Review is for Reject Shop as a whole; not this store in particular. Found a product online I liked - could only buy the item instore (N/A online). Went to Northpark, only 1 in that colour (I wanted 4). Me to store asst.: “Have you any more out back?” Store asst.: “No we don’t keep any stock out the back - only what’s there.” Me: “Ok no problems, can you tell me what stock levels might be in other SA stores?” Store asst.: “No we have no way of knowing that.” Me: “So my only option is to hunt them down myself and either drive around or ring around stores?” Store asst. “Yes.” Well Reject Shop, poor customer service like this is why so many of us these days don’t bother with the messing about and just shop online. Either get with the times and update your technology so that stores can see stock levels, or perhaps have your staff kindly offer to call a few local stores FOR the customer.

Nice little shop with a good amount of niches. Got myself some dog clothing and a dog bed. The body wash here was quite cheap. Got a wireless headphone from here. It was like 10 or 20 dollars. I don't remember. I brought it purely as a meme to see how long it takes to break and experience how bad some audio could be. To my surprise:firstly, the audio is surprisingly soild, light build construction, the battery is good and after 3 months it's still somehow working. Good service.

Brilliant shop if you are looking for a bargain. Quality products at a low price. We went in just for two things and an hour later came out with a shopping trolley load. Staff are fantastic and helpful.

People very polite always a smile asked for help finding glasses took me to the aisle and asked if she could help us with anything else.. old fashioned service.. fantastic

Was great. Went new years day, spent $15 instead of $8 same carwash choices washing in the bay myself. Less time given per $1... time to shop around.

It's a shop full of stuff that might struggle to be sold in other stores but it had what I want so I'm happy …
