Worst service ever. I went first time i drop my clothes and i asked them to deliver it. They said it will be Saturday i went Thursday after to ask them about it they said that no one in my house and i am not responding on their call. There is always somone and never call. I drop in the same day 3 jackets 2 suits and tshirt all for my husband. I asked for the price list they said will send it on whats up number. Ok give prices of this they give it orally, ok when you deliver it will be Saturday. I went Thursday after where is the clothes, we are calling you madame you are not responding and no one at home. I see the invoice they are putting another number and another address. Plus the price is not the same that the man told me . Why you don’t send me the price list ? I forget Why you give me Wrong price? Ah i don’t understand english Ok this is my number and my correct address ask the supervisor to call me . They called me morning i was on meeting i send them message inform him that i am meeting . He called me the driver this afternoon i try to asked him about the wrong the price and i told him i am still out he told me he can’t speak english so i asked him to give my number to someone can speak english properly. They called me after and i was again on meeting . Meanwhile the driver go to my house , my 8 years old daughter was at home he asked her to give him money for laundry , she give him the money he take it and go . I try to call him after i know he is not responding and the big surprise when i call the manger he told me that what the driver did is correct because he has camera and he saw me how i take the clothes and i run away without paying. So poor service this is not a company.

Warning - Don't waste your time with this business. We asked then to pick up a carpet (more like a small rug) for cleaning on the 4th July, which they collected the same day. That was the last we saw the rug for 16 days. According to the receipt, it was ready on the 6th, but we were never contacted, nor was the rug delivered. After 10 days we started to call them but the phone was cancelled every time. Eventually we visited the shop, but they had no idea where the rug was, then later said that apparently it was somewhere in Sharjah. Days later and after numerous phone calls and promises of delivery, which were not kept, the rug was finally delivered on the 20th. Very very disappointed with the lack of service and communication.

WORSEST LAUNDRY IN DUBAi.Horrible service. The are late plus they dont do the requested service. I asked for dry cleaning, whatsapp them and they bring the items one day late only pressed.. Update: i gave them another chance so gave my clothes on a Saturday, paid upfront as I needed my stuff on Tuesday. Nobody delivered, nobody replied to my message. This company does not deserve to operate in UAE. They should be reported to consumer services!!!!!! I have paid advance for the service and informed them through whatsap to LEAVE AT THE DOOR and yet they are blaming the customer.

DO NOT EVER USE THEIR SERVICES. Brought them 1 suit 2 days before I needed it and the person reassured me that I will get it in time. No problem, he said. I still don't have it and I needed it for an important business meeting. I went to get it from the shop yesterday & today and they informed me they don't know where my suit is. One thing is to lose my suit but another is to keep wasting my time and effort looking for the suit. I am informing all Town Square whatsapp groups and Facebook groups of your terrible service.

Worst laundry place available in townsquare /dubai . Their window attracts you and makes you believe that this is a professional laundry place. My DIY suits are now ruined because of the unprofessional services. Not recommended if you want to send your expensive products , because 1000% they will damage it and you can’t take money back for sure . Basically they took my suits and put them to wash with other products,and some douche person pressed the suits and damaged it .

Very bad service!! Its actually worst experience ever!! Cloth in photo is expected to be ironed and this was delivered only after 4 days and many reminders!! Not to forget when they delivered somebody else cloths and took money and next day came collected!! Or when they lost my laundry and found after 2 weeks!! Very very very bad place to deal with!! Go close your laundry better for you and everyone!!

Very very bad service and unprofessional customer service - They took a simple shirt for a week and kept postponing and ends up they lost it and can’t find it - I don’t recommend them at all - Their service quality , duration and customer service are really miserable. Update : after 2 weeks of discussion the provided me with compensation for my lost shirt.

Good service with good pick up and delivery in time. I'm with THE LAUNDRY for almost 1.5 years, and so far they are always on time for pick up and delivery even with same day notice. Sirnu always call me before coming to ensure I'm at Home. The good thing about THE LAUNDRY is whenever there is a problem they will always try their best to fix it.

ZERO STARS Gave you guys 2 suits 10 days ago for dry cleaning services. I finally try then today as i have business to attend to. They have shrunk so so tight i can’t even close the jacket !! You ruined two expensive suits that aren’t usable anymore. Very frustrating! Such a big disappointment!!!

Extremely angry! I came 15 mins before closing time and they were not there. Asked the neighboring shop and was told they will be back. Waited 35 mins at the door, only to find out they decided to close earlier than scheduled when I called 35 mins later. It’s ridiculous and disrespectful.

Zero star, to be honest they are scamming the clients by using different price lists. When you check the google map pricing is something and when you call is something else. Unprofessional people

I have been using their services since January 2022. But recently service is really bad, you have to remind several times for pick up, follow up for delivery and ironing is not proper

My tweed skirt after dry cleaning. Now belongs to garbage along with my husband's expensive jacket which became bubbly and loose. Def not for expensive & good quality clothes
