Booked a taxi to go to LAX several days before my flight. I had requested to be picked up at 4:30 am, my apartment is only 9 miles away from LAX and was supposed to be about a 15 min drive to the airport at that time. I was told it would be $50, which I thought was high, but beat having to depend on Uber or Lyft which isn’t always reliable. I was told they would call at 4 am to confirm they were coming. This morning I got up for my flight, and when they hadn’t called by 4:05 am, I called them to confirm someone was on their way. I got a new person who did not seem to see I had already booked a ride, refused to listen when I tried to explain that I had booked this days ago and that all of my information should already in the system, and said he would be on his way but it would now be $80 cash. I ended up cancelling the service and got a $25 Uber. I would not recommend this service, they seem unreliable and scammy for nearly doubling the price of my trip the morning of.

I have used this taxi service twice and it was good the first time and okay the second time. Today I called in advance to be sure they're working. Later when I called to order a taxi, I got a lot of runaround from some woman. First she said they don't serve the same area I've had them pick me up from before. Then she said they did. Then I called a few minutes later to confirm the taxi was coming and I could tell she was lying. Five minutes later she called to say the taxi had come and couldn't find me. Honey, if you can't spot me, a blonde with a pink shirt on, you shouldn't be in business. Do Not Use!

Love The Taxi Company!!! Lyft changes prices more than government does policies. A friend told me to call a cab company. I did. The Taxi Company gave me a set price(it's +$4 to use card). And the drive was smooth and as quick as LA traffic would allow. Thanks for being upfront, speedy, polite and all around class act. ****this has been the second time that Lyft wouldn't take me to LAX. Next time I'm gonna get a cab.

Super cool people I got a call from my friend he needed a taxi and it wasn't local. I tried my go to guys but they didn't take the ride. The Taxi Company not only took the fare at an odd hour but went to like 2 or 3 different locations because of miscommunication. They finally found my friend and took him home. If I could give 10 starts I would. VERY RELIABLE AND POLITE.

Called this Taxi company for an LAX reservation. My reservation was for 9am in the morning. I called a night before like at 8pm. They picked me up @9:00am were right on time. They waited for me few minutes. I appreciate there patience. Very polite and very punctual. I recommend this Taxi Company to anyone that is coming to Los Angeles or Traveling out.

I highly recommend The Taxi Company! I called and spoke to Diego ( I am in El Paso, Texas ) to get my son a taxi to the Burbank airport . They picked my son up in less than 45 minutes , called me to let me know that were on their way to the airport. The kindness and professionalism I experienced from The Taxi Company was amazing …

I called the day before for taxi service to the airport and was told I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to arrival for confirmation. I never received the call and the driver hasn’t shown up yet. I’m disappointed as flights are extremely time sensitive. I won’t be using this service again.

I called this Taxi Company for a reservation to take me to lax i called around 12pm and i wanted them to pick me up at 3pm. They got there at that time and they helped me with my luggage and i apreciate that. They gave me a great service . I recommend them they are afordable and reliable.

I call to make a reservation to LAX and I was told I would get a call 30min prior to pick and thanks to that call I woke up and got ready or else I would of miss my flight thanks for a great service. Highly recommended I’ll give it a 10 star if I could.

I needed a ride quickly and they were on it. They sent me a driver and she got here quickly. Had a great time speaking with her, she was super friendly. I enjoyed my experience with the driver. I have been a customer ever since! Highly recommend.
