BE VERY WARY WITH THIS BUSINESS. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU KNOW YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS OTHERWISE YOU MAY BE RIPPED OFF. I purchased a pair of shoes at the Athlete's Foot at Burnside which then abnormally frayed within less than seven months with less than twenty hours of wear per week. When I took the shoes back to Burnside, I was informed that the shoes only came with a six month warranty and therefore couldn't be returned for repair, replacement or refund - contrary to consumer law. After repeatedly reminding them that the consumer law provided a minimum of twelve months warranty, they eventually agreed that the shoes could be returned. When I inquired which stores might have the same stock, they directed me to Elizabeth and advised me that I could return the shoes there. When I attended Elizabeth with the shoes, I found there were no similar shoes available at the store, and the staff member informed me, similar to Burnside, that the shoes only came with a six month warranty. After repeatedly reminding them that consumer law provided a minimum of twelve months warranty, the staff member reluctantly agreed to provide a refund. To find that both Burnside and Elizabeth spout the same misleading, illegal and misinformed information regarding consumer rights is very troubling, as this indicates that staff within Athlete's Foot are taught, seemingly knowingly, to intentionally and deliberately mislead consumers regarding their consumer rights and the law - it certainly appears to be their standard method of operation... After a significantly more positive experience at Foot Locker at Elizabeth, I highly recommend people avoid this store entirely and just go straight to Foot Locker instead. There is no excuse for misleading customers as to their rights under consumer law. Oh, and by the way, this store's practice of misleading consumers as to their consumer rights has been reported to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission for investigation. If you experience the same response from this business, please similarly notify the ACCC.

Went into the store this morning with a mission to buy a new pair of shoes, I was hoping for some assistance in getting the right pair for myself. Unfortunately I got no assistance at all, I explained to the person working what I needed and what I would be looking for and what current troubles I have with my current shoes, and they gestured a few suggestions and then that’s where the assistance ended. no further questions no giving actual suggestions of best pairs etc. The person all seemed to happy to speak to a non customer when they walked in for a chat with them while I was trying to fumble my way at looking at the wall of shoes, so I walked out. We ended up going to the tea tree plaza store and was well worth the trip, staff much more helpful there. Miss this store and go straight to tea tree plaza

Great service provided by Cam. He was friendly and very helpful. After scanning my walk to identify any underlying issues he identified I slightly roll my feet when walking. Very helpful, especially if you're not aware. Specialised service is offered to ensure the correct fitting of shoes. I purchased a pair of Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 37 sneakers. So comfortable and easy to put on. I also purchased some Lightfeet socks, classified for midweight walking with moisture and temperature control. Pricey but my feet deserve the comfort and support! I highly recommend you visit this Store for superior fitting and great service.

I rated this 1 star because I can't do a minus. Went there this morning with my wife who has health issues. The sales guy was helpful to start with untill my wife didn't like the particular colour of the shoes then his attitude changed and he said well this means I have to get out more shoes with that comment and the change in his attitude we left.hey you are there to sell shoes and provide customer service if you can't do that you shouldn't be in the job simple

Went into store to buy my partner a pair of runners apparently the fact I knew more about runners than the salesperson did was reason enough for him to give us a display of his poor attitude infact he was a flog and needs to learn a few things about customer service, needless to say we went to rebel sport where the salesperson was more than helpful which resulted in a $260 shoe sale, we won't be going back to Athletes Foot.

Amazing service! Was given a full analysis of my feet and how weight was distributed. I don’t know the girl who served me but she was friendly listened to what I preferred and hit the nail on the head with the shoe I needed for work. I have gone to other stores in the franchise and they don’t even come close to meeting the customer service of the Elizabeth store/team. Thank you and I will definitely be returning!

The kids shoes here are particularly good. But the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. For example, I don't appreciate it when someone comes into the store after me but gets served before me. Furthermore I brought a pair of shoes and then I wanted to buy a second pair of shoes which for some reason this was particularly annoying for the female sales assistant so we left with just the one pair.

Went in there looking for a pair of work shoes. The sales assistant acknowledged me. Initially went to the men's shoes area by accident. Then realised the women's shoes were on the other side of the room. Then a family of four came in. Thought I might get some assistance but NO went to the family of four for help. Realised tat due to lack of customer service this is the wrong store for me.

I ordered shoes online and they were sent out from the Elizabeth store. They sent me the wrong shoes. I then visited the store to exchange them for the correct ones. Got home to find the shoes had already been worn and had mud on the sole! It wasn’t a lot of mud but I’m very disappointed that the store feels it’s acceptable to pass off pre-worn shoes as new.

Nick is a badass. Had to wait a little bit, but once I was served, it was a blast. Long story short, I needed to get a fit for some new runners. Unfortunately they didn't have available stock, but if the team worked on commission I would have definitely bought something from him. Thanks mate.

I love this store in particular. I've got very difficult feet to fit and I have orthotics as well. I always find the staff helpful and they go above and beyond to help me get the right shoes. I've been to a couple of other. TAF stores and haven't been nearly as happy with my experience.

The service and attention to detail at the Elizabeth Athlete's Foot store was outstanding, and the shoes are the same high quality as always. My wife's shoes had to be especially ordered, and as we were returning to NSW the next week, the staff organised to have them sent by courier.

Had been to an opposition sandshoe in gawler and they didn't know what they were doing in appropriate fitment so went to athletes foot. They understand and know that great fitment means comfortable walking ‍♀️! Will go again thank you to the knowledgeable team …

Had a great experience shopping today. I typically don’t really like shoe shopping, but I got lucky to be assisted by Tiana at this store. She was very helpful, non judgemental & had some great suggestions too. She’s certainly an asset to the store, thank you Tiana!

Several visits now staff have pushed inserts. When told no the staff member spoke to my child about inserts. The shoes should sell themselves without inserts I can visit Athelets foot at tea tree plaza and not have this product pushed down my throat.

Luckily had my size shoes (US15) just not the colour i really wanted. If they had the colour id give them 5 stars. Staff was really good bringing out 4 different styles for my wide foot to try out.
