If I could rate a 0 I would!! I am absolutely appalled at the customer service I just received from the disgusting arrogant male worker assuming he is the owner. I asked for a pavlova and he told me he had to make it and wait 10minutes. I told him I would wait at my car with my daughter which he acknowledged. He then came out after waiting 5 minutes yelling at me that I need to pay for it before he makes it in his words "common sense" to do. He then said he would bring it to my car for me as he saw I was carrying my young daughter. Once he had completed "making the cake" he yelled from the door for me to come and get it from him!! He is an absolute arrogant pig!! To top it off I came home to see no cream on the pavlova just the base and some fruit!! Save your money and do not shop there!!

Best cakes to purchase at an affordability price! Cheesecake shop is the G.O to go whenever we have a celebration or an event of some sort with no doubt. Absolutely delicious, freshly packed, nice designs and if you have any requests they will assist you to meet you needs. Never had a problem with Cheesecake shop and I enjoy the fact that they will always find a way to fulfil any ideas you may put on the table to get your cake done! Quality Affordable

So bad deal, they change the top decoration without telling the customer, they charge $5 for bad writing on top of the cake instead of writing on a small chocolate block and put it on top of the cake. At the end they force you to take it coz they charge you in advance. The owner was rude, he didn't have any of the customer service manners.It was my first experience with them and it will b the last, never again.

i am a regular at the cheescake shop. today i went to buy candles, i got a candle off the bottom shelf and a candle fell from the top shelf. i was forced to pay for this even though i didnt touch it. the female worker and boss both kept saying i have to pay. and now they have lost a customer. this is inconsiderate and it seems lile they care more about money than their customers!

U call back to the shop and he disconnected the cable from the phone. I can name alot of things this man has done. What a bully and treat woman with no respect donkey.

Bought a coffee pecan torte for a Birthday on 14th April cake bought home was not edible at all. Went to cut it and it went all crumbly and fell apart and had the texture of crumbly sand instead of holding up like a normal cake should.. Guest could not eat it ended up in the bin. Lucky we also had another cake from somewhere else. Very disappointing.

Giving this place 2 stars because the lady that served us was wonderful but the man that works in the kitchen area was so rude. He questioned if I paid for the cake when he was the one who gave me my receipt then when I showed him proof of purchase there was no apology he just gave me a dirty look and that was it. Won't buy from this store again.

Extremely rude services, completely ruined the experience, and was been told "if you not happy with this service, you can go somewhere else." So very arrogant and uneducated, do not have basic understanding on how to treat people with basic respect and kindness. Do not recommend to anyone, and will not visit this store again.

I bought a cheese cake before and it was supposed to be freshly baked, when I took it back home the base was already crumbling apart. It did not taste fresh either: I think the owner is trying his best to save money compromising the quality. Probably it’s time for you to move on?

Ordered 1/2 carrot cake and 1/2 black forest online. The pickup option was for the next day but I gave the store a call and they were more than happy to give me same day pickup. Moreover the cakes were fresh and delicious.
