Home Depot used to offer excellent customer service, but no longer. I ordered a BBQ on-line, selected a pickup date and then got a call two days later, on my pick up date, to say they didn't actually have the item (the excuse they give every time this happens is that the website hasn't been update), but she tells me I am welcome to phone around and see if there other stores might have one. Zero customer service. I order a door, had to wait for it to come in - not a problem- was told they would call me when it came in. One morning I'm getting ready for work and two guys show up to deliver it. No email, no call. Further the box is quite damaged, so I refused the delivery as if the door was damaged I would have no way to get it back to the store. One phone call or email would have been nice, and why deliver a (potentially) damaged product? I repeat, zero customer service. I phoned that day to have the door reordered. Two+ weeks later I phone to see if there's any indication when the new door might arrive. Spoke to a fellow in millwork who said he would check, then told me he'd call me the next day with an update. He didn't. I went to the store and they discovered the door had not been reordered. Since I had now waited near three weeks for a door that wasn't coming I suggested we look at the door they had tried to deliver before, see how bad the door was damaged. They opened up the damaged corner of the box and the foot looked ok. They said they would deliver the following Saturday. That was the most helpful anyone had been up to that point. Today is that Saturday. No door. "The delivery paperwork didn't go through" I'm told. The story continues.
UPDATE I finally decided to go back to purchase my replacement siding pieces because I found out the size I need and the website was showing it was in stock. Turned out the website was wrong and the color I wanted was not only not in stock but is discontinued. I dealt with Wahid at the special order desk and he was great. He was knowledgeable, helpful and took the time to help me find a comparable replacement and then placed the order. Wahid has excellent communication and customer service skills, he is a true asset to the Empress Home Depot team. Usual I've had good experiences at this location but today was horrible. I needed to buy some replacement pieces of siding so I went early in the morning and was directed to the desk halfway down isle 19. I was told the person working the desk would be called and meet me there. After waiting for half an hour I went back to the Pro Desk and asked if someone was ever coming. The employee was called again and I went back to wait. I waited another half an hour and finally the employee showed up. There was no apology for the hour wait and in the end, he knew less about siding than me. He was able to do no more for me than I can do on my own on the website. He didn't even offer to call over a more knowledgeable employee to help figure out the correct siding to order based on the sample I brought in. If an employee doesn't have even a basic knowledge about the products in that department, they shouldn't be working in that department.
I ordered on line last May 16 and it tells you that I have to wait for an email when I could picked it up. I waited each day for an email and then on the 3rd day that I still did not get an email so I phone if I could just pick up the item and the lady I spoke was not very helpful and did not give me an option of what I can do. She has told me that if I can’t wait then cancel your order. I understand that they are busy but have that professionalism to talk to customer in a nice way, I was just inquiring. Finally after a week, I got a call that they can’t fill my order coz they are now out of stock. It’s a big waste and it was not a nice experience for me to order on line the first time. I don’t recommend ordering on line with them coz it won’t guarantee you that the item would be still available when they find a time to make your order. Now my plans is change since I can’t get my stuff. I’m so frustrated, I should have line up and pick it up by myself and I won’t get a bad customer service. I came to pick it up and they require you to text or call a number then I thought it will take only 5-10 min to wait, but it took me an hour before they brought in my order, it’s a total waste I could have go in, pick it up and less than 20 min I m done buying the stuff I need but no, you have to wait that long
Home Depot is a true paradise for homeowners and DIY enthusiasts, and my recent experience purchasing a furniture set of chairs for my new house was nothing short of fantastic. Not only did I find the perfect chairs to complement my home decor, but the deal I received through their financing options was truly wonderful. Home Depot's vast selection of furniture is impressive, with styles ranging from modern to traditional. I was able to browse through various options, finding exactly what I was looking for. The quality of the chairs was exceptional, ensuring both durability and comfort for years to come. What truly stood out was the financing deal offered by Home Depot. It allowed me to bring my dream furniture home while managing my budget effectively. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me through the financing process and answering all my questions with patience and professionalism. Overall, Home Depot exceeded my expectations. Their wide range of furniture, excellent quality, and attractive financing options make it the go-to destination for anyone looking to furnish their home. I highly recommend Home Depot for an exceptional shopping experience that combines affordability and style.
Customer Service was a mess, one of their cashiers had charged me twice. The cashier I encountered with made me pay three times and saying the transaction did not go thru. The day after, I went and informed them of the situation as I realized that the "cancelled" transaction was not refunded in my account, I even showed them the transaction on my bank account. Once I informed them, their manager told me to call my bank which was such an inconvenience; I'm guessing would like me to file a dispute, to avoid responsibility of the situation, she left and never came back. As a person who is knowledgeable of the POS terminal, the refund should be immediate right after if it did not go thru. This manager made me furious as she sounded like it was my fault when it was her worker. Thankfully, there was another manager in charge, he saw me in the CS area and offered me two options of a refund or getting the same product. Obviously, it was that easy. The first manager I encountered clearly does not have any experience in dealing with customers and I guess does not want to do her job properly. WASTED ONE HOUR OF MY DAY.
I appreciate the help and customer service of Inderpreet and her Supervisor of St.James location. I phoned morning and spoke to a guy to confirm an item for a stock, he said there was only 1 left and its a floor display and on clearance. I told him if I can pay over the phone to hold that item as i am still at work, he said not possible, so I rushed in that said location after work, but 2 staffs were clearing it already as it was marked Sold. I was so dissapointed rushing for nothing. I went back home and try to order online but I wanted the clearance price as I am supposed to get that, cause I requested to pay ahead. I phoned back the store requesting if I can get that price if I buy online, as it was really a hassle for me rush driving there for nothing and luckily, INDERPREET answered, assisted me and asked from approval from her Supervisor to order it online for me.. they both are Superb in helping me out processed the order. Thank you to both for your help!
We ordered a custom storm door in-store on July 2nd. On Thursday, Aug 10th I received a text notifying us that the door will be delivered via DoorDash before 2pm however when I clicked the link to track the status, it says that the order was cancelled. Called Home Depot to confirm the delivery and the customer service rep assigned at Special Order advised to wait until 5pm that day for the door to be delivered. Nothing was delivered. Called Home Depot again the next day and the rep assured that it will be delivered not later than 8pm on Friday. Waited all day for the 2nd time and delivery was never made. Called the rep again today (Sat) and was told to wait for a call back to confirm delivery status, no apologies or explanation why the order didn’t show up the past two days.Very frustrating experience & poor customer service so we will never order again from this location.
Went to Home Depot polo park a few weeks back to look at a new dishwasher!! July 2022 , Had the privilege to meet a salesperson Patrick Brad !! I’m a 66 year old Retired Gentleman and was greeted immediately by “Mr Patrick Brad”!! I informed him on what I was looking for and Wow !! In all my years of buying appliances in Winnipeg Canada and the United States have I ever met a well informed sales person EVER !! He covered absolutely every possible feature and more about this Dishwasher !! Amazing knowledge !! And a person that really cares in what he does !! I was totally amazed !! This gentleman should be in charge of The Home Depot corporation to train people in selling and presentation !! Amazing person and top Employee !! Wow !! Do many could Learn from him !! Ron Corrin
November 20, 2023 I contacted Patrick in the appliance department to place an order by phone for a whirlpool top load washing machine. I was very impressed with his knowledge in his department and ability to communicate so effectively and effectively with me. He was knowledgable and patient in answering all my questions, applying the home depot price match guarantee and promptly answering all my questions and forwarding all my receipts and product info to my email. He also waited patiently to confirm I received my emails of invoices and scheduled delivery. Patrick is an asset to your company and deserves to be recognized for his knowledge, expertise and excellent customer service! 5 stars for Patrick from the appliance department! Keep up the great work!
I am a subcontractor and always happy with Pro Desk. But today, since Pre Desk was closed at 8 pm and I asked one of cashier , Jessica, to issue different receipts with different credit cards, but she made a mistake and she said I should go to Returns to correct her mistake. I went to returns, they said since I purchased materials with store credit, I can’t return it. I talked to their supervisor, but he was rude and he said he can’t do anything and I can’t return the item since I didn’t purchase the materials with pro extra ID and since my driving license doesn’t work for another credit store. Totally waste of time and disappoint experience today. I wish Home Depot could employ better staff when Pro Desk is closed.
Every time I'm here looking for a product that has plenty of stock (check online before going, 22+ items in stock) I get there and locate the aisle and the spot on the shelf is empty. I have to find an employee which is easy cause they have half a dozen standing around near the cash. And they will radio for help from seemingly the only employee working at the time. Who then has to leave to go get a ladder and retrieve the item from a box overhead in overstock. Half the time the employee won't even fill the shelf back up, so the next customer can't find his item either. More than once I've just grabbed a long tool and knocked the box down and caught it myself because I don't have time to wait on them.
Came in for blades. But decided to check impact wrenches since im in the market for one. Old man came and help me. I told him is there a kit. Told me come and lets look. We look and no kit. Shows me the baretool. Told him I only wanted a kit. He then proceeded to tell me how about I take $20 off. I told him again I want a kit I'm not buying a bare tool. And its like he flipped a switch suddenly just " oh one of those come back when I'm out of stock". He then proceeded to give me the most sarcastic. Thank for coming to home depot. Pretty much get out of here vibe. Worst customer service ever received in any store I've been in. I've never been this degraded for not wanting to buy a $400 bare tool.
Home depot at empress. I bought a refrigerator a month ago. 3 times they tried to deliver it. but everytime, there's a defect. 1st time- the side panel, which is the exposed side, have dents. 2nd time- the front door have deep scratches and the 3rd time, the front door side have dents. And also , home depot policy about delivery says, they gonna call you a day before the delivery and 30 mins to 1 hr before, on the day of delivery. 3 times they just showed up at the front door without calling. I went to the store to complain because i have no refrigerator for a month now and was refered to the "sales specialist". The guy was just inconsiderate. Didnt even tried to help. Zero costumer service.
Drove 1 hour from out of town to purchase a blind for my upstairs bedroom. I asked an associate to please cut it for me and they told me there was absolutely nobody in the store that was trained on how to cut the blinds. There was minimum 15 employees walking around and somehow none of them were trained how to cut a blind. I returned three weeks later and guess what? Again, nobody at the store was trained on how to use the blind cutting machine. Management at this store must be beyond unorganized for this to actually be an issue. How can you have 15-20 employees walking around and none are able to use a simple machine at your store? Embarrassing.
I had a great experience at this location the evening of December 8th. Staff names I can remember are Nikolai, Mike, Peter and Anna(?). I showed up 15 minutes before close to pick up a large tool chest ordered online. Everyone was very pleasant and patient. Nikolai was willing to go to the extra effort to help apply a coupon to the sale. One of the staff was quite willing to help me load the monster purchase in my van as the clock struck 9. To top it all off, one fellow tracked me down to return my cell phone which I had left at the customer service counter. Just wanted to take the time to share my appreciation. You exceeded my expectations :)
Went there to purchase a drill. It is my 1st time getting one and with all the selections they have I really don't have any idea what to get, so I ask this lady standing on the self checkout if she can help me. To be honest she's "unassisting", cutting me in the middle of my talk. I understand she know nothing about it too but having that attitude is not good specially in the front end of the business. After that she told me to wait infront of the computer and she'll send someone who can assist me. Stayed there for probably 20mins and no one came. Good thing i went there also to buy a shop vac and not make it a meaningless visit.
Got a great deal on butcher block. Other than the one old lady that always eyes me up because she thinks I'm stealing at self checkout and makes herself known to me. One time I put my clamps and stuff on the counter and she walks up and is like. You need to scan those. I said yeah I need to scan everything still. But its probably the way I dress that makes her think I'm worthless. But other than her great place and I will alway stick my tongue out to the camara in my face and give the finger. Always have and always will. But honestly I go here lots most the staff is super helpful and nice. Way better than ikea...ikea is hell.
Decent selection, decent service (staff always tries to be helpful) good prices. The usual home Depot experience but this location was heavily under staffed today. I do not know if it was a one off but even with strict customer capacity limits and lines (which was not an issue at all) I had to wait 15 minutes to get 1 of two staffers in the power tools department to unlock a $40 sander. Then wanted deck stain and 2 staff on hand (busy) with 10 customers in queue. I'll get stain somewhere else. Just with queues outside 25 percent capacity limits a store this big should not have queues on the inside as well.
Poor service at the Polo Park location. Runaround for a custom garage door. In store we were told to use online app at home. Searched for online app and couldn't order custom. Called store back and got "Peter" who said we would have to come back to store to get a quote. He continued to state that he could not provide any quote over the phone. I asked for a manager to which he replied that he was a manager but showed little to no managerial capabilities and no customer service skills. Called the Leila store right after and got a quote over the phone. Poor service at the Polo Park location.
Staff at this location in particular are useless. From flooring all the way to screws/ nut aisle, any time I asked for help the associates seemed agitated or annoyed that I would bother asking. No one seems to be trained in the department they work in. Each time I enter the store associates are in a group talking or never offering help, to be even greeted at this location would be a surprise. Unfortunately I am renovating so I'll have to be a repeat customer due to the variety of essentials available, but I cant wait until I don't have to be a regular here.
Went to HD to purchase items from their garden section. Once you were in there were no department specific carts, so had to exit the store from the main exit to around and get one, then go all the way around back in. Garden center was not open but locked off. No employees working the garden center, which meant no assistance with locating items or if new order coming in soon and no purchasing items there and everything on lockdown. I found it annoying. I didn't buy as much as I wanted and left after only getting a few things. Not impressed, they know better.
I visited the Home Depot in St. James and was purchasing a dehumidifier. Could not find the specific one I wanted and had a staff member there search with myself looking for the unit I wanted. Did not have much luck finding even tho it stated 8 in stock. The staff member in question. ( Patrick ) works in appliance section gave me a little higher priced one of the same make for the posted price I was looking for. Thank you Patrick for your assistance in helping me look for the one I wanted. Appreciate all your help. Awesome service!!!!
Have had great experiences at this home depot in terms of staff and service but the delivery of home depot appliances is a straight up joke. We've had numerous things delivered and the employees are not provided proper equipment. The appliance is literally dropped right on the concrete off the truck with no care at all, no lift, no support straps, no pallet or moving equipment whatsoever. Appliances dragged into the home and dropped straight off the bed of the truck / van. Will never have something delivered again from home depot.
Company has false advertising, displays patio furniture for months that’s unavailable, they don’t take orders, when speaking to management they have poor customer relations, seems like a lot of lies are told from a hardware store! Perhaps some customer service training is needed, unbelievable how they think they are are above people there. Buyers beware other great stores out there to give your money to !! Homehardware !!! Ace Hardware!!! Princess Auto list goes on …where you actually get friendly, courteous staff well trained.
I dont know what it is with the female staff Ive encountered here. One loudly complained about her inept co workers to customers. By the time shebwas done even I was ready to quit working there. Another one was loudly dismissive about the store not having a certain item. (It was there..I found it). Yet another one counted and recounted items while giving me a suspicious side eye but still overcharged. Had to go back in to customer services and recount and get a refund.
I've been coming here quite a bit for renovations lately. Prices are decent, store is clean, stock is usually good. As with most hardware stores in this day and age staff is at a minimum and sometimes it's a challenge to get assistance. When you do get someone they seem to be able to assist and know where things are. I have had really good experiences in thr paint department at this store as they seem to have very knowledgeable staff.
Had a really good experience today purchasing a new fridge and stove for my home. Our sales specialist Cherrelle S. was very helpful and took her time to explain the difference between each appliance. She also measured everything out for us to ensure it would be a smoother delivery process. I really appreciated her kindness and honesty! If I ever need to purchase a major appliance again- I will be asking to deal specifically with her.
The customers relation skills feels very genuine with the staff at this store location. In the short time in the store I was greeted respectfully numerous times. The staff that assisted me was knowledgeable and confident. I went there in a slightly gloomy mood and left the store feeling in a better frame of mind. A smile goes a long way ... But multiple smiles takes a person even farther. Thank you team Home Depot!
Went in to look at some options for a project. David in the lumber department was awesome! He went above and beyond to try and get what we needed. The saw he was going to use was broken, but he was able to fix it! However the breaker was off and padlocked for safety reasons and he tried everything to find a key or someone to unlock it. I always get great service there, but this time it was exceptional.
All staff were friendly. Benny went way out of his way to be helpful and was indeed informative. After buying my items. I needed to put together a cargo hitch to bring my snow blower home. Unfortunately I am from a rural community and did not bring any tools. Home depot kindly lent me a few tools for this task and a nice young man, Dennis, helped me load it up. Excellent staff. Great experience!
HOME DELIVERY IS A JOKE! Home Depot outsources their deliveries to people who do not have any idea what they are doing. It took an hour to unload 3 sheets of drywall and some wood lattice, and then they were going to leave lumber that I had not ordered. One sheet of drywall got damaged. And they charge $75 for this tremendously inadequate service. Will rent a truck myself next time.
It has been 3 weeks since we ordered a dishwasher from Home Depot.MANY excuses as to why it hasn’t been delivered to our house for installation. It seems our order has been lost!! That order has now been cancelled & another order placed. It will now take another 2 weeks for the new order to be delivered! And then we will have to make a date for installation! NOT a happy customer!!!
I usually love home Depot but the online ordering is a waste of time. I go in there to use my gift cards to buy something online thru the customer service center and now 2 times I place my order and I get a notification saying it's out of stock and to come get my money refunded back onto my gift cards. You folks need to get your online sales figured out better.
Aside from being charged for 24 2x4's, when I only bought 22, I guess it was fine. Once home & when I checked my bill, I called & they made a note that, next time I'm in the store, they'll give me a refund. A young fellow named Austin helped me take my order out to my trailer & helped me load the trailer. He was good. Overall, pretty good service.
TERRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. If you order anything from them just pick it up. Took us 3 weeks to get a damaged dryer, then after that they told us SIX TIMES a not damaged one would be coming on days it never showed. A month and a half later it finally came. Terrible communication. Terrible delivery. So frustrating.
Good prices and lots of selection, staff is friendly and helpful. Obviously it isn’t a plant store but I wish they put more effort into caring for their plants, the ‘full sun’ plants such as succulents are kept inside and aren’t very cared for. There isn’t much to say other than that, it’s a hardware store and it serves its purpose.
Very nice for everything. I don't like the Ryobi tools which Home Depot seems to promote but otherwise they have literally everything to build a house or some renovation project, lawn care equipment, rental corner, trailers, what not all for pretty good prices. Staff is a bit hard to find sometimes but other then that it's good.
May I suggest that if you’re going to lock up every single power tool in the building, that you have staff available to assist the customers seeking to purchase them? I wandered around the very small tool area for a solid ten minutes and the only worker I saw looked directly at me then walked right by to the back of the store.
Sounds a lot however this is my favorite home Depot to go to so I might as well review it this is the easiest to access and usually has what I need so I will give them a four I am also trying to have a long review because I am apparently short on longer reviews so this review is a little bit longer than normal home Depot yay
Busy. I was able to get what I wanted because I checked online for availability first, so I was pretty sure they could not be sold out. But I never would have found it (on a locked high shelf in a box from another brand) without a lot of time and effort from a staff member who was trying to deal with many customers at once.
I would like to give higher marks but the store is huge never can find what I require unless I search extensively as its always hidden on a shelf in an obscure place and while the staff is friendly and try to be helpful there just isn't enough of them to around so getting help can be time consuming. I prefer Canadian Tire.
I only write reviews when it is truly deserved. Came from Home Depot Polo park. Scott at Customer service/pickups helped tremendously with the card, door n lil red bbq. (Helped the bald asian guy in glasses) Great customer service, great patient guy even though it was really busy. Kudos to him. Thank you for the help
Whoever is running this store should teach Regent how to stock a store. They always seem to have the items you're looking for. 9 times out of 10, if it's out of stock at your store, Empress will have it. The younger employees can be a bit apathetic, but like at most stores, the more experienced ones are a huge help.
Scott from the Empress location did an excellent customer service. Super nice and friendly. He assisted us with patio pavers that is super heavy. Some of the pavers were damaged and we had to get all the way from the bottom to get the perfect ones. Your hard work is really appreciated. Keep smiling Scott.
Always liked this location. Very helpful seasonal department staff. Walked around for no more that 1 minute before a nice lady asked if we needed help. Looking for a outdoor gazebo for a family member. Really like the summer display stuff they have set up and it's only March 3! Thanks guys. Will be back.
Even though I approach her in a friendly manner, Marsha, the employee in the appliances department, keeps arguing and accusing me of being a demanding customer. As a result of her rudeness and lack of customer service skills, I may avoid doing business with any other businesses in Home Depot Polo Park.
Worst store ever, plumbing section is in like 5 different places instead of one area. Staff are unless, don't have a clue about the products. Items listed on website aren't even visable, and staff no nothing. That's why I shop at Tom's, at least the store is organized and staff are knowledgeable.
Ordered new stove, stove arrived damaged after already removing old stove because I was told to do so... told best they can do is contact manufacture and get a new stove in 7-10 days.. cool... guess I will eat out until the next one arrives and take another day off work for delivery. …
great selection of stock and the staff are very friendly and helpful and if they do not have the item that your looking for their more than willing to point out which other store you can go to that has what you needed or they will order it in for you for pick up at a later date
We were there shopping for in stock blinds , we were both at st. James location and kenaston location. Both employees were very helpful and really pleasant to deal with. It was extremely busy and they held up under the pressure.home depot is discontinuing all corded blinds.
Dealt with Clarence in the paint department. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and patient. He answered all of our questions and helped us greatly. We didn't buy paint today because we were indecisive, but we'd gladly come back to Home Depot and deal with Clarence again.
As usual I was met by a friendly associate and was taken immediately to the section where the item I needed was. She found the lock set right away and I used the self checkout and was out in minutes. Great job Home Depot, you came through again!!! Thanks
Maybe it was a bad day but both staff people I encountered were grumpy and miserable. It was a huge inconvenience to serve me. Which is their loss. I bought six hundred dollars worth of stuff at Rona instead. Rona was everything this place wasn't
Brought a plant home and it was infested with aphids and my other plant died almost immediately for other home goods some staff are super knowledgeable but may give conflicting information on their own product availabilities and services …
Had a bad experience from ordering patio blocks last Tuesday. First, we had to wait almost two hours just to place the order, only two sales associates in seasonal dept. Second, the delivery got cancelled and moved the next day. Third, went
Came here for the kids workshop, and it was definitely a great experience! The children had a great time, and the employees seemed to really enjoy watching the kids construct their projects and were always willing to help with any questions
Wasn't good. There to pick up garden doors that were already paid for and supposed to be at front of store ready for pick up. No one seemed to know what was going on. Staff that finally helped us very aloof and not very friendly. We asked
I love their return policy. You buy what you don't need is no longer a worry. And some other retail stores and e-commerce stores don't even match up to their prices. Even though everything is on the high die to God knows what these days.
This is exactly what to expect from a Home Depot. Lots of parking, and good staff. If you have been in one Home Depot you have been in all of them. The one down side is that getting there is a little bit convoluted, meaning of you had a
The product I wanted was on the top shelf, so they needed a forklift driver to bring it down. I had to wait 30 mins for it, but it was worthy. I wished they refilled the empty slots before a customer had to ask and wait for 30 mins.
Had duct work, dryer vent, furnace and ac cleaned. Went with the sanitizer after and we’ll worth it! Thanks Kaan for an amazing job. Smells better in here now after all was cleaned. I would highly recommend Home Depot services!!!!
Josh Mason was super helpful with a pickup the other day. Real joy to deal with, super friendly and very helpful with getting things sorted with the pickup. Really appreciated his friendliness and patience. Give this man a raise.
Always a pleasure home Depot. But you can do just fine without that creepy floor walker following people around the store and peaking at you from the end of the aisles it's really creepy and intrusive just some food for thought.
Really pleased and happy with the nice experience in the store this weekend. Dawson and Benny from Empress location were amazingly friendly and helpful and wonderful teamwork. Keep up the smiles and good work!Thank you
We had the pleasure of working with Debbie D. at the Empress Street location in Winnipeg. She was so kind and so helpful. She is a great problem solver and my husband and I will never forget her exceptional service!
Clarence in the appliance department is fantastic. We had an issue with our delivery and he was so helpful to help me with my next step. He cared so much and asked me to follow up with him. Very caring and kind!
Good deals on DeWalt storage units..and plastic storage containers.. I find that lately, staff actually ask if u need a hand.. Staff in the drapery and blind section..are knowledgeable and very, very helpful..
Got what I needed but I felt discriminated because they were following me around like I was going to steal something, they even followed me to the parking lot and I asked him if they were profiling me.
Standing there while the two that are supposed to be at the pro desk just sit there and chat between themselves. I left. you can't even acknowledge your customers, you don't get my business.
Like every other Home Depot - extensive collection of everything you need for your home under one roof. Nice and easy self checkout process. Friendly and helpful staff. No concerns.
Quiet today. Lots of little pumpkin parties around the store but someone always on the ready to help. Lovely cashier gave me a discount for my positive and helpful ways.
It's so hard to get any help at this store. The staff would like to talk then to help customers. Also, they have fewer options than Home Depot stores in Ontario.
Tool rental Center was excellent! Bradley’s service was exceptional. Will highly recommend renting from. Front counter exit employees all excellent service.
Today was a good day at Home Depot had an employee Dawson ask if I needed help which is very rare in this store Thank you Dawson for the wonderful service
Went in today and was helped out multiple times by Randy. Such a kind man, couldn’t say enough good things about him. Extremely helpful and sweet.
Hung up on multiple times when waiting for someone in decor to pick up the phone. Phone calls placed at Nov 3, 2023 @ 0914 am, 0916 am, 0920 am.
Poor communication. Does not answer the telephone during business hours. Unable to pick up online orders due to lack of telephone answering.
Everything I do requires parts and materials, I always end up at home Depot they are very dependable I know they will have what I need
Josh Mason (?) Was a huge help in sorting out getting things loaded into the car. Super friendly and helpful, great experience.
Not the best place for customer service found one employee that was great but definitely could use lots of improvements …
Good for basic construction needs. Generic brands and styles, not many unique options. Install services are done quickly.
Great selection and fair prices. With doing renos, the customer service was great and helpful. Thanks Roman and Paul B..
Found what I needed by using aisle signage. Received assistance from staff for other item locations. Good experience

We got our bathtub and our blinds for our new home at Home Depot. I recommend anyone to check it out.
Poor customer service and hiring foreigners who cannot speak proper English ia tarnishing this store
You can always rely on this store to have what you need in stock and it's always organized and clean
Big thank you to Betty at the Paint Desk. Her kindness, patience and helpfulness goes a long way!
Found everything we needed, the staff was wonderful and helped us find what we were looking for
John in lumber was really helpful. He made our project really easy. Incredibly thorough.
Ok but not well stocked. Say they have something online and cannot be found in store.
Kamal was really helpful. Went above and beyond to help us choosing the right colour.
The best place for finding any kind of staff that you need for your home renovation
