresh, fresh (did I mention fresh?) food. We had the salad wraps (I know that's not what they were called, but essentially wraps made with rice paper, lettuce, chicken), yellow curry, chicken satay, pad thai and mango salad. Sadly, our favorite thing, the Pad thai - for us - was the only miss. A bit too sweet for our taste. I hope the owners read this and maybe play with the recipe a bit. There should be maybe a question, or a "Sweet Pad Thai" vs "Spicy Pad Thai" if you're going that route. We found it really, really sweet and just meh. The rest of the food was 5* all day long. Finally, a Thai within a quick drive (there's a good one near Youville but too far to pickup). Delicious!
Thai Bite, please never change your Chicken Pad Thai recipe. I have long searched for the best Thai Food in Ottawa, and I am now happily at peace. I have found that many Pad Thai dishes throughout Ottawa have had a strong “ketchup” flavour to them and have even looked red; this is not the case here. Their Pad Thai is the perfect mix of peanut, sweet, savoury, and spicy flavours. Perfectly saucy and oily. Additionally, their fresh spring rolls are very fresh and crisp, and their peanut sauce has a smooth consistency with a balanced flavour. There is also a hint of coconut which is super tasty! Highly recommend.

Welcome to Orleans ! While I have my usual “go to” for Thai in Orleans I thought I would give Thai Bite a try this evening out of curiosity. I ordered the vegetable spring rolls and the Pad Med Ma-Muang(Cashew Nuts Sauce) with chicken. The spring rolls were delicious and like the other reviewers have stated the portions were generous. My only “complaint” (based on preference) is that the chicken in the stir fry was battered as opposed to sliced white meat. It was still good but not what I had expected. I would definitely order from here again only if they have sliced white meat as a choice - hopefully battered chicken is not the only option.
Very good Thai Food. Ive ordered from here once every two weeks (sometimes every week) for the past few months. They are consistently good and priced fairly. The portions are not massive but better then thai express and much more flavour and taste then thai express. I had a one off order that had 2 long pieces of hair in it, but other then that one bad experience, its been amazing. If you like spicy they can make it very spicy. I only ever went up to 4 of 5 stars and it hurt... I now go between 2 and 3 stars. 3 stars is still very painful in and out but hits the spicy craving. I've tried most of there menu items and they are all amazing.
We decided to try this location after seeing the delicious pictures. The won ton soup was good, kind of a vegetable base bouillon, but the pork was salty, hard and dry. The pork didn’t seem fresh and I didn’t finish she soup. I decided to try to fried rice and was very disappointed. The dish was burnt, every bite tasted awful. No flavour. For 15.99$ you get a lot for the price but we only had a few bites. I thought we had leftovers for a few days but will have to throw it out. Our bill was over 75$ and not sure we will try it again.

Since our regular Thai restaurant was closed for vacation, we decided to give Thai Bite a try. All and all the dishes we ordered were not bad, but no match to where we regularly go for our Thai fix. We found the rice and the dip sauce for the fresh wraps to be a bit bland. However, we did enjoy the Crispy Chicken Won Tons. Our regular place does not have those on there menu.

In the simplest words possible: this is good Thai food with legitimate flavours. My expectations were met and then some. I ordered the Pad Ga-Praw (basil & chili sauce) with chicken and you know it’s a legit Thai place when you don’t give them any spice level instruction and it’s “make your face sweaty” spicy. The coconut sticky rice was also great, and who doesn’t love a cold Thai milk tea to balance out the heat? Definitely will be coming back to try more of the menu. Thank you for your service.
The food is good, the portions are generous. The only two complaints I would have is when you order a "mild" dish, they still don't go easy on the spiciness. The second one is that, as someone also wrote on their review, they have the worst Pad Thai that I have ever had: it's so sweet it could almost be a dessert. If I were them I would change my recipe to something edible. In general the service is also quite good and the pick up is almost always on time.
Really great Thai restaurant. Our family tried the pad see ew beef, pad Kee mao shrimp, pad med ma-muang (one with shrimp and one with chicken), pad Thai shrimp, and Tom yum soup. The only critique I have is that you pay $2 extra to have shrimp, yet the quantity of shrimp is quite small (about 5-6 shrimp) compared to the portion of food (very large portion of noodles/veggies etc). The dishes with beef and chicken have a good amount of meat.
Absolutely love the Panang, red and yellow curry! They are the best I’ve ever had, especially the Panang. Portions are large, staff is friendly and takeout is always hot & fresh. Lucky to have such a great local business in Orleans!

I got takeout and was impressed not only by the food, but also by the excellent customer service! I called to place an order and the process was quick and efficient, and I was told an estimated time to pick up but that I would get a call if it it was ready earlier. I got the tofu Tom Kha soup and tofu green curry, and the person I was eating with got the panang curry with chicken -- it was all delicious! The coconut milk was very smooth.
A gem within Orleans, we ordered the pineapple rice, two orders of the fresh wraps (one chicken and the other BBQ pork) with the peanut and spicy garlic sauce, yellow curry, tom yum soup, chicken spicy curry spring rolls, pad ga-prow, pad khing. The food was delicious and devoured within minutes. Each dish is packed with flavors that compliment each other. The portions are generous,.Support a small local business, their food is amazing.
We had super delicious dinner from Thai Bite. Pad thai is a bit different from other thai restaurant, I can taste tamarind which is main ingredient of padthai sauce. Pad Kee Moa (spicy noodle) is super awesome. If you love spicy, noodle, and many kind of veggies, you would love this menu. My daugther ate one huge springroll in one minute. We didnt wait for a long time cause we went in right after they opened.
Got a Tom yum chicken soup for takeout, waited about 10 mins. The portion is ridiculously small for the price. The soup only had two pieces of chicken and dried mushrooms soaked in the soup. However the broth was pretty good, just like I expected, spicy and sour.

Thai Bite is part of our regular "take-out" rotations. The food is delicious - one of the best Thai take-outs I've found. I continuously recommend Thai Bite to friends and family looking for a new option (and many have since become regulars). Contrary to other reviews, I've normally found the staff really nice.

Ordered from here a few times since it’s close to home. Although the pad Thai, rolls and curries were good, we’re always disappointed with there servings. For example, on an order of green curry chicken the barely put any chicken. It’s mostly sauce and for the price of the dish it’s very disappointing. There are better places in Orleans so I think we’ll be ordering from there.
While the portions were small, Thai bite makes up for it in flavour. Probably the best chicken fried rice I’ve ever had though. Little pricey. Side note to the manager- the spoons are terrible and cut our lips haha

Fantastic food! Lots of great options to choose from and very good portion size. Very quick and friendly service. I was their very first customer and was given a complimentry Pad Thai on the house. The Pad Thai was great! Lovely portion size and taste. I also had a Massaman curry which was awesome and packed with coconut flavor! A great addition to Orleans!
Disappointed with meal thought we would try but not impressed. Best item was spring rolls and calamari was tender but way to greasy almost would think it was reheated. Each Pad Thai dish ordered were different one vegetable and chicken and one noodles and chicken the noodles dish was short on chicken. We try to support local but this will be past now.
3.5 if I could! Love spicy Thai foods! Fresh salad roll was better than most of the options in the orleans area. I found that it was not a great bang for your buck. Flavourful dishes but portions also matter. Overall quality of food decent. I had burnt flavored pad thai from here but still gave it another shot. They did our next meal just.
It was our first time trying this new addition to Orleans and we had a great experience! The dishes were delicious, great portion sizes and the service was great. Highly recommend the Pad Kee Mao if you like spicy food and the Chicken Spicy Curry Spring Rolls! And of course they have the option for how spicy you like your food. :)
The staff are super nice, the food is excellent, and if you like Thai, you will not be disappointed in this place - it's been a while since I had chicken panang this good, my son and I kept commenting on how good it was as we ate. Our chicken curry rolls were amazing too - kudos to the Team working there, you make Thai food right.
Hands down some of best and freshest Thai food in Orleans.

The best Thai food in Orleans! I order from Thai Bite weekly and the meals are always consistently excellent. I also always ask for extra spicy, and they make sure that it is! My go-to dishes are Pad Med Ma-Muang (Cashew Nuts) and Pad Ma-Keua Yow (Eggplant Stir-Fry). Highly recommend!
We had the vegetable spring rolls, fresh rolls, pad thai, green curry and pineapple fried rice. All excellent and generous portion sizes. And the coconut sticky rice tastes the same as when I had it in Thailand! Definitely going back and glad to have decent Thai food so close to home.
The food here is so yummy! Like other reviews said, the portions are very generous. The people inside were friendly and efficient. We had the green curry, panang curry and sweet and sour stir fry and they were all really tasty and fresh. Will definitely order from here again.
We had red curry, white pad Thai, pineapple fried rice, spring rolls (no msg), tom kha soup, coconut sticky rice. In a time where we can not travel, this brought me right back to my travels in Thailand. Sigh. Flavours, everything was perfect. Great little place. ❤️
Ordered pad Thai three times. It is good. However, the spice level is all over the place. They ask for your spice level from 1-5. All three orders i got 3, and they ranged from no spice to a burning inferno.

That’s the best Thai food we’ve had in a looong time! We bought Chicken Fried Rice and Red Curry and they were just heavenly, especially the Red Curry! Definitely going back for more.
I ordered the Panang curry with sticky coconut rice and it was delicious. It was my first time trying Thai Bite, but based on first impressions I will definitely be ordering again.

The best Thai food I have ever tasted. I'm afraid to give it 5 stars and let out the secret that this place is amazing. A slight twist off the norm and exactly what Thai needed.
We discovered this amazing little gem in Orleans! Best Thai we have ever had and they accommodate peanut allergies. Absolutely delicious and great service! Thank you Thai Bite!
We had Thai Bite for the first time after they were recommended. Excellent recommendations. Food was fresh, tasty and good portion with friendly service. We will oder again.
Delicious food so close to home! The yellow curry was very flavourful and I loved the pork rice paper rolls. The food was fresh and plentiful. Will definitely order again.
Best Thai food we have experienced since our trip to Bangkok Truly authentic Thai cuisine Staff was also very pleasant Will return again soon. Wish we lived closer
Best Thai restaurant in Orléans! Ingredients are consistently fresh and the quality never disappoints. Tried several items and so far, all of them are delicious.
Tried almost every dish here and they will never dissapoint you. Its a takeout place and the packaging service taste everything about here is good. More
Tried Thai Bite tonight for the first time. Absolutely loved it all. Food was fast, hot, and delicious. Friendly staff and masked up. Highly recommend.
Good Thai dishes. Price wise, like previously mentioned, prices are on the higher end when comparing to other Thai restaurants in Ottawa.
We ordered the Pad Thai and Tom Kha Gai soup. The soup was super yummy but the Pad Thai was the worst I've ever had. I couldn't eat it.
Amazing food - would recommend the pineapple fried rice any day. Also fresh rolls with bbq pork - been trying to find these all over.
This is very delicious Thai food and awesome staff! Also, if you are looking for really spicy food this place is all about that.
Had the Pad Kee Mao and it was awesome! Definately coming back for more! Great tasting, nice spice and fast service. Yummm!
Good food better than Thai express. Lacking in veggies and quite spicy we said a 3 out of 5 we will try 2 out of 5.
Ordered Pad Woon Sen, asked if it was sweet, was told no, it was sweet :( To their credit they made it not spicy.
Pineapple fried rice and chicken spicy curry spring rolls were delicious! My new go-to spot for Thai food :).
Ordered for the first time - curry dish is absolutely delicious! Will be ordering again
