Extremely disappointed with the service and the food. The attitude of the staff is as really disrespectful as if they were giving out free food. The micro greens were wilted and not fresh. The spinach on the other hand was supposed to be wilted as per the description but was not. The eggs were not cooked properly, the whites were runny and when the lady who brought more eggs was quite rude and said “I’m not gonna take the other eggs back, you just leave them in your plate”. It seemed like the lady was having a bad day or something because of the way she was collecting the plates, rearranging the tables and chairs banging things together. If you don’t like your job just leave it, don’t take it out on the customers. It gives a bad name to the restaurant. The staff needs to be trained to be a bit more respectful towards the customers and more emphasis should be put on customer service. Please take this as positive criticism coming from someone who has traveled around the world and been to a lot of restaurants. Thank you!

We had waited almost 40 minutes for our drinks and food My mum wanted to get an ice tea and I wanted a coffee so we stopped by here o the busy boxing day, I ordered with cash at the counter and told the girl we were at table 31. We waited and waited, and my mum went to do some shopping as it was taking too long. One of the staff that was cleaning tables outside noticed that I was frustrated, her name tag said Tanya and she asked if I was okay, I explained that we had been waiting for our order, and she said it was put down as take away, I told her that I had mentioned we were outside at table 31 and she apologise very politely and said she'll get the coffee remade as it might be cold by now, she was very plesant and genuine apologetic and made me feel valid on such a busy day, this was going to be a 2 star review but thanks to Tanya and her genuine concern and hospitality we had a great experience. Coffee was amazing too!

Came with my partner and both meals we ordered, was missing half the ingredients that we were looking forward to have. My frappe didn’t come with whip cream even if we asked for it specifically. No napkins were given at any point. The fries were soggy and no salt or seasoning what so ever. The flat grill I ordered was flat indeed. Almost nothing inside. Regret spending my money here and won’t be back. If you are in harbour town, don’t waste your time and money here. Don’t go to eat here until the owners of this franchise change. It’s become just a money grab with no good service or food given to us in return. The owners clearly don’t care about the standards or their employees. Definitely not coming back!!
Ordered its Christmas special, prawn roll. The actual food was far from the appealing photo - a few cold prawns on a few pieces of cos lettuce leaves drizzled with mayonnaise on a bread roll, the whole thing looked sad and not christmasy at all. The worst is the bread roll, so chewy it was hard to cut with the knife or bite off. Pretty sure it was not fresh bread. Very disappointed.

A good food eatery option to cover most palettes. Seating inside or out with accessible options. Wait times are generally high due to demand and size of Cafe. Pricing is too high for the quality and portion size. The pancakes were not much larger than a scoop of the ice crusted stale icecream and frozen berries. Thickshake was nice, flavoursome and fresh. Coffee was good, not burnt or bitter.

Ordered 4 large iced drinks was given all smalls. Line was too long to be bothered to line up again. However they should’ve gotten the order correct this first time. They still tasted fantastic. They just got a very crucial part as to what I paid for wrong

Went to Coffee Club ☕️ Harbour Town today. Food was delicious and came out quickly. The staff were friendly and were so good about all the changes my friend and I had to our meals. The Cafe was clean and tidy. No issues, would 100% recommend this place to friends and family.

Fresh, clean flavours perfectly prepared in a central location, provides a perfect light brunch for a walk around the extensive open mall. Places to sit and allow young children to play. Waited 40 minutes for our meals, even though we ordered through the 'skip the queue' app. Saw our meals were ready, but staff walked past them at least 3 times. Also $3 for 2 tablespoons of baked beans was a rip off. That said, food was tasty, shame it wasn't very hot. More
Been waiting half an hour for my food and there's only about 6 people here. I've finished my coffee and have been sitting for (update) 50 minutes considering leaving without my food. Come on guys, you need to respect your customers' time better than that.

Very slow service. The special Prawns salad is not at all worth 14.5$, tiny portion and flavourless. The chefs really need to do a better job seasoning there food. Never coming back.
