I’m relatively new to cycling, my old bike had gear issues and I didn’t think for one minute it could be fixed but the staff here sorted it out within a couple of hours. Excellent service and reasonable prices. I’d come here again because of their fine attention to detail and customer care. Also very COVID safe.
Terrible service. Had a booking only for changing tyres over and after waiting over 30 min I was informed it can't be done today. It's Sat 5.30pm! They open again on Mon morning. They done it before and it only takes 5 min.... BTW. They always look so unhappy when they with customer. Rubbish shop!!!
My Local bike shop but I would never go again after my repair. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The place is uninviting customer service isn't great, price is to high and the repair quality is rubbish your better of watching a HOW TO youtube video and doing it yourself.
Perfect local bike shop. Its awesome when your bike is serviced, repaired and looked after by someone who's clearly passionate about bikes/cycling. Most of the time bike is serviced same day and lots of free handy about maintenance/tips to keep the bike running smoothly!
Brilliant service and very reasonable prices. I took my bike in this week as my Sturmey- Archer gear cable had snapped. They replaced the cabling in 20 minutes, charged minimal labour and before I knew it, pumped up my tyres for free. Felt like a new bike. Thank you!
Over the last 10 years I've been fortunate enough to actually find a bike shop that “does exactly what it says on the tin.” Excellent customer service, extreme technicians and friendly to boot. They have always been willing and able to sort
Very honest and knowledgeable staff. Went to buy a bike. Staff asked about my budget and clearly explained all the pros and cons for each bike and accessory so I could make an informed decision. Staff fitted my panniers, added an attachment
Pleasant experience as always. I find the technician quite charming. This is the third time he has fixed one of my electric scooters in the last 9 years. This time he put some new brake pads in. Polite conversation, work done in 20 minutes
Absolutely fantastic. Really do not understand why the first 2 people have left negative reviews! my 5 year old wanted a bike and went to Halfords first but seemed the quality wasn't great. Decided i would look at a local bike shop so went
Very unfriendly. Tried to explain what was wrong with the bike but before I could he had put it on the rack to repair. So I was pointing out the things that needed to be done to my bike and was told to 'get out of the workshop so I can see
I live in Greenford and been a few times and its always fantastic service and knowledge from the guys who work there. From advice to repair they always find the time to help you. support independent local shops. Much better then any Evans.
Lacks customer service. I am not pleased with the way I was treated as a paying customer. If they dont have time for my bike then atleast say it nicely and be respectful. If they dont want to accept job then might as well close their bike
Bad costomer service. Felt like I was bothering the staff just by being in the shop. I am a manager of a bike shop in South London, and would never have my staff treat costomer they they treated me. Doesn't take much to say hi, and not be
Great expertise and help, these guys refurb’d my childhood ITALA racing bike, they had to delve deep into their old pre metric toolboxes to get the old spanners and ratchets to get it roadworthy again. Not to mention the elbow grease for
I would be considered a 'serious cyclist' - because I wear lycra, ride a carbon fibre road bike and I'm obsessed with Strava. I'm writing this review to let other 'serious cyclists' know, that you can trust the guys at the Greenford Bike
These guys have fixed numerous issues that I have had with my bike including problems with gears, brakes and tyre punctures at very short notice. It is great that they are open late so I have been able to get my bike quickly sorted after
Have waited a month & after many miles riding on road & trail can now review the work on my rear mtb diamond back wheel. The bearings where worn & weather beaten. Not an easy procedure replacing & setting them as not standard set up. The
I've taken my 2014 Charge Plug to The Bike Shop on numerous occasions for routine maintenance, a front fork replacement and a complete rebuild over the past 18 months. Each time the service has been fantastic, fast and reasonably priced.
Excellent service! These guys really helped me out today when I suffered a severe and unexpected rear tyre puncture. They observed social distancing but still managed to fix my bike so I was able to get on my way again shortly after. And
This bike shop is the best I've ever been to extremely reliable and outstanding service, I had destroyed the threading on my bottom bracket whilst trying to remove it so the same day I called to book a drop off and then I dropped it off
I'm probably the exception to the rule. My partner uses them regularly saying that they do a reasonable job, but I have yet to have a service where I have not had to go back asking them to fix something (gears out of alignment), or they
This place is the worst bike repair shop I have ever been to. Old man charged me 25 quid for both front and back tube change. Funny thing is, there was a board with charges info and it clearly mentioned 4.99quid for each tube change.. I
I took my bike in last week because my chain kept coming off when I tried to change to the higher chain ring. They took a look at it, explained how it happened and what can be done to repair it ( Halfords have a lot to answer for!!). I
Rude and unhelpful staff. Some day I wanted to leave the bike for service to fix some things in my bike. They wanted to fix extra things. I didn't want to so they refused to fix only what I wanted so I have resigned from the service.
I have taken my bike to a few different places for repairs and servicing and this has proved to be the best. Great value for money and the work done has always been perfect, it feels like a brand new bike after their service.
Needed a new bottom bracket fitting urgently to my MTB, as I couldn't even turn the pedals it had gotten that bad!! Fixed and new part fitted within 45 mins or so, fantastic service and a competitive price as well. Thank you!
Speedy and efficient team: Got a Shimano gearbox issue and they promptly called me to let me know that the brake pads needed replacing as well. All fixed the very same day and I'm back on the road again. THANK YOU
Great help :) especially during these strange times. They was all very helpful in helping me picking my kids first bikes, made my shopping experience comfortable and slight normalised but being completely safe.
Don't trust some of the bad reviews on here, this place is great and the two guys running it are very lovely and not rude at all! I have visited plenty of times over the last 2 years, they are always very
Well, i called this morning in order to be sure they were opened. I just needed some air for my new inner tube which i had already changed by myself. I am a bus driver and i need my vehicle to go to work.
Good prices, friendly service and fast workers. I ordered a bike from amazon for uni and had this shop build it for me. They were very friendly and got the job done in no time. Definitely would recommend.
I went in for a new backlight for my new bicycle. They noticed that a couple of the bolts needed tightening on the bike and tightened them up for me then and there. Gave me great advice too. Great shop.
BEWARE OF THIS SHOP SHADDY BUSINESS!!! I have never been to a shop (and I've been shopping around the planet) that doesn't accept return for an item that I have never used (or opened), until I come
Managed to get my daughter her first proper big bike for her birthday when it was impossible to get one during the pandemic, but Thankfully I remembered Greenford bike shop from when I was a kid.
Great little bike shop. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Turned up with a flat tyre and had gone out without my kit to repair it. Popped in and was out again in 10 minutes with a sorted bike.
I always use The Bike Shop Greenford for my bike repairs and parts upgrades. Always a polite, friendly and very honest service provided at very reasonable prices. Thank you, guys!! :-)
just wanted to thank the bike shop for the great customer service. very efficient and polite service. got me out of trouble on a couple of occasions when the brake cable snapped on
Needed to have a spoke changed on bank holiday Monday and their service was excellent. They were quick, professional, decent price and all round great service. Highly recommend.
I bought a bike from the shop over 10 years ago and have always maintained it there. They are professional and courteous and i would recommend them. However not cheap
Really great shop. Friendly on the phone when I needed help, they sorted my bike out immediately for me when I went in and reasonable price: thanks guys :-)
Superbly third class staff. Went to shop with a child with a flat tyre. The guy goes, that they don't do pump service.
Really good shop which offers expertise and advise. Helped me in sorting the brakes of my bike. Would highly recommend.
Great customer serivice very friendly and finished the job I needed I world rate 10 stars if I was allowed …
The shop is nice and clean The guys working there are very polite and honest about costs for repair and parts.
Another top repair job by the boys at the Bike shop. They fixed my busted Boardman. Top fellas ☺️ …
**AVOID this bikeshop** i should have realised this wasnt going to be a pleasant experience when the
I searched best bike shops in West London and Greenford came up as one of the top ranked.
Very rude behaviour. And helping at all. Never suggest. I wish can give 0 star review
