When my bf and I had the day off of work. We were looking for a massage place that would take a couples massage. At the time..I was calling around to all the spas I've been to..and none of them answered. Then I called this place and they answered immediately and said yes we can go in for a couples massage. At the time they weren't allowed to do massages inside. They had 2 canopies set up in front out in the parking lot. They were completely private. I felt very comfortable even being mostly naked outside in a parking lot. Lol. It was an interesting experience. All in all..this place was wonderful. They were willing to accommodate whatever would make us feel comfortable. My massage therapist was wonderful! She had strong hands which is what I like and she tried to get my stubborn knots out. I'd definitely recommend trying this place out. You wont be disappointed.

I like a good massage and I have been to many around LA. Most places give you nothing more than a rub down as another reviewer put it. If you're looking for it they might offer other services if that's what you want. The Surin Day Spa may not suit some people as an elegant place but it is clean, professional, reasonably priced, and has very friendly staff. Since it opened I have been going off and on over the years. The man at the desk has always been polite on the phone and in person. I believe the self-described hipster in the review got what he gave to the man at the desk. I have tried all but the Swedish massage. If you can handle a little pain then I recommend the deep tissue massage I can't get enough of it.

THIS IS IT. THIS IS THE PLACE. LOOK NO FURTHER. I have been looking for a good massage since I moved to the neighborhood and THIS IS THE ONE. The massage therapist seemed to intuitively know all my specific spots that seem niche-but-important, and somehow managed to focus on all of them despite my very vague description of my neck pain. She's extremely talented and clearly very knowledgable and perceptive about the body. Sometimes Thai massage makes me feel a little nervous, since some practitioners are rougher than others--but that was not the case at ALL with this one. I truly felt held... muscle-crushingly, blissfully held. You're in good hands here--I will be going back very soon.

I’ve never felt so compelled to write a review as I do for this place — I love an affordable massage, so I’ve explored my fair share of spas. I got the deep tissue combo which consisted of deep tissue, massage oil, stretching, and walking. When the massage began my masseuse asked me what my problem areas were and she was attentive to them the entire time. Clean, no frills, relaxing music, with heating pads on the massage tables. Current price as of April 2023 is $60 for 60 mins. Highly recommend!

Y'all, go get a massage here! I've been in the neighborhood for four years and have driven passed this so many times intending to go in and finally did this evening. Relaxing atmosphere. Got the deep combo with hot stones from Nicki and feel renewed. This will be my go-to place from now on. *Remember, tip well. The massage therapists are body healers and do hard work. They deserve to be taken care of as well :)

Me and my daughter had massage yesterday, deep tissue massage for her and swedish massage for me + hot stones for both of us. We were not able to get the names of the massage therapists but they were both great with expertise on what area to put pressures. I recommend the hot stones, it was so great and wonderful experience. Will be back and have a regular massage in this simple yet wonderful massage place.

I just had the best massage I’ve ever had in my whole life, and I’ve had plenty! Diana was so skilled, just the right amount of deep release and some really helpful stretches I’ve never experienced before. If you can handle a deeper massage, highly recommend the Deep Combo. Such reasonable prices, clean calm and comfortable atmosphere - I already booked my next appointment!

Got a gift certificate for this gem of a place. Very kind staff. Clean private space. Mood was right to relax. I got the deep tissue massage with hot stones. Best reboot ever. I was left sore and bruised but that goes with deep tissue. Didn't know what to expect with the stones, I was surprised in a delightful way. This is the spot to go. Total happiness!!!

Sweet mercy, this place is incredible. The kind lady who worked on me is a magician and did stretches on me that I didn’t even know were possible. Real talk, I think it was the most relaxing and productive massage I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this place!

Every time my massage is incredible. Every therapist is very experienced and intuitive. Today I asked for deep tissue \ combo. This included walking on me, stretches, and typical massage in multiple positions. I've had pain from work and I feel such relief.

Very consistent massages. Not a fancy place, but clean, quiet, with efficient and friendly staff. Rates are reasonable. Other massage businesses in this general area are getting a bit out-of-control with the pricing. I’m very happy with Surin Day Spa!

Worth every penny! The combo massage is only $40, for 60 minutes, i added the hot stone therapy for an extra $10. Clean, friendly service and came out feeling way less tense and refreshed.

I did get an attitude from front lobby guy. They may not like big beard hipsters like me. Besides all that, it's pricey, I paid $60 for an hour. Massage wasnt that great.
