This Home Depot is my favorite HD to shop at. It is very rare they do not have what I am looking for. The young men are ALWAYS helpful. They will ask if I need any help before I get a chance to say hello. I went to the self checkout and the young lady started scanning my items for me. Thank you all for your professionalism and expertise.

The in store experience was a little different. (Jonesboro) I needed a key cut. The associate page a associate, but no one came to the area. I asked how long ( it was 8am), she was kind enough to cut the keys for me. Although it was early, the associates that were on the floor was nice. The customer service was pleasant.

Went in today (11/24) and while walking to check out, I got hit by a drone that was being flown by an employee at the customer service desk. He didn't apologize until I said " okay" and the "I'm sorry" was the most sarcastic response ever. Next time I need anything, I'll just go to the Morrow location.

Pretty good store for your home improvement needs. Would prefer this store over Lowes simply because of the amount of staff always looking to help. No other reason. Good overall, either way. Website is generally accurate when you want to get in and grab what you need quickly.

The lady at the paint department was helpful and friendly, unfortunately it appears she is an anomaly in this store. I was in the customer service line for around 45 minutes despite the line being quite short. The assistant manager was terse, unfriendly, and uncommunicative.
