Hospital staff very nice & helpful apart from the pharmacist who is always in bad mood not helpful always on his smartphone and very dismissive when you are inquiring about medicine personally i prefer getting my meds elsewhere than dealing with this dude and that's says something since iam a frequent patient there He should work with robots !

Ever since I started going to Mater, I have had exceptional service especially from Dr. June, who was friendly and changed my perception about doctors. The hospital is never crowded and you always get attended to quickly.

Location of the hospital is now at Kenrail Towers M3. Service is quick and the hospital is clean. I like it because I don't have to spend 3hrs on a hospital waiting to be treated for the flu!

Clean and easy access. Staff was polite and friendly enough. Services were efficient and timely,no waiting for a long time.Toilets are clean and amenities are well stocked.

I had tried major hospitals, only to get proper diagnose from Mater Hospital. Not profit oriented but treat people properly.keep it up …

This is an hospital for the rich class in the society. Maternity service for normal delivery at kes.100k and CS at 180k to 200k
