I am very happy with my experience with Dr. Hoffman and his team. Dr. Hoffman and each of the assistants I worked with were friendly, sincere and had my best interests in mind. I chose this location, as I wanted the best rated Invisalign office that offered the propel express option (changing trays every 3 days vs. every 1-2 weeks). Dr. Hoffman worked closely with me to achieve the particular look I was wanting while accommodating my busy travel schedule. The girls at the office were also great at their portion of the services. Everyone always wanted to make sure I was happy with the results and feeling well. I am so happy that I can finally confidently smile! Side note for those considering the Invisalign propel express option vs. the regular option (not a review of the office, just info on the process): The first day after the drilling is extremely painful and you will have swollen lips for several hours (this is normal - but good to know so you will not want to be seen by anyone that day - Dr. Hoffman did a great job of calling me that evening and the next couple days afterwards to check-in on me to make sure I was ok). The prescribed medicine helps to reduce the pain; by the 2nd day it is much more bearable and by the third day, the pain has virtually subsided. In the first month or so, you cannot take Advil (though Tylenol is ok). For me, due to the fast teeth movement and subsequent pressure, this meant that I was dealing with headaches every day I changed the Invisalign tray and sometimes the 2nd day as well (as Tylenol does not help with my headaches). After I could use the Advil again, I was happy I didn't have to deal with headaches anymore. That said, I felt these pains were worth it because a fast turnaround was important to me. The slight additional cost I also found very worth it to have such a fast improvement to my smile...every week I could see a difference and within the first month my family commented on how much better my smile looked already!

Do not go to this office. It’s terrible. I just called and the receptionist screamed and then she hung up on me. They charged me for a night guard but are failing to deliver it and the dentist I saw for the appointment was incredibly rude. Her bed side manner doesn’t exist. I already reported her and her medical license is being investigated. This office just collects your money and doesn’t deliver treatment. Every time I contact them they have a new excuse. To add context, this office collected $1,000 for a night guard but they have been making me jump through hoops to pick it up. I told them initially that I will be working out of state so I'd need to schedule to pick up my night guard a few months out. The receptionist said they can't wait, only after I paid them. Thus, the receptionist has been making me schedule appointments that I cannot come to, even though I made it clear I would not be there, I still had to schedule because they cannot wait. Do not be a patient here. They will not treat you well. Read the other reviews. They overcharge and don’t deliver. This time they did this to an attorney. I did not hear from you while your office was open. I am informing you that I am beginning to file a complaint to the ADA and your office is now the subject of a complaint to the dental board. Pursuant to (225 ILCS 25/) Illinois Dental Practice Act, it is apparent any judge would deem such behavior as strongly unethical and grounds for medical malpractice. Again, there is potential to reverse the complain only if your office begins to cooperate and you schedule an appointment for me to pick up the night guard with the same dentist I was scheduled with earlier this evening at a time I am available to come in, not at a time your receptionist staff insists as has been the case thus far. This serves to inform you that after I file a complaint to the ADA, I will meet with the US Department of Public Health and your office will be subject to an investigation

I will NOT recommend this place to anyone, and I have filed formal compliant to the State Professional Regulation about their bad practice. 1, Prior to any procedure, I explicitly communicated my concern about treatments covered by my insurance policy and made it very clear that I would not perform any procedure that's not covered. I was assured by their staff that all dental procedures were necessary and would be covered by insurance. 2, Unnecessary Procedure: I subsequently underwent the procedure based on the assurance that it would be covered by my insurance. However, I later received their letter stating that the procedure was denied by insurance due to insufficient documentation. The insurance has twice determined the medical unnecessary based on all things the dental studio provided! 3, Having been through an unnecessary dental procedure is painful, but what The Chicago Dental Studio put me through afterwards is even more painful. The dental practice initially required immediate payment of $150+ right after the procedure, citing deductible and fees. After insurance denial, they aggressively pursued payment of an additional $120+, pressing me through emails and phone calls persistently. I have contacted them multiple times to complain about the unnecessary procedure and their insufficient documentation resulted in the insurance denial. However, the Chicago Dental Studio ignored my request and engaged a debt collector to press on me for the payment, which has caused me considerable distress. I have requested the regulator to investigate to ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards within the dental profession. I also request that your business undertake a formal investigation into this matter yourself and take appropriate measures to ensure accountability for your profession and your customers! In short, very disappointed at this place. Everyone should avoid this place if they want to be treated fairly.

Crushed it! I was on the hunt for a new dentist since my former dentist in West Town still requires vaccinated patients wear a face covering, in 2022... (obviously insane). But this review isn't about him, it's about CDS. The extremely friendly staff at the front desk and Katherine who did my teeth whitening were fantastic. Booking the appt was also a breeze and everything was done via text/email. Once of the docs came through to check out my teeth before the procedure, gave me a thumbs up and we were off. The teeth whitening process isn't the most pleasant thing I've ever done, but it's not a huge deal. Katherine was awesome at explaining things every step of the way and checked in on me about every 15 minutes as I drooled and sent emails from my phone. The front desk recommended I take 4 ibuprofen before the procedure, which they handed to me when I was checking in. I sort of shrugged it off and wasn't going to take them but they were a little persuasive so I did. Good choice! My teeth aren't super sensitive but towards the end of the procedure they started to hurt a little bit (like a 2 out of 10). They were sore for a couple of hours after we wrapped up, I took a couple more ibuprofen for the sensitivity and woke up today with it totally gone. The best part, my teeth are white! Noticeable difference for sure. And they also provide you with some custom made take home trays and enough whitening stuff for like 20 sessions. Overall, GREAT value and having the procedure done in the office is the way to go. I'll be booking a cleaning and check-up with these folks in a month or two. Thanks!

UPDATE: November 2023: I’ve had my veneers now for just under a year and I’m going strong! I’ve lost count on the number of compliments I get. But what sets TCDS apart is their service. While Dr. Hoffman did all my cosmetic work, I will say that ALL the dentists and all the associates have been super knowledgeable and supportive (in all three offices). It is a testament to their superior service that I am still flying to Chicago for ALL dental treatments two years after I left Chicagoland. They’re that good. And, I want to emphasize that this was in no way solicited. I don’t write reviews (see comment below from last year). But I had to share my enthusiasm one more time! December 2022: First, let me start by saying I typically do not post reviews. The reasons are numerous. But in this instance, I am compelled. I’m in the process of having major cosmetic dental work performed. I was in the chair for 3 hours yesterday. My experience can be summed up in one sentence. And I never thought I would use these two words in the same sentence. The dentistry was … wait for it .. relaxing. Wait, what? They are so gentle and caring, and the techniques they used were far more comfortable than the numerous experiences I’ve had over the decades at other dentists’ offices. Another testament to my claim? I am traveling from New Mexico to Chicago to have these procedures. And no, they do not know I am writing this, and they are not incentivizing it. ‘Nuf said.

I just had my first appointment over the weekend. I have lived in Chicago for over 4 years and had never officially found a dentist here. I was planning trips around my dental appointments back in Ohio. That got exhausting with my office being closed Fridays and on weekends. The Chicago Dental Studio was very easy to make a first time appointment online. I was able to enter all of my insurance info and fill out all new patient paperwork online. They called me a couple days before my appointment to go over some COVID precautions and confirm everything. My dental hygienist was Gloria. She was absolutely amazing. I asked a million questions and she patiently answered everything. She walked through all the cleaning steps. I felt like she was very gentle and communicated well with me during the process. Dr. Bosworth came in at the end of my appointment. He was great! Actually cared about some of my concerns and again, answered all of my questions. When I was getting ready to leave, the woman at the front desk was amazing. She went over a couple of the quotes I received and was able to answer my questions. Overall, it was a great appointment from start to finish. So great that I am having my Ohio dentist send them my x-rays so I can start going to them from now. Its clean, updated, everyone was so nice, and I didn't feel rushed at all. I HATE going to the dentist and I did not mind walking in and out of there one bit.

I was recommended to this place by a family member, and I am so glad I decided to come to this location to get my wisdom teeth removed. The team truly treats you like family. From the moment I stepped in for my consultation to the moment they walked me out to my car after surgery, I knew I was in good hands. The team of dentists and dental assistants answered all my questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. I was extremely anxious about the procedure, and they always responded kindly with care and compassion. Furthermore, their professionalism was outstanding! They used top of the line technology to make my extractions as non-invasive and painless as possible (given the circumstance). It's no doubt they know what they are doing! I was provided with sufficient information regarding the procedure and was given detailed pre-op and post-op instructions. The team was highly communicative before and after surgery and was available via text message to answer any of my questions/concerns. Last but not least, they were extremely cautious during the COVID-19 pandemic. My temperature was checked upon arrival, there was proper social distancing, masks were worn correctly by everyone, and the clinic was exceptionally clean and sanitary. I would recommend this place to anyone! Pro-tip: Park on the street using a meter. It's more cost-efficient than parking in the garage or the nearest lot!

Dr Hoffman at Chicago Dental Studio is the absolute best in the business! I went to the West Loop location for the first time to get a crown re-done on my front tooth. I hated the way my old one looked (it was brown-ish and didn’t match my other teeth). I received whitening treatment prior to the crown as well. The whole process was so quick and easy. They use the latest and greatest technology. They are also very transparent with pricing and will print everything out for you during your first visit. The entire team that worked on my teeth was so helpful and friendly! When it was time to put my new crown in, everyone was in the room helping me take pictures and deciding if it matched perfectly. Side note, Dr Hoffman is a perfectionist and will ensure that you do not leave with anything short of perfect!!! I have never been more confident and happy with my new smile! All around, great experience and I plan to continue going to Chicago Dental Studio for my regular dental appointments/whitening treatments.

I don’t often leave reviews but I believe this is important. I’m a medical student here in Chicago and I was in need of a general dental cleaning. I have my regular dentist back home and I go regularly (every 6 months). I thought I would stop in here for a quick cleaning and check-up to stay on track. The cleaning was fine, but the dentist claimed that I had 2 areas of tooth decay in need of fillings and 2 other areas to watch. I ended up getting the X-rays they took at The Chicago Dental Studio and I sent them to a family friend who is a periodontist and my regular dentist for a second opinion. Both doctors agreed that there was NO tooth decay on the films. I am not sure whether it is incompetence or fraudulence that is driving this practice but either way, I would recommend you look elsewhere for your dental needs. No one should have procedures they simply do not need. More so, do not let this dentist (or any others) take your wallet for a ride. 0 stars. Sincerely, Andrew Roth

I am so happy with the team at The Chicago Dental Studio. Part of an old crown that was done at a different studio came off my tooth while I was on vacation. I had a small window back in Chicago until my next bout of travel. I typically go to the river north location but they were completely booked. However, the scheduler was extremely helpful and booked me at the West Loop location with Dr. Schultz. What I loved about Dr. Schultz was her confidence and ‘bedside’ manner. She made the crown for me on-site and informed me of all the procedures and what I might need to look out for afterwards. She said that I might have some pain for the next few weeks but I am happy to say that it is Day 2 and I have very little discomfort. I am extremely happy that I made the change last year to this studio. Everyone I’ve met so far have been extremely professional and helpful. Thank you for taking care of my teeth!

I am very happy with my experiences here. The staff are excellent, and the dentists are caring and efficient. I originally went in with minor tooth pain that would require an extraction: the immediate issues were addressed, and I was provided a comprehensive, affordable treatment plan that included my inputs. A few days before my scheduled treatment, my pain level increased greatly, and the team was able to squeeze me in two days early for an extraction. Even though I was cramping their schedule, the team treated me as a first-class patient and gave me all the attention and care I needed. Drs. Wainright and Bosworth were both excellent, and made me comfortable and confident about the treatments. I'd like to specially call out Ophelia - she engaged with me on a very human level and helped me manage my anxiety. Thank you all so much.

TLDR: Dr. Bosworth is the king of all the dentists in the world and The Chicago Dental Studio West Loop is the best place to go for your tooth troubles. I last had a proper dentist visit in somewhere around 2009-2011 before coming to The Chicago Dental Studio in 2020. I had one cracked tooth filled in around 2016 and one wisdom tooth pulled 2018 or so, but that's it. Needless to say I needed a lot of work done because of that. I've visited The Chicago Dental Studio West Loop for: - Couple basic cleanings - Couple root canals - A few crowns - Several fillings - Removal of 3 wisdom teeth Every time I've visited it has been a good experience without much pain at all on any of the procedures I had done here. Anyone who has operated on me here has been exceptional and Dr. Bosworth is just the best. Thank you for fixing my teeth!

Today visit at The Chicago Dental Studio, West Loop, blew my MIND! I went to see Dr Hoffman at the LP location for a consult, and he recommended I went to see Gloria for a deep cleaning before any cosmetic work, and I am so happy he did! I have early onset gum disease since college, and unfortunately after pregnancy, my gum disease gotten worst. I had a deep cleaning before, and I was so traumatized from my previous experience. However, Gloria was so AMAZING today, I am happy to say I am no longer scared. It is still a very lengthy and unpleasant procedure, but I trust her wholeheartedly. She made sure I was comfortable the entire. I really appreciate her patience with me and how thorough she was. I didn't feel much pain as all. Thank you so much Gloria. I am looking forward to seeing her again in 6 weeks.

I don't write reviews, ever. But I just want to give credit when credit is due. Dr. Nathan Hoffman is the best out there by far. I'm skeptical of people in general and I've had bad past experiences with dentist who try to get an extra buck (like Dr. Benjamin Fiss in Chicago). Dr. Hoffman and his team put me at ease right away. They were so warm, welcoming, and readily available for any questions I had. I knew he wanted to achieve a result that I would be happy with. He far exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for dental work and you live in the Chicago Land area this is the place to come to. I can not stress that enough, you will not be disappointed. I am happy to report I now have a set of perfect, natural looking teeth! Thanks again Chicago Dental Studio!

So far, so good! I went in for a cosmetic consultation just yesterday and was really pleased with the amount of time Dr. Unterbrunner spent with me, explaining the process and answering all my questions. My experience elsewhere that I went for consultations felt super rushed so I decided to move forward here. With my wedding approaching, their team was amazing getting everything rushed and making room for me in the schedule - literally the next day for step 1 and my crown-lengthening the next week. I’m really looking forward to working with this team and will share updates post surgery, whitening and veneers!

My own experiences with the dentist have been since childhood and not the best...The Chicago Dental Studio staff is welcoming and make me feel comfortable and confident with whatever treatment I'm to undergo when I visit. They also are very helpful when it comes to method of payment, they will work with you to establish a payment plan if one is needed. As in my case, I had not been paid by my employer in the time of my visit. Was able to establish a well set payment plan for my treatment the day before. Office is clean, very sanitary and again...staff is very welcoming, accommodating. Thank you.

Great location in west-loop Chicago. The front desk staff immediately makes you feel right at home when you walk in the door. Everything was on time, and it was an extremely well-run office. Brownie points to the curated ambiance and latest technology. Shout-out to - Claire! She is meticulous and loves her job! She is excellent with the imaging device, captured clear pictures, and explained each tooth in detail. All 32 of them! She briefed before performing each procedure and operated scrupulously. Super courteous and professional. I loved this place, the best dental checkup experience ever.

This is a great dental office w a great dentist (Dr Unterbrunner) who quickly diagnosed and thoroughly treated my cracked root molar so I could return to using both (R & L) sides of my mouth again for eating. I had switched to a diff dental office after misuderstanding w this one (that was my fault) and discovered the new dentist's lack of experience had cost me unnecessary procedures, money, & time off from work. Dr Unterbrunner's knowledge and experience shows in the care I received from him (and his staff is great too) and I'm forever grateful to have found him. I hope he never retires.

Very modern and clean dental studio. From the beginning the staff was extremely friendly. My hygienist (I think her name was Megan) was superb she explained every step with me and made me feel very comfortable. She really spent a lot of time polishing my teeth. Following my clean, the doctor did a final check up. He was very friendly and personable and made me feel at ease. It was a wonderful experience probably one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. I would completely recommend them to anyone! And they accept all major insurances I think? Thank you very much!!

I couldn't be happier with my decision to move to Dental Studio from another practice. When I developed a problem, Dr. Hoffman personally stepped in to make sure I was taken care of. He put together a long-term treatment plan that was affordable. He is not just an excellent dentist, he truly cares about his patients. I always enjoy seeing him. Sonya is a fantastic hygienist, very thorough while concerned about your comfort. All of the staff (shout out to Bailey and Hillary) are super friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I appreciate how well the office runs.

Love The Chicago Dental Studio! From the doctors/staff who work there (shout out to Dr. Unterbrunner), to the super clean and modern facilities and last but certainly not least - their transparency over the course of 6 years! I can truly tell they are looking out for my best interest and never trying to upsell any services that I don't need (one of the main reasons I left my last dentists.) great experience always! Last year I was preparing for my residency interviews and wanted to solve my dental problem to have a better look during my interviews. Dr. Hoffman and whole team helped me a lot and arranged my procedures in a very short period of time and had everything done before my interview season began. I keep visiting here for my dental care. Everyone is so nice and the communication is easy and efficient. Many many thanks to the whole team, I can't express how grateful I am for the care and help that I get during the time I visit here.

I fear to have absolutely any dental work done. Mostly due to my teeth being extremely sensitive, low pain tolerance, and having exposed nerves. Therefore, even simple cleaning procedure is a painful task. I really appreciate my hygienist (Clair) making me feel comfortable, taken care of and ensuring I had no pain. My experience was great and now this is my favorite place to trust my teeth health. I have scheduled other appointments for additional dental work, and surprisingly looking forward to it! Went to doctor Bosworth over the course of about 8 months to have 4 fillings replaced. After the first tooth, i told him it was very sensitive. He told me it was ok and would eventually go away. He proceeds to do the next tooth...a few weeks later- both teeth sensitive. Again, he told me it would take a few months for it to go away. He does the last 2- now all of my back teeth are sensitive to cold and heat a year later. He took a lot of my money and probably should have just done a root canal to begin with.

Love this place. Very modern and comfortable the rooms are darker than your normal office which makes for a relaxing environment. All the staff are super friendly and professional they even play music which it great. As far as the dental work being done here A++ never a single complaint from me! Some of the new dental technology they use is very incredible. I needed a crow put on a chipped tooth they were able to use a 3D printer and have it made to fit right there on the spot very cool! Thank you!

DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to receive a surprise & large bill 2-3 months after your services. They mailed and texted a “surprise” statement, no call with any explanation. The quote that I signed and agreed to and immediately paid after my services was not valid. They do not help check your insurance after the New Year and stated that it’s the patient’s responsibility to know their insurance, but will still give you a quote with your insurance prior to the service so that you “think” it’s valid.

Highly highly recommend this dentist, they do such a great job. After moving downtown I tried several dentists before I finally found this one, there are so many horrible shops out there! The dental hygienist I’ve been seeing at the chicago dental studio west loop does an incredible job - my teeth feel like pearls when I’m done. Everyone is so incredibly friendly and this place is very clean, I really like Dr. Bosworth I feel like he listens to my concerns and has great input and advice. 5 stars!!!

Love this office! I always get a little anxious before any dental appointment especially because I have a few sensitive spots that always flare up during cleanings. The music and overall vibe of the office is great I felt like it was a place I wanted to be hanging out at. Meagan did a great job with my cleaning I didn't have any sensitivity flare ups and she was extremely helpful. It was one of the best cleanings I've had in awhile. Will definitely be a patient here for many years to come!

I recently switched to this studio. Things I love: 1) Dr. Bosworth's attention to detail. I really feel like he cares about my teeth and my wellbeing. 2) They make crowns in-house so you don't have to go back for multiple visits. And they're good quality (I've had a lot of dental work). 3) Flexible weekend hours 4) Checking in via text 5) I feel safe with the hygiene protocol, washing hands and rinsing with hydrogen peroxide/Listerine immediately upon entering.

I've been a patient at The Chicago Dental Studio ever since their River North location first opened. I've had everything done from regular cleanings to Invisalign / whitening treatments and the doctors and staff have been nothing but stellar the entire time. Their new West Loop location improved upon the already contemporary and clean River North office. I could not recommend them more for anyone in the downtown area looking for dental care.

The facility and equipment are great. The staff and doctors make your entire experience with detailed explanation, advise and provide upfront visibility of your costs that makes it a time very well spent for your own health. Highly recommended, I first came here for my wife and then for self, Staff and Doctors attending to us were different but commitment and service on both the occasions was excellent! Will soon come for my kids....

I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences with Dr. Bosch. I went and had my implant placed today and I was extremely nervous , but he and his staff calmed my nerves and everything went smooth. No pain, a little swelling to be expected. The wound site looks great. Dr. Bosch has created a dental plan for my teeth and they have never looked better. I just do everything he tells me and I continually get compliments on my teeth.

I had a great experience; I received excellent customer service in a welcoming environment. The entire team was professional and interpersonal, making sure I felt comfortable for the procedures ahead. They where thorough and answered any questions I had. I had a crown replacement and 4 wisdom teeth pulled in the same week. For anyone looking for a safe, professional, and comfortable dental experience, this is the place for you.

Friendly, fast service. My first consultation was so informative and thorough. I felt like I was in good hands. I was thoroughly pleased with my deep cleaning. My Hygienist was amazing and patient for the whole 3 hours and me with my tired jaw and weird tongue posture lol. I had a wonderful experience at the Chicago Dental Studio in West Loop. Dr. Kailyn Schultz was detailed in her communication making me feel comfortable before, after and during my procedure. I was a nervous patient but she put me at ease. She was friendly and most importantly provided me with knowledgeable explanations on my treatment plan. I would highly recommend visiting Dr. Schultz, she is one of a kind.

This is like The Peninsula Hotel of dental offices, the Michelin 3 star restaurant experience and the best visit to a dentist that I have ever enjoyed. And I have never enjoyed a visit to the dentist. The team are all excellent communicators, up to the minute modern techniques and equipment are used and I even liked the soundtrack to my deep cleaning, part I. Choose this practice.

Meagan is always amazing when it comes to making my 13 year old son comfortable during his cleanings. Meagan and Dr. Bosworth explain why oral hygiene is so important ESPECIALLY when it comes to flossing. They showed him photos as well as his X-rays to give him a better understanding of where his cavities are. I love how informative everyone in the office is. We’ll be back

I have been going to CDS for a few years now and every appointment has been amazing. The staff is always so sweet and caring. Dr Hoffman and Dr Bosworth have both done work on me and I have been extremely happy with both of them. Dr Hoffman fixed my top 6 teeth with some bonding and they looked good as new. I would recommend CDS to ANYONE in the area. Such a great office.

I am always impressed with every visit I have with Chicago Dental Studio. I have seen Nicole (West Loop) for routine treatment since I started. She is professional, honest and thorough with routine treatment. Dr. Hoffman has been great as well with specialty treatment and I will continue to recommend this location to my family and friends!

The staff welcomed me with such enthusiasm! I loved the energy from each and every one of the workers. Great environment + treat you with care. The workers definitely enjoy their job and it shows! I would 10/10 recommend someone to check out this place. I’ve been to quite a few dentist offices and this is by far the best experience I had.

Excellent service. I highly recommend Nicole for a cleaning, she knows her stuff and and makes you feel 100% comfortable. I really appreciated that they ran on time, and even took me early for my apt. Dr. Hoffman put together a plan for the future, if youre nervous about going to see a new dentist go here, you wont be disappointed!!

I started here about a year ago after my former dentist retired. I am very happy and so is my husband with Dr Bosworth and our hygienist Megan. Hubby very pleased with partial crown and that says a lot! Bosworth keeps a close eye on the cracks on some teeth. I did get occlusion done on my bite before I came to this studio.

Super friendly, quick, and informative. I really like how clean and upscale their offices are.. terrific music . I have been coming to Chicago Dental since I moved here 2 years ago and I cannot say enough about this dental office. I was recently there for a routine cleaning and had a great experience with Gloria the dental hygienist. Dr. Bosworth is excellent, tells it how it is, has your best interest in mind. Highly recommend!

Claire is the best hygienist and makes going to the dentist actually nice. She’s warm, thoughtful, and super kind as a person and her work is flawless and makes it so there is hardly any discomfort. The dentists are great, too, especially Dr Hoffman. The aesthetic, the experience, all around 10/10. Highly recommend.

They’re so nice and my teeth feel so clean. They really go in on the gum lines and I appreciate that. Everyone is patient and takes the time to explain everything. The waiting room is clean and neat. There wasn’t too long of a wait and I was surprised their hours are after work hours. They are not open on Fridays.

The technician thoroughly examined my dental health condition. She took the time explaining in detail of the findings and recommended adjustment in my home routine to improve the condition. She then thoroughly and gently cleaned my teeth, showed me proper technic of flossing. She is the best dental technician!

Dr. Nate, Dr. Flowers are the best dentists I’ve been too. I’ve had instant relief after my root canals. I can’t wait to get my veneers done. Paula Namrod is also an amazing dental assistant. She makes me feel comfortable while I’m there. Definitely would recommend either office to my family and friends.

Dr Hubbard and her team were great! I had been putting off getting a crown because I was dreading it, but they did everything possible to make sure I wasn't in pain. The process was actually very easy and painless, and I walked out that day with my crown, no going back for adjustments or fittings.

Love this place!! After just moving here, I was obviously nervous to find a new dentist but these guys are awesome. Their west loop office is in such a convenient walking distance from my apartment but they have multiple offices throughout Chicago. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming!

Had a great first experience here. Sonya did a great job cleaning my teeth. I was really happy that she wasn’t as aggressive as other dental hygienists and I didn’t leave with a sore mouth. Dr. Bosworth was really kind and took his time explaining things to me which I appreciated. Thanks guys!

New patient. Needed emergency dental service for a cracked molar. Dr. Bos was excellent, efficient, and explained everything thoroughly. I was even able to receive my half crown that I needed the same day - no temporary! Yay! I will be using this office going forward for my dental care needs.

Best dental office I’ve ever been too! No wonder it’s so hard to get an appointment, worth the wait! Every staff member I encountered was wonderful, and Doctor him self was so nice and gave me quality time and attention. Nothing felt rushed during my visit, so happy to have found this office!

Great all around service. Clean / nice office with cutting edge modern technology. Dr. Hoffman was friendly, honest and truthful. The offices run very on time and efficiently. I have never had to wait for an appointment and am usually out quicker than expected. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I’m a super skeptic of most dentists, but this team was phenomenal! Felt completely taken care of, from my hygienist Ashley’s thorough but gentle cleaning to Dr. U’s friendly and factual analysis of my dental health. (They even have the picture to prove it!) I highly recommend this studio.

Dr Bosworth is a mouth Magician…the kind of dentist that has a keen ability to distill complex procedures and processes into simple language so that the patient can understand exactly what is going on in his or her mouth and any procedures that the dentist suggests.

I needed emergency dental care and they found the earliest appointment. The medical professionals were kind and knowledgeable. The technology in the clinic is up to date. They also have payment plan options. I felt so safe and normally have anxiety at the dentist.

The 2 root canals were done with in 2 hours and still had 19 minutes left on the parking meter to get to my car, I've had alot of work done by the endodontist i felt comfortable almost fell asleep that's how good this guy is at his profession. 3/28/2023
