Received an email about a 50% off promotion in store. Upon arriving at the store, was told it was a one day sale yesterday. Double checked email. No indication at all this was a one day sale. No dates listed, nothing in the terms and agreements. Absolutely nothing in the email itself. Looked up prices for products online. Still listed at 50% off. Store refused to match their own online prices.

We were there for 10 mins, looking for a item by ourselves, no help from the 3 employees standing around. The employee Himanshi tried to force us to buy a damaged item. She lied to us and declared she is the store owner when I want to file a complaint, extremely rude, worst service ever, never go back until she is fired!

I was helped by the most kind person John. Though it was very busy ,took time to help me put an order together. Went out of his way , I'm extremely happy the way he treated me. He is definitely a reason I would order again. Kindness goes along way in my book! Thanks again!! Take care merry Christmas!!

I went to the body shop at St. Vital mall. I walked inside and Meagan welcomed us and asked if we needed any help. We said that I was getting breakouts and she led us to the tea tree section. She told me all about it and now I’m getting the product.

Always enjoyable to browse and sniff through The Body Shop. Took advantage of their buy 2 get 1 free promotion today. Very pleased with the products and helpful staff. Happy to shop there again.

This location feels like the flagship store. Very appealing upon walking in. Liked the selection and layout and the staff was on point
