2023: Sadly, their quality of work has fallen since my last review (which was 5 stars). $250 full detail got me windscreens left very spotty - it is weird to have to clean all your windows yourself after paying $250 for a full detail - lots of small marks on paintwork left rather than easily spot cleaned - again, paid $250 for a full detail - joins like where door rubber presses against interior not cleaned at all, both front wheels they cleaned some parts and not other parts - bizarre - some interior surfaces sprayed with cleaner but not wiped off so three areas covered in "overspray dots" now and two areas still moist from the cleaning liquid the never wiped off (including drivers arm-rest), the drivers grooved rubber floormat is literally a quarter-full of dirt they didn't bother cleaning, they forgot to put a valuable item back in the car, their dog pierced my skin on my leg playfully biting me on the way in, removable carpet foot mats were put in the boot dripping and sopping wet rather than squeeging them off or air-pressuring them reasonably dry. It's absurd. I just politely paid, thanked them and simply left, because it just didn't make any sense to me. So, sadly I can no longer recommend this car detailing location as I did in 2022 and won't be returning - but I do very much wish them all the best for their business and I hope they work at raising their workmanship to the previously high levels they once had. Previous review below----- 2022: These guys did a great job on the car I had just bought. I did the deluxe wash for $99, it's all hand-wash and they work at it and take the time to give it good attention. I would definately go back here again. Thanks!

My friend purchased a Groupon Voucher for me as a gift. It was for a full wash inside, wash & detailing the outside. The voucher stated clearly no appointment needed just drive in. It took me an hour door to door. I let the guy know that I had a voucher & he asked if it was Groupon. Once I said yes, he advised that the guy that does the Groupon is not there & wouldn't be there for 2 days. I explained what it took me to get there, the lack of options he gave me to get my car done was unacceptable, their voicemail asks for a 10 second message & he would not give me the option to make an appointment. I stressed I could not just drive their & hope for the best. He did NOT in anyway try & help me to get my car cleaned. I advised him I wanted my friend to receive a full refund as I thought his manner & lack of help was not worth me visiting again. We are now going through Groupon to try & get a refund. If this Business doesn't like customers that purchase deals for a carwash on Groupon DON"T advertise on Groupon.

Extremely disappointing experience. Got full car detailing done for my Toyota Tarago on 13th Feb. It was not a cheap service but the car was no where close to how a fully detailed car should look like, with shoddy job done with interior detail. Additionally, I had a third party rare camera installed with the screen attached to the windshield and the camera stopped working while returning home after collecting the car, only to be told by the electrician that there was water damage to the connection box. Plus the screw that holds the spare tyre was missing from the boot. I would never go back and I think there are better cleaning service providers out there.

At this stage won't be going back. The guy who was in charge the day I took my work van in really needs some lessons in customer service. Quite rude towards me when I went to pay and he wanted to charge me $10 more for a "bigger car" even though he advised a lower price initially when I dropped it off. Not good communicators and they need to do a better job towards client satisfaction. Car was clean although I did find a couple of marks which I thought should not have been missed. I have 5 cars which includes 3 work cars so their loss as I won't be going back.

We took our car there for a full interior and exterior wash and the end result was absolutely fantastic, it was superb condition cleaned. I honestly thought they couldn't clean it that thoroughly as it was super dirty thanks to my 2 young children who mess the car! I couldn't be happier and more satisfied. The owner have us a very exceptional and professional service which really was appreciated as not all places are like this these days. Definitely coming back in the near future. Thanks again and keep up the great car cleaning.

I had the pleasure of getting my car detailed by these fine gentlemen, and I wanted to let you know that they did a fantastic job. Not only do they always have a smile on their face, they are also magnificent at what they do. I hope they stay for a very long time. It’s convenient and easy for those of us who do not have time to go somewhere to get our cars clean. I highly recommend them for car wash and car detailing. Results are unbelievable and really my car was unrecognisable after full detailing.

Short review: I am happy with the results and would recommend. Longer review: I looked around and got a few quotes because my car is less than a 2 months old. Every single time I come here the car wash (interior cleaning) is absolutely amazing! The manager Ganesh showed up and Bunty did teh services, very friendly and professional in their work. If you're looking for a spot to show your car a little bit of love then this is the place to go! Absolutely worth every dollar.

Exterior car wash .(Bad wash ever ) I have purchased the 6 wash coupon from the staff and went to get my car washed today on my 5th wash .I heard the there is a new owner .Got my car washed and told its ready to take from the bay ! Have been to a few carwash places and was never really satisfied , my wife googled and the perfect shine came up , what a grat experience the owner was very friendly told us he will take the time to wash and clean our car , we went to lucnh and came back and the car looked BRAND new, considering we have 3 children there was alot of mess. I just wanted to thank the owners and now we know where to take our cars , brilliant service well done guys

The interior and exterior clean was ok but you can’t make a booking. The first time we went there was a 3 hour wait so, as advised, another trip back first thing in the morning but still an hour and a half to wait to finish the job. Nowhere around to shop or eat, unless their waiting area or a hike to Bunnings, Mile End. Maybe ok if you’re a local or have someone to drop you off and pick you up but we won’t be going there again.

i just come here for a try and bought super wash for $69 for the first time. incredible friendly service, experience staff listen properly all the instructions what ever i needed in the car, person over there he is very friendly to attend the customers and given me the excellent service what he told me. really i am so so happy it worth, i will be back soon and let know my friends also.

Perfect Shine - perfect job. Perfect Shine did fantastic job, high attention to details. The car looks like brand new. I did not recognise my car. The guy was very friendly and accommodating my needs to do on a specific day and time. The price is great for the quality, it’s not cheap, but worth every cent. I left my car with them for about 2.5 hours and when i came back and checked. The quality of cleaning is really bad. Inside was not vacuumed properly interior wasn’t wiped off properly and also outside wash wasn’t done good either. I could have done so much better on my own rather than paying them for the Super Wash. Never coming back here.

Excellent, professional service. They offer a wide range of services ranging from scratch removal and basic car wash to a full auto detailing. They don’t charge through the roof and have a comfortable area to wait in with a separate room they have allocated for kids with heaps of toys and books. Definitely recommend this business. …

Dropped car off at 9.30 told it there was one car then mine, it would be 1.5 hours went and came back 2 hours later to car still not done went again and came back another 2.5 hours later to car still not done and all that was said sorry I forgot about it and he had to walk past it ever time to take another car in

My car was filthy with lots of dog hair. The guys at The Perfect Shine Car wash did an amazing job in detailing the car. It looks fantastic It cost extra for the pet hair but I expected that and it was worth it. In the waiting room, there is a good kids area and a comfy spot for the adults too. Excellent!

I called them before going there and they said just walk in now and when I reached one of the guy said sorry we are busy And then I went again today. Got a Super wash which includes interior and exterior. Exterior wash was alright but interior. It was my first and last time i had visited there.

Have been so happy with the thorough wonderful clean inside and out of my vehicle taken here a few times. Am fussy being a past cleaner of 10 years and "The Perfect Shine" has done a brilliant job. So much better than any one of the other car wash/detailers I use to go to. Thankyou boys!!

Absolutely zero customer service. Could not get in touch by phone. Purchased a voucher for a service which they then changed the conditions AFTER purchase (no Fri/Sat/Sun). Arrived and then told they would not honour the voucher purchased only 2 weeks prior!! Avoid avoid avoid.

I found these guys on Groupon and they are Awsome, a nice place to sit in the lounge to wait whilst your car is getting pampered and nothing is too much trouble. I have been going weekly since I found them as I always need my car to reflect my OCD Very satisfied

I rang up the day before yesterday, they said I could come in the afternoon next day, went there at 4pm yesterday with gate closed and I rang up got told that they ‘closed early because it was raining early afternoon’ and ‘see you tomorrow’. No thank you.

The customer service is really bad… they do not know how to treat the customers.. very rude and unfriendly I would never visit them. They need to learn manners and be respectful to customers irrespective of the service the take and the car they own.

Very friendly staff and quality cleaning. My side mirror was already half broken when I took my SUV there but the guy went out of the way and helped out in ensuring its tapped properly. Just a bit pricey but I guess quality has its cost.
