I would give no stars if I could customer service is horrible the young black girl was rude we came I'm to get shoes and she treated us unfairly my fiance asked if everything is 50 percent off cause we seen a sign at the front and she told us only on clothes next lady that came in she told her everything was 50 percent off without her asking also my fiance had his eyes on this one particular pair of sneakers and she without looking told him they don't have his Size horrible customer service please get better employees Noone was help to us there!please shop somewhere else if u looking for respect and honesty..terrible customer service oh and to beat it all I wrote what I'm guessing is corporate and they act like nothing happened wat!!!!!!!!!

Pierre and Barry are AWESOME! Down to Earth, transparent, overall genuinely good vibes (not pushy or unauthentic AT ALL!)- This was my first time in the store - a last minute decision, on my way home from work and I have to say, it was time we’ll spent! Pierre immediately grabbed 4 different pairs of (the dopest!) kicks for me and I ended up buying the 1 pair that HE picked out, per my request and I’M IN LOVE WITH THEM & they were the most affordable pair out of everything! This little ‘boutique-like’ store is a gem! Great people- Barry and Pierre.. shout out! IMPRESSIVE selection (I’m EXTREMELY picky with tennis shoes always have been) and a perfect way to end the day!! I’ll be back, FOR SURE!

I wish I would buy another pair of shoes here. The customer service has been horrible the last 2 visits and the owner/ manager isn't any better with his customer service. Let me drive over to Hibbett's where my dollar is appreciated..

If I could rate zero I would. No customer service whatsoever. There were 4 or 5 employees total, including the manager. Not one single employee offered to help or to see if we needed anything.

I like shopping at this place Cause they not only sell shoes They sell other items in their store also And I like their prices And the people that work in there are helpful & nice.

The staff needs to take a course or two on customer service. They where yell out the door while ignoring the paying customers.

Poor customer service, tried to exchange shoes that were to big for my child and was told I could not even with receipt
