"This is a well hidden gem"
Management are clearly not interested in people parking in Disability park spaces. I have complained several times and still waiting for a call back. Christmas 1 week away only self service tills working if not broken. Asda should bring in some colleagues to work on manned tills They are run round like headless chickens doing their upmost to help whoever they can, and take a lot of stick too of which I have witnessed. Think about your Blue Badge Holders please and do something about the big vans parking there late evening buying bulk cheap alcohol to sell on. Disappointed Hunts Cross x
Its a weird little mall formed around the Asda, but its actually pretty useful. The B&M is dangerously addictive and theres a Jysk and Matalan too. I could spend a lot of money and not even know what i had got. Lamps. Rugs. Small boxes and bits for the bathroom. You can get all kinds. I bought a 6ft garden gate in B&M for 30quid. Theres a subway and a dominoes, a waffle place the kids love, a pharmacy and a key cutting place. The turkish barbers has a parrot in the back which is good when you have to get the kids hair cut.
Pluses, nice restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. Minuses, service not of the highest quality, they completely forgot about two starters and had to be reminded, blamed it on the restaurant being busy, it was quite busy but not full. Bland, limited menu, ambivalent feelings towards food, stater and dessert was good, main (prawn linguine, the linguine wasn't linguine it was spaghetti) was quite dry although palatable. Waiting staff friendly and welcoming enough but quite inattentive after being shown to our table.

This is a well hidden gem. Recently discovered this place. The B&M is fantastic. It's the biggest I have been to and it has just about anything you need. There's a huge ASDA in case you can't find what you are after from B&M. Furthermore, the petrol station is really good value and the McDonald's amazingly clean and tidy. There's a Hallifax to get money out of and a variety of charity shops. It gets my seal of approval...
Overall good shopping centre with lots of variety and parking. Would be better if Mcdonalds car park was cut off from the car park to the left as so many drivers appear confused when they leave the main shopping car park. Can get food, clothing and most supplies from the range of stores here. Would have given 5 stars but my heavily pregnant partner was refused entry to all toilets on the premises during lockdown.
Been going here since I was a little boy with my mother. I'm technically barred for drinking a can of coke whilst shopping and forgetting to pay for it, which is technically theft although it wasn't on purpose. I still shop there as no one recognises me since I've put 4 stone on. This is just aswel as it's the ASDA is the only place I can get 4XL T shirts in my size. Cheers.
Great shop', always a good selection of items. I understand nationally stock is difficult to get for certain items. Scan and shop, at busy times they seem to not charge the devices which results not being able to use them. Asda this shouldn't be a hit or miss service this is my preferred way of shopping please look into this and get staff to get these devices charged.
Varied experience in B&M. Extremely rude male sales assistant lied to me and then ignored me to speak to another customer as I was trying to respond to him. Another sales assistant then spoke to me very politely and the lady at the till was extremely helpful when I wasnt sure which item to purchase for a specific purpose.
Has an asda, band m, subway, McDonald's, adsa eye care pharmacy, an optician, maltlan, next, a gym, card shop, betting shop, phone repairs shop ,a Timmons franchise, hairdressers, boots optician, asda petrol station, kitchen showroom, pizza takeaway and a couple of charity shops
i will be staying away from this store jesus they have only about 4 tills with staff on them the rest our self serve the ques are always massive no fault of tge staff there but it takes over a hour to do shopping your in a queue at the till for about 15 mins
Normally the shelves are bursting but on this occasion they wasn't and the dates on products are awful, but I must add it is like that in many other shops too, but still nice and clean and staff still available to help thank you to all staff xx
Was there the other day to drop stuff in barnardo's my wife whent in with a asda trolley as there was a lot and heavy well we will not go into barnardo's again ever the way they speak to you is horrible even a lady out side said that was bad
Nice and clean building. Excellent public transport to town (Merseyrail) or up to Southport, Ormskirk - University and also, airport link from here to the John Lennon International Airport. Having a last quick shopping while waiting your
My review is based on boots, my mum got a new pair of glasses from them and they done nothing but mess her about. The member of staff who dealt with us wasn't very professional either. I would avoid going to them for glasses.
Just like any other place, few good shops though not a lot there however the cafe in asda shuts early an had nothing from 15:00 on a Sunday though subway staff were really lovely, friendly, helpful and accommodating
Asda was busy but very easy to get in and out I use the self scan it's very easy to get what you want and bag it yourself and pay and your done no queue to wait in its really a godsend in supermarkets …
Optitions, Barbers, keys, shoes, fast food, bookmakers and more. Asdas in-house cafe and of course shopping, not to mention it's ease of access, it's a great place to visit. A regular one stop shop.
Need to address the amount of scan as you go devices as they frequently run out of charged ones. They are helpful when shopping with young children as everything is so much smoother and quicker.
Very hot no air conditioning on and as for asda took me over half an hour just to find the jam I asked an assistant but all I got was over there somewhere. Not what I would call customer service
The Mall is spacious, clean and various stations for hand sanitiser & to clean trolley handles, mask provided at the entrance to Asda store, the shop is well stocked and the staff are lovely.
A well stocked ASDA staffed by some of the most ignorant and out right hostile people I've ever been served by. Once had the audacity to deal with their customer service team. Never again.
Doesn't everyone in South Liverpool just jump for joy at the thought of visiting Hunts Cross ASDA!!! But seriously.....good shop great value good parking......you could do worst......
Open 24/7 I do my shopping at 4am so I get the whole store to myself. I don't have to worry about bumping into people. The staff are stocking the shelves at this time. Helpful staff.
Only went to Asda early in the morning. More expensive on the items I bought than I would have expected in comparison to where I usually shop. Petrol station cheap and good access.
Shutting early before specified time and ushered out by some power mad Asda security like Asif he's some sort of egotistical bouncer in town. Was that shocking it was quite funny.
I love, we've been shopping here for many, many years. They have a large selection and are available at good prices. And very importantly, the people who work here are kind.
Asda and Materland staff very helpful. Asda opticians staff really helpful. Couldn't find style in shop, helped me to look on line. Definitely will go back. …
Good selection of shops in one place, Asda, B&M, a few charity shops and few others..and for those who like to grab a bite to eat there's a Macdonald's and a Subway.
Really don't like going here if I can help it, fed up with slipper and pjama brigade shoppers and while some staff are really nice, I found recently one quite rude.
Always busy and dark...usually I can find what I am looking for, but not from George... I give 4 stars, but should be 3.5 :) I choose different Asda more often...
Great little shopping centre, Asda, Tesco express, Iceland and Home Bargains plus some smaller shops. Parking can sometimes be a problem but still worth a visit..
When I was a child the shopping center was great, its really not got a lot there anymore. Head to speke outlet instead, far better places to shop and get a meal
This is a small shopping centre but has asda, B&M and a few others I mainly use the 2 stores mentioned as I find this asda to be friendly and accommodating.
Nearest Matalan to us in Runcorn , not been for ages but noticed new shops open including Next outlet one which we used to go to so will be returning soon.
Good shopping centre that serves the community. The groceries stores are the most import because it means you don’t have to travel far to do your shopping
Surprisingly busy for just opening, but every customer had masks on. Lots of empty shelves eg bread. But I was able to get fresh fruit and veg no bother.
It's a very nice shopping center, you can find a supermarket (Asda) and some different small business around, like subway, coffee shop and a pharmacy.
Went the Asda .Easy parking plenty of spaces, nice big asda &self distance no problem with peeps wearing masks, overall a enjoyable experience . …
It was a really amazing experience, I was able to look at the vast selection of items on display, I even bought some cheese, would highly recommend.
Always busy but friendly lots of shops there ans banks travel agents card factory with very large B+M also Bargins all.rou d worth a drive over.
Free parking. Lots of shops including Matalan, Subway, Asda, Specsavers, McDonald's and more. Very clean well kept. You will find what you need.
Good small shopping area with shops on each corner of traffic junction from natwest bank to co-op and sayers and even a nice chip shop and cafe.
Gents toilet left a lot to be admired a quick wipe over is not enough. Difficult to leave car park because of large queues of cars at macdonalds
Good little shopping center with everything you need for day to day living. Has petrol station there too on the way out of the center car park.
Biggest queue to the McDonald's drive through means , it must be good. I went old school and popped in and ordered the breakfast meal. Result.
Not the best place. Asda is dark and feels claustrophobic. Smaller units are the standard chain stores and hairdressers. Nothing special.
Decent centre with an okay variety of shops and food outlets. The Asda is an alright size. There is lots of free parking available, too!
A huge Asda with things you can't get in usual Asda. also have a foreign currency exchange. On too there's matalan, next outlet and JYSK
Still a place where everyone should shop even after all of these years this is an unbiased view even though I worked there 35 years ago
Went to get a few items of food, and get £10 from the cash machine, need help to find it two Asda lads helped and good chat with them,
ASDA is manic, social distancing in place, informed about 2m rule and one way system but no one takes any notice, total free for all
Hardly any shops, a closed down travel agency, Subway, Asda and two opticians (one for each eye?) no public toilets even in the Asda
Great place to shop, me and my uncle usually use the asda there free parking and always a space or two, disabled parking handy too
Wide range of products , nice big aiels to shop and keep distances from other shoppers, small queues at tills that soon disappear.
B&M store, Asda store Timpsons kiosk Clinton cards Asda opticians United carpets , Bed warehouse, Asda George, Matalan and more !
Good place to shop has loads and I love the pharmacy opening hours so good for people who work threw the week 9 to 5 so handy ✌
Huge Asda lots of parking easy to move around in the store although finding s trolley is still a bit of a mystery …
Great shops plus Asda & B&M have everything you could want. And the charity shops are great for bargains and great causes .
Shopping at Asda. Very good cafe with hard working staff full breakfast brunch plus pizzas brilliant. Food very reasonable
Plenty of shops plus somewhere to get something to eat & also get your fuel at Asda located next to the retail park …
Car parking route through is a nightmare and always busy. I only go if I really need to. Would prefer to shop elsewhere.
Lovely shops but obviously closed & the Asda, store was great. Friendly staff & great products like Asda, always has.
Went to pick up a package at the mobile phone shop. Great service there and no waiting. Thanks to the staff there.
Had to do a muddy risky divertion through a farmers field to get to the free park up but I think only us made it!!
Good selection of products Reasonable prices Able to social distance without problems Relaxed shopping experience
Asda Matalan B&M Big shops plus few charity shops, food outlets ,chemist and mixed variety of small outlets.
Easy parking. Bit of a shabby collection of shops by large Asda store. Petrol usually at a decent price.
Really nice venue for small party, very well decorated and clean, toilet seats need a looking at though.
It has a range of stores for home and grocery shopping. I would recommend it for home improvement ideas.
My local asda,great shop..has abit of everything.Including clothing,toys,household etc...friendly staff
Everything in one place. The charity shop is a must visit. Friendly, helpful staff and very good value.
It is an easy car park to get into but exiting is a nightmare, that is why i stopped shopping at Asda.
I love Hunts Cross Shopping Centre, you've got Asda, B&M, Boots, Subway & so much more in in one Area
Used the Asda as it's one of the biggest around pretty much everything you need from a supermarket
A not bad shopping area, with a big Asda,B&M and a Matalan. Ok for a bit of a wander around.
Enjoy going there but only to shop at Asda or Matalan very occasionally B/Ms. Good parking.
Tatty shops and while it was great that asda was open on Boxing day, it was poorly stocked.
I like shopping there as it has plenty of parking space and there is a bank and pharmacy!
I love ASDA... nothing else matters here. My favourite shop and spacious parking lot
Trip to Asda for clothes at least I never got fined from parking unlike bootle Asda
Not for me, though the ASDA staff were excellent at customer service, lovely crowd!
Depressive, run down, ferrel youths grubbing around. I'm not ever going here again
As shopping centres go it's fine. Not a lot to say say, shops just like any other.
Good selection of shops, fuel and parking A fair few closed shops unfortunately
Was handy for picking up flowers on way to visit friends. Petrol was reasonable
Loads of parking asda need to have a better range of products mote new ones
Good all shops opened plus new one just like mini IKEA well worth visit
You will find shops such as ASDA, Card Factory and Barnardo's here.
Great shopping area, lots of little shops and a large ASDA and B&M
Great place cheap as chips 3 meals and 3 pints under £22 bargin
Great place to shop got everything you need I recommend …
Busy not my type of shop seem to have a lot of empty shelfs
Plenty/variety of shops and a huge asda - lots of parking
Good store hope late which is realy handy working nights
This Asda is a favourite of mine. Love the layout.
Asda not so busy but still a nice shop
