The store seems to not have enough staff members or they are not trained in customer service. I once had to wait 20 minutes to get my change because the staff member had closed the till before giving me my change, and did not know how to open it up herself. Rather than calling for assistance, she made me wait to the side while she served other customers. When another customer complained about the wait for service (as there was a long line and only one staff member serving), finally another staff member came up to help serve, and only then did they assist in getting my change. I totally understand people have bad days, but it seems every time I’ve been to this store an issue like this has occurred. They either need more staff or to train their staff further

Low stars as I have visited this store last 3 weekends in a row ……. Each time I have been met with low staff - queues at register with only 1 operator - this is not customer service orientated & particularly frustrating - first two visits I forgave as got some great bargains - but today saw people dump products as decided not to wait in queue ! Thought management should be made aware that you are losing sales/ and or opportunist thieves could take advantage of low staff ………. Please look at your staffing levels …..

This was a great experience they had everything I asked about at a very reasonable price. Everything my wife was looking for... I will definately go back and check out their store again. Bought items and did not get the correct change.Arrogant and rude cashier who simply lacked knowledge of operating the till and inability to comprehend the customers concern.Had to return the item and seek refund which from a matter became an issue.Please be careful with this shop's customer service.They can be loud and uncompromising despite being in the wrong!

Love having a browse and buying goods from this shop. The manager Nicole is the best she is a good manager and treats her staff well . The staff are very pleasant and they have a vast range of different stock love buying cheap Christmas decorations here usually things you don't see in other shops

BAD STORE! Their clothing is so much smaller than the normal sizes that I had to refund. The staff insists that they cannot refund due to hygiene reasons and are extremely rude! I argued that I won’t pay for the items that don’t match the size. They yelled at me and then just ignored me .

I was in the store and the your gentleman that served me was very kind.. but it look like the (I'm guessing store or shift manager) was listening to everything.. as he offered me a bag, he said .15 cents.. then in the back ground this rude

A very busy store with a large variety of cheap products. There was a very long wait at the register on Saturday morning with 13 people in the queue ahead of me. Morenstaff might be appropriate.

The reject Shop is more cheaper than St Vinnie's and Salvos they have great items I prefer shopping at The reject they have amazing things and it's cheap

Fake $20 note given to me in change. I went to show them and ask them to change it for me, they refused. Wouldn't even try and look at the CCTV footage.

They sell both branded and other products at cheap prices.. Some excellent bargains can be found.. & plenty of party gift bag novelties etc..

Typical Reject Shop, lots of bargains and nicnac's great service location in Seven Hills Shopping centre, clean and shelves fully stocked.

Good place to shop and the price is reasonable. You can get most of the products here and cheaper price compared to some other shops.

Good value for some items. Range has been visibly affected, presumably by COVID and/or Sanctions on Russia. Still worth a gander.

Great for odds & ends, bits & pieces, cards and sweets. Sometimes the queue to get out is pretty long and no-one seems to care.

Understaffed. Can't find a store assistant when needed. Young staff are clueless. Stock and range of goods really sad of late.

Much smaller store than other Reject shops in the Hills area. But this is a handy location and has most essential products.
