The Program Fitness is a great boutique gym. Plenty of space to move around and each workout area is well equipped. Jordy’s classes are easy to follow and provide a full body workout. It’s been a long time since I have worked out properly and I felt comfortable easing into the workouts, no pressure from anyone. My form wasn’t the best and was quickly corrected. I am also working with one of the personal trainers (Andreas) to work on specific targets and goals. Again, he is great to work with and we are developing a plan to reach my goals. I would recommend to any of my friends and family members.
I started attending Jordy’s group classes a few months ago with minimal gym experience. It can be very nerve wracking for women with little fitness experience to go to gym classes, but Jordy is wonderful! He helps you make adjustments to suit your body/any injuries, always has good playlists and above all is like having a motivational friend in your corner while you work out! Workouts at the program have become a pillar in my weekly routine so much so I’ve recruited 2 friends who were also fitness adverse to join the classes with me on a regular basis. I cannot recommend this place enough!!
Been going here for about a month now, and I can't rave enough about it. It took me months to build up the courage to go in because I'm not a group class kinda person but have come to terms I need that extra push of a community like The Program provides. The gym is an awesome environment. The owner/trainer is welcoming, and a great coach. It's also spotless and odorless. Lastly, the people that go to the group classes are a great collection of folks too :)
The classes at The Program Fitness are awesome! Program Fitness has been such a wonderful addition to the neighbourhood. The owner Jordy is very knowledgeable and friendly. The small group classes allow you to work at your own level of ability and their work out space is very well set up. I work as a physiotherapist down the street and have also been sending clients for active rehab with some of the trainers working out of his facility. Highly recommend checking out a class!
Been going to this workout studio since July 2022. I've been doing personal training sessions with Jordy twice a week for just over 6-7 months now and have dramatically improved my fitness and reduced the pain I feel in my shoulder on a daily basis. Style of work outs that Jordy puts together are very well thought out. Would recommend him classes to anyone.
The Program offers full body work outs at your own personal station. The small class size is great and allows for opportunities for one on one feedback, pointers on form, etc. The space is open and bright and Jordy is welcoming and encouraging trainer! I’ve definitely never been stronger than since joining last summer! 10/10 recommend
I started attending classes with Jordy in August 2021, not long after he opened The Program. It is a truly welcoming and supportive environment. I really appreciate the focus on good form and Jordy is always available to provide alternative exercises to account for injuries or limitations. I always leave the gym feeling positive.
I’ve had the pleasure of training one on one with Jordy at the Program, and have been impressed since day one. The gym itself is fantastic with new equipment and great day lighting, and Jordy was quickly able to identify the issues and concerns I’ve had with my existing training program. Very excited to continue working out here!
Was never a huge gym or class guy until the Program came along. The classes are challenging but also very rewarding. Having your own set of equipment is awesome. Jordy definitely knows his stuff and makes sure we're all doing things the right way while keeping things progressive and fun.
I started attending the Strength program with Jordy and I really enjoyed the class. It was very challenging with great instruction and motivation from Jordy and the other members. It was a nice small class with loads of space to move and the facilities and equipment are top notch.
I love having the feeling of personal training without it actually being personal training. During the small class sessions it makes me feel secure knowing that there is someone with a high level of education watching my form and helping me find alternatives that suit my body!
We booked a group fitness class at The Program. It was challenging, fun, and the music was great. I really appreciate that you can pick your own weights and can tailor it to your strength/fitness level. As someone that dislikes exercise, I’m surprised I enjoyed the class!
Two days into my three day intro pass and looking forward to the next class! Loving the variety of moves and use of different equipment - exactly what I was looking for! Fun and challenging with just that right amount of "one on one" expertise to keep me doing it right!
If you are looking for the most efficient and effective way to workout out - look no further! The Program group class workouts are the best combo of full body training, small class sizes and condensed class time frame of 50 minutes. Jordy is also the best!
Excellent work out. Great instruction, functional fitness. High quality equipment, and you have your own complete set for the class and don’t need to share. Small class size. Knowledgeable instructors. A tough class that makes you feel accomplished!
This is the kind of gym I like, a lot of racks and floor space. New, clean, spacious. Great place to put your head down and put the work in. My personal training session was great. I'm gonna win the race to get rid of this pandemie body.
Really great workout that felt like the perfect balance between personal training and a group fitness class. Jordy perfectly explained every sequence and kept you motivated while making sure your form was correct. Would 100% recommend.

Well organized and clean. Great equipment, safe to use. Jordy is exceptional at pulling together a personalized program that includes consultation with your physiotherapist. Fantastic attention to healing injure joints and muscles.
Great workout! Jordy puts together a great session and pushes you without acting like your typical sadist personal trainer. Fantastic set-up, exceptional value, and small class sizes. This will be my go-to spot for the winter!
Everything is sore and I had a very great workout in time! Really appreciate the small class sizes and personal touch to the lessons. Definitely would come again! Just wish there were those evening classes :-)
The program is my favorite gym. it is spacious, bright, feels comfortable, and has a friendly vibe. I love how organized each rack is with everything within arm's reach. I am glad that I've found this place.

Amazing experience every week with Warren. I actually feel that my body is stronger even at the age of 71. Since I never had any exercise training, this was the perfect place to start.

Jordy is a great trainer. Warms you up, pushes you hard to got to your limit, encourages correct form , cools you down. Space is clean, inviting, with great music.
