very helpful staff so grateful to they saved my christmas. I am a resident of Nunavut and as many of you might know if we leave Nunavut we need to isolate 14 days before we return to our home communities. I thought it would at least be a good opportunity to have some christmas gift shipped to me at the hotel . but my order was unfortunately delayed and would not arrive until after my departure from the isolation hotel. this is when the wonderful Woman at the polo Park Body Shop stepped in and stepped up to save my Christmas and to be honest my butt lol if i didn't come home with something for the Wife. the staff helped me figure out what my wife liked all I knew is it smelled like orange and she applied it every morning. from that bit of information they told me exactly the brand that i was referring to :) . and when i said maybe you have more suggestions as to what i could get they helped with that also. I know this is running a little long but the most amazing thing for me they had know way of accepting payment over the phone so this extremely wonderful woman maybe even against policy told me how much it would be and would need to wait until closing but woulds have someone to deliver the package and pick up the cash. the hotel staff helped in this alo as I was not allowed to pass the cash or even accept the package into my own hands touchless delivery. I would like to thanks the body shop for everything they did the wife actually seen the item in my luggage (forgot to hide it :) and was overwhelmed how did you know exactly what i wanted your amazing ( thanks again Body Shop for making me look good ) . so at this point I should think everyone understands i would certainly Recommend The Body Shop Polo Park Winnipeg ...10 big beautiful stars. and everyone no matter what your situation don't be afraid to ask it might just be exactly what they wanted

HUGE SHOUT OUT to Rachel for helping me get my facial skin routine back on track! Not only was she extremely helpful with suggestions, she made sure I knew how and when to use them. Winnipeg Winter made me feel like a lizard lady. Lots of dry patches, dull skin and eczema that would never clear up. Thanks to Rachel, I am ready and confident to enjoy summer patios with my new, fresh, glowing skin!! 10/10 would recommend stopping in to check out their facial oils and the Edelweiss range.

Always had the best experience in The Body Shop. Usually not many sales representatives but they will manage to attend all and make things easier for you to choose. Also their products are very good quality. My mom is regular customer for Hemp foot cream. On your birthday you’ll get $10 points/off.

I it was wonderful experience but one of the staff member Stephnie was very rude to us I felt she was racist she was ok with other customers, but not with us she was greeting everyone who entered in the store but she badly Ignored us .But other staff member Barie was really very good.

The staff were friendly and polite, informed me of their current sales (there's some pretty nice ones right now) and helped me find the items I was looking for. I enjoy many of their products and what I've bought so far has lasted me quite awhile. I'll definitely be back. :)

Good products, unfurtunaly the ladies at the store, on the night shift on friday, seems like they dont like theirs jobs. No costumer service. No interest at all to help the clients. 3 ladies doing nothing. So sad.

Had to stop in to grab some eyeliner. My kid decided to paint her face with samples. The clerk was very helpful, friendly and offered great customer service. I always love the body shop products.

Great service from Nikitza when I visited the Polo Park store yesterday - she was very helpful, especially when there was a problem finding my account in the Body Shop’s system.

When I was a child I loved coming here The oils they had back in the day were incredible and amazing However they took it away only two oils they kept, others were much better

Well next time when buying bottled body mist without box. Sales lady should wrap all items individually. Not satified when checked after left the store at polo park.

They have a really good body butter with shea in it. It's worked wonders on my dry hands. The staff were also very helpful
