This is my favorite business in the whole area since moving here about 3 years ago. Which is weird because: my car is 14 years old; and I don't care about cars. I used to just wash my car once a year after pulling it onto the grass, when I lived in Austin. But now I live in an apartment and so I take my car here once in awhile. The people are friendly and cheerful almost like working in a carwash is as great as the song says. (Oddly, there was a very car-proud - or stereo-proud - guy driving around the place in circles blasting "Car Wash" once when I was there.) The best thing though is the free vacuums and air pumps. I pay for a car wash less often than I vacuum, but I wouldn't patronize at all probably if it weren't for the vacuums. So much better than anything you could use at home. They also keep it tidy and attractive and I appreciate that, on Austin Highway, where there are some bad property actors.

Have to say I do like their pricing especially for their starting price. Every time I've been usually the people are friendly. Sometimes you got to go run and ask for help if something's not working. I do like being able to renew my subscription just by pulling up to the kiosk and paying. I do pay for their most expensive. I think it's a pretty good deal for what I get. I have not really compared tremendously to other places. But this is usually within my neighborhood so I can get a car wash everyday and get the wax. One thing I have noticed is that sometimes they're red brushes look really dirty black. And sometimes it does get really packed and they are short staffed at times and it does make it a little frustrating. But overall I'm happy with the place not really had any problems with them.

The Bubble bath has an automated system to roll you car through the wash bay. This unit grinds your wheel as you can see in the pic. this is a brand new car purchase with zero miles. we don't parallel park any were to avoid curb damage. The car has swirl in the paint and the wheel have scratches. It was not wash any were else . Think about it your car is being wash by the same roller every one uses if a vehicle has mud the roller picks it up then washes your car. I don't care what anybody says. they even have disclaimer on the wall there not responsible for damage because this isn't the first time. Some from the company that makes $7.25 will see this and tell you it's lie that there system is safe. you want some advise wash your car by hand . They Score an F in my book !!!!!

This place never leaves my car clean... they broke my windshield wiper and they do not want to fix it. They keep passing me around like I’m not important. I understand they have a system but when your manager says I won’t call my GM because he is too busy to talk to you. He basically just said you and your situation are not important enough for me to call. Had some guy call me 2 times didn’t even know why he was calling me. Just said he got my information and he passed it along. I asked him what’s my Information he had no clue... This place is a joke. Pirate car wash is way better. To be honest the gas station car wash is better. Save yourself time and money do not come here.

I feel this new management is fake as ever. I pay for best wash . I got to wash my vehicles and this guy says he cancel my wash cause he was rude and I put him in his place. I go everyday to wash the show truck never had a problem till thus new guy comes and make trouble. .then as I am walking to get towels to dry he blocks me from getting towels I need to use to dry my car . So yeah I told him to move . . Since when you pay for a month membership and they cancel when 4 days left in month . But when I call corporate they say cancel since 15 of the month but the situation happen last week. And if I paid for a month why you don't reimburse me for my days I paid for

If I could give negative stars I would!!!!!!!!!I had been a member for about 7 months and on a recent visit to the Austin Hwy location here in San Antonio an employee who was brushing off the the window of the car next to mine accidentally swiped my car with the other end of his brush and put a dent on my vehicle, after the report and pictures taken by their manager they’ve acknowledged the employee did infact hit my car but refuse to be held accountable…since there are no safeguards put in place to protect your cars at this establishment I recommend finding business else where

It's convenient, some of the locations are better than others for instance the one on Culebra the water stinks bad, the one on San Pedro doesn't have roller brushes just drapes that drag over your car, I hate when they lean over my truck to see if there is anything in my truck bed, I hate when they pre wash before you enter and hit my truck with the hand brush, and I don't like when they keep waving you to move forward to enter the car wash when there's half a foot between the car in front. Other than that like I said it's convenient, I have three vehicles on my monthly plan.

I seem to be having a hard time finding a decent place like this to wash my car as I am new to San Antonio. I drove some time to get here and its by far the most decent car wash I can find. Although it still didnt get all the grime off my rearview mirros and bug residue it still was better than other place I went to. The vaccume that I used didnt seem to have much power in it at all..but over all did get most of my car cleaned. I was surpirsed to find how close the parking spaces were to each other in the vacumme area and no covers to park under.

It’s a good value and cleans my car well. My only complaint is the tracks bang up your wheels pretty bad. My last car I’d have to touch up paint the wheels. My new car I’m going to have to do the same, that’s pretty sad. Pro tip: put your car in drive and wiggle the steering wheel to avoid getting caught on the tracks. Sometimes the car will get stuck and it will keep banging your wheels over and over. One time the car got stuck I got rear ended by the car behind me.Please fix this issue we come to clean our cars not have them damaged.

I have always liked Bubble Bath Car Wash, but since joining their Unlimited Club, I am convinced this is the best deal in town. If I am in a hurry, I can easily be in-and-out in 5 minutes. If I want to spend time "detailing" my car, Bubble Bath provides everything I need for no extra cost. Before joining the Unlimited Club, I usually washed my car about 3 times per month. Now, for about the same price, I wash it about twice each week. The staff is helpful and friendly, and I drive around in a really clean car all the time.

The car gets cleaned but there is always a white film put on by the car wash that is almost impossible to get off and makes the car collect dust/dirt faster. I’ve never had another car wash do this and it doesn’t seem right, especially because this is a good car wash otherwise. Idk why they have to resort to these types of practices. I went to another car wash owner and he confirmed my suspicions about the white film and said it takes about 20 washes from another place to get the white film off.

UPDATE 6/2023 I canceled my membership, as the wash itself is now regularly damaging vehicles. Just read their Yelp reviews for more info, but tires, wheels and paint scratching is happening. Both my partner's vehicle and mine have experienced wheel/rim scratches, as well as tire separation from rim issues. This led to tires deflating and damage. These new vehicles never had these issues until they were run through this car wash. If you value your vehicle, do not use this wash.

Good car wash- could use a little more drying time, friendly staff, apart from 1 rude & impatient waive in guy at a recent visit, they want you bumper to bumper with the car ahead of you- which makes me a bit uneasy, fairly annoyed at the $4 price hike + $1 sign up special just a month after joining the highest tier. Currently eyeing The Wash Tub across the street. At these prices, full service inside & out would be a superior value.

I just wanted to write this review to say how appreciative I am of this place and the staff. I locked my keys in my car today while vacuuming and two gentleman that were working took time to help me retrieve them. They did not have to help me but they did and were successful at it. Highly recommend this location and the staff is always very nice and helpful. You have a forever customer in me, thank you!

The timer for the washing of cars, needs to be like about 6 to 8 seconds slower to give a better wash. When, You step out of Your vehicle-there is moderate smell of sewer in the air. And, there is no covering when One is trying to wipe dry their vehicle. Another place that is $2 lower in price for a wax wash, has a covering for Customers in this heat. Probably won't come back, to this Car Wash center.

I always purchased the second to most expensive wash with the wheel package at this place and never had my vehicle totally clean. Not like I ever went through mud, I lived in the city. I have a small SUV, a Hyundai Venue, and this wash never cleaned my back hatch all the way. The middle always looked like it hadn’t been touched. Do not recommend this place for the money.

***DONT COME HERE**** This car wash broke my driver’s side mirror, I let them know and they called me a liar and said they would check the cameras. They checked and said they still couldn’t pay for the damages because they only pay for damages on cars 5 years or newer. They didn’t care about the damage and made it sound like it was no big deal.

Its a convenient location for me but its unfortunate after every was my tires are left with an oily residue and the bottom of my doors are left with dirt. So I always have to use the towels which yes i am glad is provided but I shouldn't have to wipe off. I pay for the most expensive membership but ended up cancelling because I saw no progress.

One of the best car washes is San Antonio. Friendly, capable and competent staff. I received a thorough wash with no spottiness nor neglected areas. My car looks beautiful! And, the free vacuuming with well functioning machines was a nice bonus. This is an impressive location offering impeccable service. Thank you, sincerely.

Always great service and staff. This place is well worth it for the speed, cleaning and extra services they have and don't charge for. Free vacuum, floor mat cleaning, dry off towels.. Get the subscription service for the best deal. A month worth of washes is approx the same price as 1.5 times going Totally recommend

Wash worked very well. Came in to town from a 5 hour drive with a filthy car. Pulled out of the wash and you couldn't even tell I'd taken a trip. It was nice to see all the brushes and drapes were being used. Som places tend to leave half of them off to save a buck and you get a terrible wash. Definitely be back

Never work for the bubble bath. They will fire you for no reason. Even if you show loyalty to them, they will fire you over a small mistake that isn't worth termination. They don't believe in verbal warnings. Nothing like that. This happened to a friend of mine. Absolutely horrible place to work for.

Great value for a quick cleanup! Check and use the “scrub station” right at the entrance before even paying, scrub the sides and bottom of the car for better results, bottom section of the car is not reached by the machine There are clean towels available for use and free (included) use of vacuum

Been going to this location for years, but today I just found LOTS scratches on the glass of my back windshield and the top of my car after a single basic wash. I know that this car wash caused these damages. Soooo sad and upset bc I know they won't take responsibility. Be aware if coming here!

Friendly staff. Quality wash. Towels available to dry your car. Vacuums available to clean out the loads of crumbs your kids leave in the car. If you enjoy washing your car yourself, this is the best compromise from those fully DIY washes. I’ll be going back here over and over again.

It’s not very expensive and you get what you pay for. The free vacuums and hand towels to wipe down your car are an added bonus. They also have a vending machine where you can purchase other cleaning products such as leather/vinyl cleaner, tire shine wipes, and air fresheners.

Good value for a car wash. They have free towels and vacuums to use afterwards. They have a vending machine with 1 dollar scents and they have a floor mat sweeper which is handy. If you are not wanting to wait for someone else to clean your car then this is the place.

Awesome place to get your vehicle washed. You just sit in your vehicle it's effortless the carwash does everything for you and then when you're done they have courtesy vacuums you can use. Highly recommend the bubble bath. I had myself a bubbly day!

I just got the basic $9 wash. But they did have alot of different packages or passes you could buy. They have free towels to dry your car down.and free vacuum to use. Plenty of staff to help if needed but it was a pretty straightforward process.

Guy was soo nice. I knew I would have to wash my truck twice and he made it to where I only have to pay once. Vacuums work really well. I have 2 kids so seats can get dirty and they did a great job at getting them clean. Will definitely be back!

Does a pretty good job with the car wash but if you sign up for the membership. It's easy to sign up for the membership but when you try to cancel it they will continue to try and charge you and you will have to stop payment through your bank.

Not happy with business who isn't BBB accredited charge money WITHOUT CONSENT on each transaction for "charity". Seems like a scam. Time for district attorney to step in. Each of those pennies add up. Let's see what happens.

Very kind. I started having a panic attack as I was driving up to the entrance and the manager offered to walk me through the tunnel. I was able to get my car cleaned up and they were so kind about the whole situation.

Clean towels to dry your vehicle, free vacuum, free air for tires. It's best to get monthly plan, you can drive through and wash vehicle daily if you want. Fast process and tons of SOAP!!!; Get your Bubble On!!!!!

This is a great place to get your car washed. I purchased the most expensive wash, and it did a great job around the body. However, having an SUV, it left some dirt on top of the roof.

They brought the bubble to the wash yooooooo took me to my childhood precast and had me reminiscing on those carefree days. Thanks yall didn't have to but u did and I am thankful.

The brush extenders scratched my new car. They blamed it on something else. They don't like to take responsibility and swear their carwash equipment is flawless.
