The store in Caroline Springs Victoria was a great find. After 10 months of renovations i was ready for cm lots of new furniture and had been scouring furniture stores. The customer service in the store was amazing. Pricing was spot on and the fact that I could purchase matching furniture for 2 rooms was a bonus. The delivery team were the BEST! They delivered in time, were very careful with walls/doors etc and assembled my dining table, complete with non slip felt pads. When they saw me unpacking the rest of the furniture they told me they would assist. They positioned the furniture for me and took the rubbish outside on their way out. All I had to do was scree the legs on my dining chairs. They were polite and fast and I would definitely use this store/company again!

Bought sofa worth $3500 and having so many issues with it but nobody response in proper way..feather inside sofa coming out in 1 week,lint all over the sofa in 1 week after buying and clearing everyday and now 6 months it's still coming from fabric..They just saying lint is normal process but sofa with lint all over looks ugly and it's brand new sofa..worst experience again next day..Then clearing They use

The staff were extremely nice, prompt and helpful when I was deciding on what furniture to buy. Did not bombard us with a bunch of questions like other furniture retailers which allowed us to browse freely and comfortably. The collection process of our furniture was organised the next business day after payment which was awesome. 10/10 service, would come here again.
