We have stopped at Coffee Club at this location several times on our way to catch a flight, our last visit was extremely disappointing, one staff member in the kitchen and one serving staff member, no patrons were sitting in the cafe at the time they must of been sitting in the public area as the serving staff was in and out with coffees , we stood in the 'empty' cafe for 10 minutes and we were not even acknowledged, I was joking with my partner that we must be wearing our harry potter invisible cloak as he walked right past us numerous times, making eye contact but not a word was spoken, or a smile, not even 'I'll be with you in a minute, take a seat' absolutely nothing. This is the reason I am writing this review, I dont normally leave negative reviews, but have decided to do so on this occasion due to extreme and no excuse for, lack of service. My review is not targeted or negative towards the Coffee Club, we eat at them quite regular and have never experienced a lack of service like this one.

Food was stale, avocado gross and watery, they served plastic cutlery and cream in takeaway coffee cups. We asked for cold water and the bottle had mould growing in it, with dregs and sludge visible in the cups. The cutlery was gross, my knife had some dried egg on it and clearly hadn't been washed. Can't believe this place exists. Clearly no pride or effort to be good. My best suggestion is to replace the coffee club with something else.

Don't know how this place got good stars. I wouldn't give even 1 star. Went n ordered ice chocolate but came like Gloria iced chocolate with cubes in it n no cream on top. And wen I went to tell it is made wrong, she rebelled n said can't do nything about it. Staff was rude n didn't knw nything on how to make the drink. I strongly recommend no one to go there. No customer hospitality. I WILL NEVER STEP IN THIS CAFE EVER AGAIN

Ordered flat white on whole milk. Partner ordered mocha on lactose-free milk. Approx 8:15am on 28/06/19. Flat white had distinct overtones of chai (like the jug hadn’t been rinsed between making a chai latte and heating the milk for the flat white, or like the barista got creative.) Partner currently sequestered in the smallest room. Likely to be there for a while. Mocha, evidently, was not made on lactose free milk.

On the left as you enter main doors Efficient friendly service Open 6am to 2pm Monday-Friday. Ideal place to wait for your nearest and dearest to depart or arrive. Plenty of parking and flight screens to check

The worst club sandwich I've ever tasted. It was advertised on their menu as chicken & bacon club sandwich, the chicken was wafer thin, advcardo all over it and no bacon at all. The fries were covered with some kind of herb salt, Far to much. So the club sandwich & and a small coffee, $ 24.00. FEELING RIPPED OFF

Decent place for a coffee stop but not up to the standard you normally expect from a coffee club. OK food but portion sizes were small for the price. Bit of a wait for food and coffees even though we were one of the only ones there.

Looking forward to the usual amazing big breakfast but sadly it was disappointing to say the least! Uncooked cold tomato and mushrooms sounds like nothing but add dry tasteless hard scrambled egg and boom ruined breakfast (bacon baked beans and chipolatas were edible) …

Worst food, worst service & for what we we paid, we got absolutely ripped off! Ruined my last breakfast with my family. You're better off getting McDonalds next door than this rubbish.

Great service from the senior staff. Has always talked to us customers like we're old mates. Knows his trade well. Food was fantastic. Coffee was spot on. Always a pleasure dining here.

This place was a ripoff. It was probably the fact that it was in the airport, but the lactose milk is an EXTRA 80 CENTS. You can’t help it if you’re lactose intolerant, so why charge more? All in all, the Coffee Club is nice, but needs some changes to be made.

My partner and i just bought a coffee from coffee club in the service centre and cant believe that there is LOUD crap music coming from the kitchen. Your customers dont want to be listening to his CRAP whilst trying to enjoy coffee and food. Turn it down!!

Possibly the worst service ever. One of the ladies is eating her breakfast while making coffee. They made me feel like we were bothering them by ordering. Would not recommend.

Nice food but bad service. The girl on the counter didn't give me any receipt. After waiting for 30 mins for the meal. The crew forgot my beverage and when I ask for my child's smoothie, they won't make it unless I can show them receipt.

Pleasant visit to the Brisbane Airport Coffee Club tonight met with brilliant, enthusiastic and friendly customer service from Scott. Awesome to see, especially on a Saturday evening when not many people want to be working! Legend!

Enjoyed a smashed avocado with added bacon. Was yummy. Sometimes at certain coffee clubs they only put the thinnest layer of avocado so I was pleased to receive a decent amount of avocado. Delicious! Coffee was delicious as well!

Today, 24 August 2023, we stopped here for a coffee and a bite to eat. We had a ham/cheese croissant, a dirty chai and a cappuccino. Staff, very friendly and polite (Theresa or Teresa) the young lady that served

Guy at the counter was rude and would not give me a cup of warm water to give my infant. This is how this franchise treats it VIP Club customers. Coffee Club hq should bring this franchisee back into line.

I really enjoyed the flat grill toasted tortilla, and the brekkie burger was also ok, it would be a 5 stars with a more enthusiastic service. But in general good food, as any other coffee club!

Coffee split all over myself while young staff member trying to put food on table. Staff member just stood there. No refund or no compensation. Nothing from the manger. Very disappointing.

Very busy with cab drivers uber drivers and the like, very slow service , as for pricing way over the top for what they give as food to the pricing is not comparable avoid if you can

Why advertise that you’re open until 8pm when the kitchen closes at 7pm? This is not mentioned anywhere until you arrive and line up to be told “no food now” at 7.05pm. Frustrating.

Worst airport food ever. Ridiculously overpriced coffee - $5!! All the food is served in non recyclable plastic containers with plastic cutlery - even if you eat in.

Good little stop off while waiting for arriving flights. Always clean. Clean amenities. Coffee, junk food and a decent amount of parking considering its location.

Had a great coffee made from a gentleman by the name of Russell whom was very friendly and polite, I will definitely be back much appreciated …

I fly very often and this is the place I always stop for my coffee and feed. Cause the coffee is great and service is good. That is all that matters .

Chicken and cheese toasted sandwich although the chicken was so wafer thin, was basically a cheese sandwich. Very underwhelming.

We find it convenient and most satisfactory especially if we are shopping in Ballina Fair or going to the movies nearby.

To be honest the coffee tasted like hot water, I do not recommend going here at all.
