I’m very disappointed with the service I received at this store this afternoon. Whilst trying to return an item, I was offered only a store credit, even though I was clearly fully entitled to a full refund as per the refund policy on the website. After 10 minutes of being made to state this point, and holding up a whole line of other customers in the process, I finally read this out to the store manager serving me. Whilst I eventually was given my refund, it was done reluctantly in a passive aggressive manner. This included being told to be more careful with my purchases in the future.

Had the worst experience with them. Ordered by door dash , driver went to collect. Was not my order at all.. now I have to wait for a refund from the store and they tell me it's door dash.-- They don't handle the goods only the driver.. the stock come from the shop ,I like to know where is my refund?? Still waiting..

I received amazing support from a worker named Mel, I will definitely be coming back. She was very supportive and friendly.

Tidiest store and the staff are friendly.
