I feel like Best buy needs to revamp or re-discover the ways of business as far as electronics and just the way that it operates in general. It has become essentially circuit City which went out of business years ago and to be quite honest people have completely forgotten about. The only reason that I even remember it is because my dad used to work at 1:00. other than that I don't see Best buy being around for the next 10 to 15 years. I could be wrong. Everyone there is super nice and helpful but it just seems to be a little run down. it doesn't have the pizzazz that it once had. I think a lot of that has to do with music sales and also online shopping. I think that they have great products and great customer service but I feel as though they are lacking and I can't quite pinpoint what it is. But I hope that for the sake of the employees that they last forever because we need more jobs in America. To anyone reading this be safe out there wear your mask and stay 6 ft from people. Also think the people that are out there working and providing a service to you.

Bought a computer and the Microsoft program which was just a card with a serial number for Microsoft there the day before everything closed down. Was going to return it the next day because after we got it home we decided to use another PC we already had and just looking for a monitor which we bought through curbside service as the store was pickups only and couldn't return the PC. We were told we had extended time to return the PC. When they did open the store a few weeks later we returned the PC but they would not return the 109 dollars for the Microsoft product saying we have to go to Microsoft for a refund. Microsoft says that since we paid best buy for it they have to refund my money. So in essence what best buy did was charge me and collect the 109 dollars for the Microsoft product and is keeping the money. Best buy is stealing the 109 dollars. The money is not that much but I felt like if where you bought an item and paid for the item that place should refund the money. What best buy did was steal 109 dollars from me

David's bridal! The worst store to go to! I think that everyone who works there is pretty damn rude! The consultant couldn't be bothered to help me and i was the only person in the store! They wanted me to wait 45 mins to try the dresses on, because that's when the next consultant was coming in! What if i liked that $1500 Vera Wang dress? You just missed a big sale! Because i will definitely go elsewhere to purchase it! They all deserve to be fired! I'm very unhappy with how i was treated. So to sum it up my experience in your store was TERRIBLE! DUE TO THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE! SHOPPING FOR A WEDDING DRESS IS A SPECIAL EVENT! Esp. FOR A FIRST TIME BRIDE! IT SHOULD BE TREATED AS SUCH! I GET MORE HELP AND MORE RESPECT WHEN I SHOP AT WAL-MART! YOUR STORE IS A COMPLETE DISGRACE TO WEDDING CONSULTANTS AND THE WEDDING INDUSTRY!

This best buy is great to go to, I like it the best out of all best buys in the area. There x box video game selection is a jumble mess. They have the starting letter and stack games on tip of games as they have made the game selection into a smaller area so it is pretty negitive. The switch games are organized and easy to find. They have the best controller selection out of any best buy and I got my pubg controller here. I always go here forst and if I need to do in store pickup I have them send it to st John's as they usually have inventory. The staff here are friendly and you can tell they have good managment as most of the employees seem to care about being there. I have had 0 bad interactions with the staff over 5 years. I go to best buy once a week. I do a lot and I mean a lot of electronic purchases.

Went there for Best Buy needing a few items. First issue the sales guy solved with my video camera settings, so I didnt need to buy anything. 2nd item was available but 3rd item was not available and was told to order it online. So that was disappointing. Was not crowded, there were face masks and gloves on a table by the door when I walked in. Parking was good. I did have to wait for someone to come and assist me but he did try to resolve all 3 issues I had. I will be going back for my laptop issue. Which means geek squad ! Need more cables, so hoping they will have them. It has a Chick-fil-A there too. Close to I 95 ramps.

Food is quick and really quick usually. Would be quicker if the owner that also works behind the counter not talk so much and tend to business. In the case of my order it sat ready to come to the table while he spent quite a while gabbing about his health with another customer and was not tending to business I only go there infrequently and have noticed this before. Shame of it is it is nice little place the food is good but the speed of service can be improved that's for sure. Less gab at the counter with friends. Then it would be 5 star.

The variety of merchandise is limited maybe because of the pandemic. But I didn't like the service received from the geek squad after the sent my merchandise out. The prices that they present once they receive and dismantle your equipment are ridiculous . I received quotes that mounted over Two thousand dollars for a possible solution. No thanks. I hope I never have anything really serious to happen to any equipment.

Nice selection but seems like they only buy name brand clothing. The young lady said we only buy teens & college apparel. I wanted to inform her that I'm a sophomore more in college & most of my clothes came from stores near campus, they're just not big name brands. They selected 6 pieces for $9.61 >>shrugs<< friendly employees, better organized & less of a cluster-f*** like other locations I've been to.

A lot of great things to do shopping to be done and food to be ate can’t really say to much about the plaza other than that it’s got pretty busy foot traffic so that’s a thing but not to where you’re driving around for 30 trying to find parking it’s reasonable, like I said lots to do so if you’re already on that side of town bored stop by you’ll find and hour or 2 of fun‼️

They have a Best Buy and Urban Air is in it as well. Urban Air is a great place to take the kids of all ages. They have one of the biggest trampoline parks I've seen in Duval County and they also have go-karts bumper cars virtual reality games climbing walls zipline in a rope course. They do parties her birthday and corporate events.

They had plenty on hand when I ordered curbside pickup, supposedly ready in an hour. I drove all the way over to Best Buy to pick it up. Nope, they don't have any. Rude woman on phone says too bad, they don't have any. No wonder Amazon is crushing them. Won't be back.

If this review is for the Best buy on Southside Boulevard I ordered something online and did curbside pickup and I could not believe that the guy came out in 30 seconds and brought me my order and was so nice and friendly I will definitely do this again for sure!!!

A wonderful locale shopping center with a good mix of stories and restaurants. I try to shop locally with small businesses. It is a world that online is the way to go but for me face to face is important. Hard working people that deserve to earn your business.

Went by here to pick up parts from BestBuy. Did you know Best Buy price matches Amazon? Sometimes when something is out of stock at the Orange Park store, this location is second best, isn’t too far away. It’s also always clean, employees are friendly!

This store had the product I was looking for after driving to another Best Buy but I waited 30 minutes for someone to answer my questions about a home camera and then get the secured product for me. Sure makes online shopping from home more attractive.

Worthless warranty replacement on my camera equipment.they refused to service 3 separate items with active warranties. Don't buy anything a warranty if you have to shop here. Or just don't shop at Best buy at all and you'll probably be better off.

Urban Air is the modern family fun center for those of us who can remember that franchise. There is a little something for all ages. A great way for Nanas and Pop pops to entertain their grands and stay out of the sun. Score!!!

Best Buy is the most identifying anchor store in the small mall. They also have a super busy Chick-fil-A plus a Nice Ice Cream store right across. Parking is okay entry is right off Southside so no problems getting in our out.

The Best Buy store was clean,and both of the Gentlemen that helped my Sister and I get our Series X XBOXs were knowledgible and very efficient at taking care of all our questions and needs. They ROCKED! Thanks Guys!

Always plenty of parking. Of course there is Chick-fil-a, Moe's, Best Buy, Starbucks, and Cold Stone Creamery. I have never gone in to the bridal store. Seems like the Best Buy is HUGE. Really well kept outside.

Ordered tv online, when we arrived for pickup the order was already waiting at the front of the store to load into our vehicle. They even loaded it for us. Awesome staff! Very easy, highly recommend!!!

The Shoppes at Southside are aging but you can still get through it without too much hassle. There a limited number of stores but is close enough to other shopping centers that it isn't a big deal.

Excellent staff, Carlos today and Max previously that now works in theback, in the Geek Squad, knowledgeable and explain things well so a lay person can understand what they're talking about.

Nice place to get shopping done. it does tend to get extremely busy on the weekend. And doesn't seem to have enough parking other than that it's set up well for a modern day shopping center.

Clean, well stocked Best Buy that is less busy than the one at the town center. The Starbucks and other restaurants here are also less crowded most of the time with good service all around.

Love urban air. Great price. Good food. Usually pretty clean unless it's late in the day, kids are messy, so it's expected. Lots of different activities to choose from. My son loves it all!

I love shopping here, my only concern is with the holidays coming up, the crowds out in public places have been so big recently. Just a concern with covid numbers on the rise lately.

Not as clean as town center area, when I walked into local moes restaurant the order guys were eating food , stone cold was nice , definitely has gone down hill like the avenues

Not enough merchandise and Customer services really sucks can't find anyone , gonna be the next circuit city closing , employees need to be trained on what they are selling also

Best buy, food is good lots of places to choose from. clean store, great customer service, can say the prices are a bit more expensive but, the selection is worth it.

I come around here for urban air and it's usually only busy on weekends. There's a clothes donation bin that's helpful if you don't want to drop off at goodwill.

Best Buy is really the only reason to come over here. Restoration Hardware Outlet is not really worth a damn. And I he bridal shop is whatever. It is what it is

Bought a television. The associate was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I always go there for computers and other electronics, because they are so helpful.

Expect tight spaces and lots of cars but with some patience you'll do just fine. Not a place to quickly stop in at lunch if you plan on sitting down to eat.

My kids absolutely loved Urban Air Park located here. We had a ton of fun and wore the kids out. My son really enjoyed the rock climbing walls.

This location has amazing customer service. Drew and Hannah is the dream team! They went above and beyond the call of duty to find my product.

Just like most indoor malls, this one leaves much to be desired. There are still a few stores giving it hope. But, soon it'll be half empty.

Great variety of shops but the travel lanes are to navigate at lunch time with all the traffic. Go early or wait until after the lunch rush.

I would recommend shopping at another Best buy location unless you want to wait over an hour just to get something behind a glass windows

Far less in stock items at this store vs. Town Center or O.P. Convenient for Southside but if its not in stock then not a good location.

The Best Buy here is bigger and better stocked than the Town Center. The Panera and Starbucks aren't usually too busy. Nice service

Went for the cold stone ice cream which is the best place to get a cold dessert especially the reese's butter chunk shake.

Went to Cold Stones & sat at Moe's outside tables & no one yelled at us to leave. That was nice. Nice area, no troubles.
