Bouncers are Unacceptable. I felt racial discrimination and vulnerable as a woman on my own. My friends were let in and I was kept back. Is this because I am different ethnicity? Raz is unacceptable the owners need to be sorted out. Disgrace.
So many people have been spiked here and instead of addressing the problem, the owner and staff have victim blamed people. they compared having someone raise their voice at you to being spiked. when the girls expressed their concern about
The best place in the world if you like great cheesy music, cheap drink, friendly patrons and friendly staff. An institution with students, nurses, doctors and student nurses. And old versions of those four groups. Spent a good portion of
The Blue Angel is on of Liverpool's oldest nightclubs, it dates back to before the Beatles and after. If you want to experience the feeling of the merseybeat era this is a must. If you are on a Beatles heritage tour this is must. If you
Extremely poor customer service. Waited in line for an hour and a half to be kicked out of the queue after paying. Left alone as a single female. Wouldn’t let me in to find one of my friends. Had to go home alone. Extremely aggressive
Very dead apart from on a Monday. Staff can be uninviting (even a bit rude) so the atmosphere can be a little weird, plus they only take cash and it's £5 entry. At least the DJ is loving it though. Been twice but wouldn't go again.
Cramped venue. Attracts lots of people but doesn’t have the space to capacitate said guests. It also stinks and is cash only, which seems questionable. Also got smothered in a ‘frog drink’ due to the carelessness of people there.
Yes you stick to the floor. Yes you get the blue drink all over your clothes BUT my lord what a club. That bloody blue drink is magic. Worth the que to be lost running round in there.
A right of passage for any Liverpool student. A little rough around the edges but packed with soul. Rumor has it I once went every Saturday for a year. All because Val made me do it x
A rite of passage to generations of Liverpool students. They seem to have got rid of the Raz slime and the horrendous carpet. Can only assume it all went to Sellafield.
1 hour wait followed by my friend being crushed by the barriers, bouncers then thought we pushed in and kicked us out, then tried to fight us. 0/10
A delightfully classy establishment boasting a wide range of cocktails and phenomeninal music. Best go on a Monday night to avoid the crowds.
I have been so drunk in here that I can’t see. Best place in the world if you make it in on a good Monday. More
The Raz? The Rat more like. And I don’t mean the Scousers, surprised they didn’t think it was take away tbf...
This place seems to be part of a rite of passage for students but everyone else is probably best avoiding it.
