"I used to think the people who worked here were a nice group of people"
"Staff and always friendly, and transactions are a breeze"
"Been stepping in every once in a while as it’s close to my new place I’ve asked them on so many occasions to get growers Apple cider in the two litre They don’t do I go else where unless I’m stuck Customer service falls on deaf ears here Oh and best prices man that guy who said that on google must work there cause it’s not good prices at all"
"Overall, the people who work here are great, nice and non-judgmental"
"Went in with my friend, the manager immediately told the cashier to lock the doors, the doors were verified locked after another customer tried to get inside"
I used to think the people who worked here were a nice group of people. I witnessed a new cashier making fun of his customer, and now I'm annoyed I have to see him every time I want to shop here. I don't know why it's hard for people to treat us with dignity and respect when No one has done anything to them. You want to live life making fun of people, do it on your own time
Staff and always friendly, and transactions are a breeze. Selection is a little sparce, but it's a small shop with plenty of alternatives for what you're looking for. This is my go-to place, mostly because it's within walking distance. I'm usually willing to go the distance for quality, but that's never been a problem here. Happy to have them in the neighbourhood.

Overall, the people who work here are great, nice and non-judgmental. My only negative review is one of their new workers seems like she’s always got to get her hands all the area you drink out of. When people are handling money all day, it really sucks when they get there hands all over where you drink
Went in with my friend, the manager immediately told the cashier to lock the doors, the doors were verified locked after another customer tried to get inside. We then paid $38.00 before tax for a 12case of whiteclaws they are $24.99 at the BCL. Will not be going back to this liqour store.
High prices, but always worth a visit. Hidden old little Liquor Store in the heart of East Van. Since they've the one new guy working there it's so great atmosphere: good music, awesome customer services and always available for a little
Cool staff . Always super friendly ! Good selection from high end wines ( if your having someone special over ) and craft beers and liquor to generic on a budget alcohol as well for the times you need to stretch the pay cheque some .
I shop here for the great variety of products. A bit cheaper than some other off sale shops connected with a bar and hotel. Not a scary block to walk on. Always friendly staff, that's why I like this place!
Prices are at the high end for private liquor stores in Vancouver. The service has been poor more often than not. I try to avoid this place and find it’s worth it to go a little farther to the next place.
Terrible customer service. The people there are morons and do not know how to treat their long term customer. Never will I set foot in this establishment after many year of buying wine and beer there.
Pricey but a great place to find limited release beers long after other stores sell out. Small store and often seems cluttered and disorganized but still worth the visit for some hidden gems
Buddy was super helpful and knowledgeable about Belgian beers coz I just want my thirst quenched but what do you do when it's not hot enough for a lager but IPAs are just too hoppy??
Found some very rare German beer here. Great selection in an area where it's not always easy to find booze on account of Canada not having booze in regular stores and all.
ok liquor store, glad it exists as there isn't much else in the area. selection could be better, especially for craft beer. pretty tiny with not much room to line-up.
Excellent place for stop and shop, limited customer space means a 5 minute wait outside, staff know where everything is and offer top shelf advice on beer selection.
this must be one of the world's smallest liquor stores, prices are not too bad, literally just go in and out of this one, peak and you would miss it was even here
Small store. Over priced. Convient location for me so i come when i want alcohol quick. If not i go to high point for excellent selection and better prices
Arrogant guy working there. Talks down to customers like they shouldn't have dared to walk into HIS territory. Definitely will not go back again.
Despite low ratings, The BeerHeretic's will be keeping an eye on this liquor store. Why would Craft BEERHEADS keep an eye on a supposed dive?
Prices here are more then anywhere else, selection small but they got what the average person wants, paying for convenience really.
A little expensive but has some unique craft beers and ciders, which makes it a fun place to hunt for funky beers!
laid back staff members , not uptight like other workers. Blue collar guys , cold drinks , fancy wines too.
They refuse to take Empties after 6pm & not on the weekends. Preventing my ability to buy more alcohol.
Just a typical small little liquor store. Prices are fair and they sell smokes. Staff are friendly too
This little place has a little bit of everything, clean, quick, and friendly. The beer is always cold.
Karen and her crew are amazing! Friendly, well stocked, and always ready to help. Thanks Bottleshop!!
Surprisingly good selection for a small store. A touch pricey but that comes with the location
Lots of great choices & friendly staff to help! Perfect for a last minute grab & go Beverage.
Private beer store very small but lots packed into small places..staff friendly
Friendly staff, but overpriced, even when compared to other private stores.
Large selection of products friendly staff and professional service
Best selection in the area. Prices reflect that. Ecclectic crowd.
Not worth it. Go up the street for better prices and service.
Best place 4 off sale beers when u really need some
