DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE BRICK!!!! I bought a microwave and it was scheduled to be available after 3 weeks. When I got no emails or updates at all, I went on my pickup date to collect it where I was told that there has been an error on their end and it will not be available for another 5 months. After asking them to switch the order to a different unit, they mentioned that the chosen date is not a guarantee and they never guarantee we will receive the product. I have successfully switched to a different unit (the only one they have in stock) and they could not do anything to make up the fact that they had a huge error on their system. They continued to say that they won’t do anything to accommodate for the huge hassle and they don’t make any guarantees.

I decided to buy a new dinning set for my new apartment so I decided to go to the Brick on at 4250 Dufferin Street North York as I enter the store I greeted by Miss Patience Khumalo a warm good morning, she ask what am I looking for today I reply a dinning set she show me a couple dinning set it was difficult to choose one because they're all nice but she help me to choose one and she was patient to explain everything about the table and the warranty I really do love the dinning set I was very elated for her help. Miss Patience is very analytical she also help me choose a nice TV stand I will definitely going back to this Brick location to buy TV and will go to see Miss Patience for her advice and her help she a dedicated employee and respectful.

I was informed by The Brick that I could replace the mattress at any of their stores. However, during my visit to the North York branch, the staff told me that the manager insisted I return to the store of purchase. After confirming with the original store that this was incorrect, I attempted to discuss the matter with the North York manager. Unfortunately, he remained "on the phone" for over 20 minutes. Despite polite customer service, the manager's attitude was unsatisfactory. I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. If maintaining an office attitude and disliking customer interaction is your preference,then I don't believe that you are at the right place.

Natasha Sehgal assisted us with all our purchases. She guided us with a list of best possible options in accordance to the preferences we shared with her. She was quick and knowledgeable with the items she presented to us, and professionally provided us with answers to our questions. She walked us through the items needed for the bed, from bed frame to mattress to protection sheets and more. She was thorough, friendly and helpful. Amazing service. 10/10

We went to look at a mattress. We spoke with the sales representative Patience K. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to answer all our questions, she was very thorough and friendly. She understood our needs and was able to make recommendations. She is an amazing sales person. If you need anything at the North York store, speak to Patience. She is a credit to the company.

Gobind was the most friendly and helpful sales assistant. He was very patient with us whilst we looked at multiple options in store. He provided various options to best align with our budget and needs. If you go in store please ask for him, you will not be disappointed with his expert knowledge and professional manner. Patience was our service support sales person several years ago (for around $10K we bought from Brick!!!) - very happy with her help - nobody else could do the same for years after ... We were assisted today with the purchase of a refridgerator by Sales Consultant, Natasha Seghal. If I could give a million stars, I would! Natasha was patient, knowledgeable and guided us through the entire process, giving the best advice and pros and cons. If you're heading to this branch of The Brick, ask for Natasha if you want the best possible deal from the kindest soul!

Had a good and smooth experience shopping with my fiancé at the Brick because of their sales associate, Insha. He was very patient and understanding with us and the merchandise we were looking for. He informed us of all the great deals happening in store. Will go to this location again and ask for his help for our future furniture needs.

I must say as a returning customer I always get 5 star service for Jalal. I been a loyal customer for many years. My family and friends always enjoy doing business because we know we can buy with confidence from Jalal. I look forward to many more years of business. Purchased my new TV with Mina she was very kind and a excellent sales rep. Dominik helped finalize the bill and made it a smooth process. Adrian the Manger was very helpful and involved in assisting with the sale. Highly recommend coming to this location for your appliances and furniture needs!

Don't bother spending more for a specified delivery time. We waited all day for a 10am delivery time. Customer service was no help. Apparently the "tracker" on the delivery truck was down so we couldn't even get an update. Even though the salespeople were nice I will never shop here again.

I dealt with Imran to buy a OTR microwave. His Customer Service disposition was excellent. He found me the right solution as far as brand and price point,, and also went out of his way to get my item delivered and installed within a reasonable timeframe. Excellent experience.
