I'll start with the Fayetteville GA store order. I ordered 10 sticks of Hardie Trim and caulk on Thursday morning. Didn't get a message the order was ready. Went to store 23 hours later and asked if it was ready, was told "we don't have enough pullers so we'll pull it now". Went to the Hardie aisle to grab the cart when they had it loaded, had a crew waiting for me on site. 5 min later no one showed up but there was a cluster of HD employees 50 yards away chatting. Pulled it myself to get on the road. Next stop was HD in Buckhead GA. I had called that store the day before and told them that I needed to split my 90 item order into two pickups of 45 pieces each. Was told to call the store 30 min prior to pickup and it would be ready. Did as instructed, called Friday morning at 0930 and told Cust Svc agent I'd be there in 40 min. She said OK. Got to store and was told "we don't have enough pullers, the stuff is on aisle X and there are carts over there, you'll need to pull it yourself". 900 pounds, 12 foot Hardie Plank that will break if not supported. Fortunately ran into a manager over there and she was aghast. But it took over an hour to have the order pulled and when it did get pulled the employee pointed to the 900 pound cart in the store and said "here's your stuff". No help to wheel it to loading area, no help loading. The next day I called ahead to arrange the second half of the order pickup and talked a Manager, Andrew. Got to the store and it was ready, they helped us load, he was very apologetic. This is all really disappointing but I'm getting used to living in US where people mostly don't care about the customer, it seems there are enough customers to keep financial metrics happy and if I go somewhere else who cares? This screed will be chuckled at and posted on some HD "grumpy customer" bulletin board. Just not happy and you guys wasted a lot of my time. Plus some of the material was damaged and I just took it being so disgusted with the whole process. Good day to you all, maybe next time will be different but I'm not hopeful.
This store location is pathetic. I went to this location to buy a battery for my Dewalt power tool. Amazon had a lower price, and I checked Home Depot’s website before ever leaving the house to make sure the price matched. Their website says they do. They make a big deal out of “lowest price guarantee.” When I got to the location the app said the battery was in, it wasn’t there. I had to hunt down a sales associate in a different section, just to be told the batteries were in an overhead bin in the other end of the store. I finally get to checkout with the battery, and the sales associate said she needed a manager. She and I stood together for about fifteen minutes waiting on a manager to show up. This incredibly rude “manager” eventually walks up to us, then proceeds to tell me that they don’t price match Amazon. I tell her that the website says they will price match online retailers, and there’s no mention of an Amazon exclusion. She then offers to “call the manager.” I said I thought she was the manager, and she said she was, but she could “call the manager” again as she’s actively walking away from me. Screw this place. Every time I go here I waste half my day waiting around to give this ridiculous excuse for a store my money.
Today was an incredibly frustrating experience at Home Depot. I went there to shop for appliances and sought assistance from an associate. Unfortunately, they did not work in appliances, so they directed me to the appropriate person. However, the person I needed was already occupied with another customer, so I waited nearby. As time went by, I noticed another customer, a lady, who also wanted assistance from the same employee, Brittany. It's important to note that I had been waiting for over 30 minutes before she arrived. After waiting for more than 45 minutes, a different Home Depot associate, who worked in the carpet department and had short hair, took the lady who arrived after me and helped her. To add insult to injury, the customer, herself acknowledged that I had been waiting before her and even suggested that I should be attended to first. However, the Home Depot employee dismissed her and told her to go with her stating that she was their priority. This entire ordeal lasted for over an hour, leaving me extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Home Depot.
I think this is what consumers get now that online shopping is the norm. We walked in with printouts of what we wanted. Spoke with six (that's 6) different people who told us, (two by pointing - one guy was so loath to take his chin off his fist that he finally rolled on his chair to another aisle to point out the next person who's job this wasn't) they weren't the person to ask. (Three of the others just said they couldn't help. Didn't offer any other suggestions) As we were walking out of the department the the sixth person asked if he could help, looked up what we wanted in his phone, said "Aisle 32, this is it." but couldn't show us the product and went off looking for someone who could ... it was clear coming here was our mistake. We returned our cart to the front, went to the car, ordered from Amazon. It will be here tomorrow and if it's not correct we'll return it. Too bad. Really too bad. I suspect this is a manager issue - things might be different if we went to another store, but why?
Deplorable service. As a former employee of the company (2007) I was appalled at the dire lack of customer service. Amazon isn't ruining businesses, poor training and lazy employees is. If I have to ring myself up (and still wait because prices aren't in the system correctly), not to mention the LACK of people to help. There was no greeting as I entered, no help in any department, I even had to pry two employees from paint to help me...and almost drag them with the jaws of life to show me what they suggested. At least amazon has a detailed description, videos and reviews...not to mention much more reasonable prices and product accessory suggestions. Then, the customer service guy was rude beyond words. He acted like I was "bothering him" by asking him to create a special order for a high dollar item. Once I realized he really didn't want to help me, I told him never mind...im sure Lowe's has it. And even if they don't, home depot won't get our money or patronage ever again. What a shame!
In January of 2014, I was in process of moving from Florida to Missouri. I got stuck in the horrible ice storm in Atlanta that shut down the city. People ditched their cars on the side of the highway and I was stuck in wall to wall traffic that was going nowhere. All of the hotels were sold out and I sat at an exit in my packed car for several hours (barely able to move it was so full due to being packed from my move) with no shelter stuck and was scared I was going to freeze to death. I found out after almost giving up on trying to find a place through WOM that Home Depot opened their store up as shelter. I believe it was this exact Home Depot I was at. They welcomed me in with a place to sleep and food. There were several other people staying there as well. I am very grateful and wish I could do more to express how thankful I am for what you did! I should have written this review a long time ago btw!!!! Very humane of Home Depot to do this! Thank you!!!! <3
I went to this location to get a new blind for my window. I had the original one with me and needed a new one, ½" shorter. The "specialist" in the Blinds department said that she needs the size of the WINDOW. I said it's irrelevant, I just needed an identical blind with the one I was holding in my hand, just half an inch shorter, nothing more, nothing less. The lady said she can't help me without the size of the window, which I find completely stupid. Who cares what the window measures if I already have the size of the blind??? I asked to talk to the manager who turned out to be "busy" and nobody showed up in 20 minutes. Well, LOWE'S not far away! UPDATE: Went to Lowe's and they had no issue whatsoever to make one by the size I gave them. So, when you want something without mindless Home Depot employees and managers that don't bother talking to the people that pay their salaries, wasting your precious time, go to Lowe's!
One of the largest Home Depot’s I’ve been to. With a large parking lot to accommodate. The large plant life area is beautiful. With so many items to choose from there were not many employees to help locate anything. Actually I did cross paths with about six all of whom did not say hello nor did they ask if I needed any help finding anything. After I approached one for help thankfully he knew where to direct me and walked me over to the area, but quickly left before providing any further assistance. After I found my items I was surprised to finally get a hello, did you need help finding anything from the employee of the month in my book Mr SCOTT T. He also apologized for the other employees that didn’t greet us. Which was another great action by Mr SCOTT T. I liked the benches by the check out area and the large selection of appliances.
Worst customer service ever even though prices are somewhat good…but what good, a price may be if the people selling you the products are unprofessional, disrespectful…. Just to name two in particular Brandon and Charlotte from customer service at that location they will put you on hold for over 30 minutes, just to be disconnected then simply to start the same process again when I am simply making an inquiry on my delivery ….please be respectful and be efficient and effective in your communication! Nobody forces you to be in customer service, you choose to be in that position of serving your customers so please do so with kindness…. This experience was Quite a nightmare and simply Appalling to me, these last 3 days having to deal with those above employees
I reserved a rental truck at this location. 20 minutes before the reservation time I received a text stating there are no trucks available. Why make a reservation? The team member didn't tell me that might happen so I was unprepared. I called another location and they had something but wouldn't hold the truck despite the poor customer service at the first location. Luckily I found something but as we all know, when you set time aside, perhaps ask for help on a certain time and day, this gap in reliability is very frustrating. A friend reserved a truck at another location, same exact result! Last min text saying her reservation was canceled. Why reserve at all?? Or, why do business with such a poorly managed service. Boo.
I was looking for a product and asked an associate if they knew where it was. They said it would be in the Garden department, so I looked there for a while and didn't see it. Then I asked a Garden Associate where it was and he said it would be in Paint. I looked around Paint and didn't see it so I asked a Paint Associate. He didn't understand what I was looking for. If Home Depot wonders why customers would rather shop online or find a product location online and then go get it without talking to anybody, it's because Associate knowledge of store layout is zero. Communication is zero. Product knowledge is zero. Now the military discount is being limited annually. Time to shop somewhere else.
Overall this is a great store but there flooring department is terrible. I ordered some blinds for a new home. Home Depot was supposed to coordinate for someone with their 3rd Party blind installation contractor to come out and measure the windows. It took roughly 3 weeks of me going back and forth to Home Depot trying to get a status and to get the measurement scheduled. Then when it came time to deliver the blinds, someone was supposed to contact me and provide a delivery date and window. Nobody ever called, but when I got to my home this morning the blinds were laying outside of my garage in the rain and some of the boxes were soaked. Just terrible coordination and communication.
It's very obvious: they are not employing enough people. Conner, However. He lęţ me know:"my wait time in question. It was right on point!" He spent time; happily, chatting and cutting the detentions I needed. Came out perfectly. I came by a few weeks ago. Buying the wood, I need, has greatly improved. I'm happy I'm getting good service; being wood is so expensive!!!!!!!!!!! (FYI: they somehow have cheaper prices than local mills) Update : I went to buy 350 hardyplank they don't have it guys, they have the individual boards but that's it. Pro services was great in helping me secure this in mid-town. So I really hope the hardy plank is in soon in bigger swath siding.
Note: I am not a contractor nor construction professional. Mere homeowner who takes care of as much as he can himself. That said, this Home Depot has consistently offered an excellent customer experience. Clearly identified/labeled and logically laid out organization, friendly and available employees, and the synchronization with the phone app makes ordering/pickup a breeze. The parking lot is a *bit* tight/challenging to enter/exit but that’s to be expected for the location, so while it’s good to anticipate the extra time you’ll likely sit in traffic, don’t hold that against Home Depot management.
NOT good, the new typical poor customer service. Employees like most place, are talking amongst theirselves too busy to answer the phone or help people in the store. Called and left on hold for 22 minutes which again is the new normal, Called the corporate office about 10 times about Home Depots lack of accountability with phone and customer service but, it will not change! On a bright note, Tim at the Pro Desk is the Best and Awesome, only employee that I have ever had at Home Depot that helps and gives customer service like he does! We would NEVER go to this store if He was not there!
I bought a lot of packing supplies from here like cardboard boxes in all sizes and strength and related items. They keep a lot of staff so there is always someone to guide and assist the customers. I am highly impressed by the employee's sense of customer service as they take complete time to find the thing a customer is looking for from any corner of the store, helps them with options and utility. No wonder it is a popular store for ages for many and the company has done well over the time. There is a consistency in service level across the stores.
The lady who greeted me on my second pickup was friendly. Thus give some stars back. ———————————————————— Bad service and rude staff. Waited in line (only one line and two ladies helping customers) to pick up my order and when it was my turn, some random guy just cut through from the other side and the lady had no problem with that. Then went to the other one since she’s available, and got told “hey we got a line”, welp i waited in the line and just got cut! Wonder if they are rude to anyone or just being racist to asain.
We have been the customer of Home-depot for past two decades. Been in many location and dealt with many employees. This location been always amazing. The ppl at pro desk are working hard to meet the costumer expectations. The service is excellent. However since the Mannagmnet has change u can see how the service quality has decreased. Orders comes in late and nothing works right. On another hand deliveries start getting slow and horrible. Sometimes will take weeks to get a load of anything at the job site.
Horrible customer service, you would think after paying over 1k fir oven you wouldn’t be waiting over 45 days and still counting to have it delivered and installed. They literally dropped off an oven, asking where to put it at…ugh! Still not installed one crew with no patience will stop it off and another later date to install. It’s still on the balcony after the installer saying Hone Depot gave him the wrong address to no show the first time followed with an excuse. Shop at Lowes Worse experience ever.
9/26/19 I called prior to going to see if an employee could help me replant my growing Monstera deliciosa seeing as I’ve never done it before. We were told an employee by the name of ***Ranger*** was there and could help us. He did an AMAZING job. He was a nice sweet funny guy. He gave us so many tips and tricks to planting and I could tell he was passionate about his love for plants AND his job. He deserves to be acknowledged for his kindness and great customer service skills. Thank you Ranger!!!
This location needs serious improvement. And after shopping for an hour. Someone moved my cart to customer service and I spent another hour searching for it. They were out of 3 needed items on the shelf and they were up high with no one to come get them down for me. All I got was an attitude when I tried to ask someone for help. Then, when I was ready to leave, I got ignored at the Pro Desk and had to go stand in a long Customer Services line to do a phone sale (during Pro Desk hours).
Worst experience ever at a Home Depot. Paid for a van rental come to get it at 8 am and the system somehow didn’t process my reservation fully. They said for me to get it they would have to cancel reservation and redo it. Which means I had to pay again while I was being refunded which can take up to 72 hrs. I was over charged twice and reservation couldn’t be processed. Nothing they can do they say. Sorry Home Depot store…now I am out money that’s floating in space.
After placing my order I went to the bathroom When I returned I had already received a notification to pick up my order. Fast Now that's a 10 star plus on a Saturday priceless. They got this curbside service to a science I notified them my parking #, color of vehicle showed my ID was delivered with a Smile. If you fear the unknown of COVID, and on & on this is a must. Thank you Home Depot. I wish I had ask my delivery she was extraordinary.
this store at lindberg and piedmint is the best HD i have ever been to. every single associate said hello and smiled. every single one. i used to wonder where all the wonderful associates were who were in those commercials. well, theyre here - and some are at the store on lawrenceville highway (they were also very friendly and helpful). i didnt need help today, but next time im doing a project, thats the location ill shop.
Made a reservation for a rental, everything was confirmed and good to go. Then the night before, I get an email saying it's been canceled since there are no vehicles available?? Of course they have no problem taking ur deposit money immediately! I know this isn't necessarily the local store's fault, but Home Depot Corporate itself . There need to be stricter penalties for renters who do not return vehicles on time.
The store, in a great location to Pine Hills/Buckhead was well stocked, neat, clean, and well organized. The Lawn and Garden area was packed with plants and plant needs. However, not with what I sought. Customer Service was very busy with a moderate wait. Although a cheerful teammember was able to resolve my issue. Parking is plentiful - although challenging to negotiate or walk through.
Today i went there to get some gardening supplies and basically found every single thing i needed and more! The crew there are the most helpful people and friendly; Andrew in the gardening department was very knowledgeable and friendly and even helped me find the right size pot for my new blue berry bush ! Love them and hope they keep up the good work in these times! Be safe stay safe
It's a Home Depot plain and simple. They might have what you need, they might not. The nursery and store are both a pretty good size. Does the parking and traffic suck? At times, sure, but it's also in Buckhead at the corner of Piedmont and Sidney Marcus, so what do you expect? I can tell you this though - it's a hell of a lot better than fighting the traffic at the PCM Home Depot.
This store had the lumber in stock but had to just about beg to get it with a forklift because it was in the back. I got ignored, probably because I’m a female, I told it was hard to get because other material was in front of it. My husband asked was finally helped. Waited 45 minutes for the product. I would have left but I have the installer at my home. What a waste of an hour.
Shawn/Shaun T is always super helpful and kind in helping our family load our tree onto our car. This is the 2nd year in a row we had him tie our new Christmas to our car and we remembered because just like last year we were met with a genuine kindness and helpfulness that we don't come across very often. Grateful to experience such great customer service.
Home depot doesn't care about thier workers. Although they average around 1 million a week in volume they are to cheap to hire loss prevention fulltime and barely Parttime to protect thier dedicated employees and customers from thieves who steal big ticket items everyday all day. Thieves feel free to go in there anytime day or night. Noone will stop you!!!
Jonathan z Went over and beyond. A rare and quality employee. Really happy to have been served by Jonathan he really did do his best to find the product I was looking for get it which required a fork lift and made sure I was taken care of right to my car cause of the weight. Really Solid performance. General manager should notice this star employee
Using the home depot website, I was able to find exactly what I needed straight away. Still, there were several very friendly and eager-to-help associates who offered to assist me throughout the store and on every aisle and turn! The open, fast, organized checkout areas completed my visit very pleasantly. Very well-run and customer-focused
You can find everything that you need to build anything. The staff is always friendly and they will help you if they can, if not, they would find someone who will do. But still need more construction equipment for little projects, I had been there looking some tools for small projects and I haven’t had luck finding what I’m looking for.
A great young man named “Sam” was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had lost hope in this store because there’s never enough people to help you but Sam went above and beyond to help me find the item and even helped me loading it to my van. People like him make a big difference in retail business. I truly appreciate his help!!
I visited Home Depot yesterday and was helped by Earnest! He was simply so amazing. He helped me find what I was looking for through his knowledge of the store’s layout and was helpful during the self checkout process. Very friendly, beautiful and contagious smile. He truly embodies the Home Depot brand. Thank you Earnest!
On a recent errand run, we quickly found everything we needed! On this late afternoon visit, when customer service can oft be lacking, was pleasantly productive. We found the staff to be kind, helpful, available, and we'll informed. The store was well stocked and has always felt safe to us on this and our previous visits.
Absolutely fine service. I would recommend this homedepot to anyone they had exactly what I was looking for which was mold killing or removal substance's and an air conditioner. Everybody was extremely polite and helpful. Also no wait in line as well I would recommend this one above all others for sureeeeeee! …
Always a good home depot but today they went above and beyond ... from rod greeting me and walking down the aisle and telling me where to go to Tom taking great care of me in 2 separate departments to Jeff checking me out to Sonya and nyla and Stella ordering for me.. Thank you all for the exceptional experience.
Store is an embarrassing example for the Home Depot company. Parking lot is always a mess with carts and trash scattered about plus the staff, specifically in the lumber dept, looks and acts like they could care less about helping customers. Will drive further in the future to avoid this store whenever possible
Everyone was very helpful. They had to special order what I needed and what i liked the best was all I had to do is pick it up in the special lock box. That was very neat! No hassles waiting in a line then having to wait for someone to find your order!! I wish the other Home Depots would get that system!
I had a great assistance with an employee her name was Meg. She was very informed on hardware. However I tried to give her good feedback from the receipt and the user ID and password for invalid I don’t know what that’s about. However I had a great experience and I will always go to this Home Depot.
I would have been there for over an hour trying to figure out which plumbing parts I needed but fortunately for me, Winford helped me and got me out of there in five minutes. If only there were a Winford in every store waiting to assist shoppers with that polite and helpful attitude of his.
Nice location when you are working in downtown Atlanta. I was able to find what I needed without any problems using The Home Depot's app. The employees were friendly and helpful as well. The only problem I have with their stores is they always tempt me to buy more than what I came for.
I was returning items my contractor purchased on my behalf. The scan did not find one of the items on my credit card. I was issued store credit - no drama! I immediately returned to the aisles and shopped - purchasing more items than the credit value. Thanks for the easy return!
This is the most well-lit, inviting, spacious, organized Home Depot I've ever visited. I nearly thought I was in the wrong store. We found everything we needed for a great value with a smooth checkout. Whether you live in a house, apartment, or van this depot will make it home.
Recently went in for garden items.an employee, Ranger, was incredibly helpful and attentive. Immediately saw we needed help and stayed with us as we piled up supplies, paid, and then he loaded up the SUV. Haven't had this kind of service at a Home Depot in years.
If you call the appliance department they don’t answer. The appliance department just hangs up the phone and are not helpful. Spending $1000 on a refrigerator or stove and getting this customer service, Dave your money and time go to Lowe’s or Best Buy!
Steve Valley was the store associate that helped me in the paint department today. He was so patient and understanding when I miscommunicated my paint order. Very cheerful and kind employee, made my experience and my day awesome. Thank you Steve!!
This place sucks. I went in there today needing help deciding between two brands of mortar mix and wanted to know which kind to use for my job. The people in the flooring department were absolutely awful. I couldn’t get anyone to help me. I
I love the home depot. I love it for the people, the color orange, and the can get it done attitude of the team! In 2010 I spent $4,700 on mulch for my garden at this location. I loved it so much! I love to visit this home depot 2-5 times a
Had a very positive experience. One of the gentleman in hardware assisted me with getting a whole house set of locks rekeyed to ensured they are all the same. He might this process painless and can get some peace of mind my house is secured.
YASSS! Randy the assistant store manager at this location is AN ABSOLUTE GEM! He is a shoe in for District Store Manager and we need more people like him providing the customer service we all deserve! Thank you SO much Randy for backing me
Wanted to buy a thrifty board but there wasn’t any barcode on the boards and no description label with barcode on the isle too to tell the price of the boards. I had to go to a ProServices guy after an hour to find the board on his system.
I enjoyed shopping here this morning because of Evelyn and another young man whom I'm sorry to say I didn't get his name but he was working in tools and helped me find a ratchet set. Thanks so much for the exceptional customer service!!!
Let me be perfectly candid here. This was a very busy time when I went in at 5:30 at night. Most people we're getting off of work. The staff was overwhelmed and no one was available to help me. The worst part was, I couldn't find my way
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I came in and nobody greeted me or couldn’t help me find what I was looking for everyone was to busy having fun socializing and wouldn’t help the customer. This is the worst Home Depot in Georgia
They failed to honor my requested 10 percent military discount, even after showing valid ID. Returned to the store for a price adjustment, but they require all items purchased to be returned as well! How inconvenient. Don't offer and
I went to the Garden Center & was helped by Caesar, he was incredibly kind & knowledgable & actually taught me how to take care of my plant. I was so happy to have met someone who was willing to help & took that extra time with me.
The service here is fantastic! I went in for a Christmas tree, however the one I wanted was out of stock. Two employees helped me find an even better one that was on sale. Very glad I went to Home Depot for Christmas decor.
Came here from California to do a job, best customer service ! Tim on Pro services was the best at getting all my material on time. Thanks to him the job was a huge success. Shout out to Big Tim for help …
Carol H. in capert dept was very helpful and patient. She is knowledgeable and listened to my needs as far as carpet selection goes. I feel confident that with her guidance that I will make the right decision.
This place is like an emergency room for your home. I can always find what I need for my condo. The staff is incredibly helpful and will go out of their way to ensure you are having a better day. Thanks Randy.
Helpful staff. Dizzying array of product selection. Not sure which item is the right size, shape, or color? Get one of each and return what you don't need. I'm grateful for their very generous return policy.
Steven was awesome helping me with all of the deferent options available and took his time to really understand my needs. I will definitely be coming back to this location if I need any supplies in future.
This is certainly one of your cleaner and more well-organized locations. I always enjoy the assortments of flowers. The staff members are always very friendly and eager to help you out.
The store is well stocked, but be prepared for 10 people to try and bum from you just for walking in. Then you get to see a dozen more as you go out and load your purchases in the car.
Theodora need to learn customer service if you got a job take care of. If you can't do your job better go home. Home depot need to learn about this. No supervisors at all. Amazing.
went to buy pine straw for halloween decoration and a worker hit me with the bales he just trowed them at me so rude and direspectfull overall good location and prices
Fun fun fun!!!! I love going to home depot during Halloween season, it's like a free Halloween event for my child!!! Plus we got a pretty awesome Halloween decoration!
I had a great experience at this location. ✨✨Chico was very friendly and offered A1 service when Curbside Pick Up experienced a glitch. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
Y’all need to upgrade It’s 2023 I should be able to pay with Apple Pay on my phone. There’s Emergency situations we’re we leave and don’t have all ur thing on us
This time the store had plenty of staff. They were eager to help. We rented the truck for $19 for 75 minutes and that was quick and easy to move our purchases
Great selection with excellent customer service. Andrew in hardware went above and beyond to assist and ensuring I got the correct materials for my project
Chris in the garden department is a gem!! He is extremely knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect plants for my yard! It was a breath of fresh air!!!
Customer service is always excellent. I can usually find everything and some of what I'm looking for. They have very good mark downs on select items.
Everyone’s so helpful! Very organized and I never have an issue. I just tried the curbside pickup and it was smooth. Curtis took great care of me.
Pretty much have everything you might need for your home repair or construction job. And right now they have some awesome Halloween decorations.
Love my HD. Too bad this guy is selling a big box of ryobi in a home depot shopping cart right at circle k parking lot right next door.
Staff here were very friendly and helpful. The staff took me strait to what I was looking for and had a nice conversation at checkout.
The BEST BuckheadHOME DEPOT Ever!! Google Review family, I am totally in this store location at least twice a week. Recently, my DYI
Plenty of items available for home : fridges, tiles, kitchens, carpets, washing machines & dryers, tools, bathroom fittings, etc
Lataunga was amazing! She helped find the supplies I needed for my new home. She was definitely helpful! Thank you!
Worst store ever don’t shop here or work here horrible management and it’s a lot of ratchet things going on
Beautiful and busy Home Depot! Filled with everything you would ever need and quick self checkout lines
Very busy store. Very big store. They didn’t have what I was looking for. The parking lot is insanity.
Get all my outdoor plants from here! Plants are good quality. Staff have been helpful and friendly!
I love the homedepot, not everything is perfect but they will work with you as possible as they can
Quick painless return. And wound up buying cords at a great sale price for my holiday decoration.
If you don't know exactly what you want/need it is very hard to get any staff to assist.
Please share your WhatsApp number I want to contact with you. I'm from Pakistan.
At checkout, they do not take Apple Pay or Google Wallet, which is inconvenient
They’ve got good products. Wish they had a bit broader of a wood selection.
They have attentive staff, nearly everything you'll need To do any job.
This is absolutely the most helpful and organized Home Depot.
Does not accept Apple Pay or any other tap-to-pay methods.
Always in here fully stocked and very helpful workers
Love it, great Homedepot to get what you need.
