I am absolutely in love with this place! I found it on Groupon about a year and a half ago & I have been faithful to them ever since!! I travel an hour & a half from my neighborhood just to come to them at least once a month. Ritu is my personal favorite because at this point we have created an amazing bond but I've honestly had work done by most of the women who work there & all of the staff have proven to be very gentle & talented. I do my eyelashes with them & full body wax (Brazilian, underarms, & full legs) they offer more services though, like facials. Although I have yet to try those services, I have no doubt that they will be great at that too. The prices are super decent & they actually take their time making sure to perfect anything your asking for. They are also very cleanly & due to this pandemic they all had there mask & gloves on. They also clean up after every client. So in love with them. I was so heart broken during the quarantine bc I couldn't wait for them to open. I'd never go to anyone else. They have my loyalty 100%. OH & speaking about loyalty they actually give you a customer loyalty card & they will sign it during every visit & I believe your 10th wax or threading will be free! It doesn't get better then that.

The place is clean, the girls there are very friendly I had an experience a little bit frustrating today, I went today to do my eyebrows with wax and the girl who making it she was friendly but I don’t know if she don’t have the experience, the thing is she damaged my eyebrows in the middle, when I saw the result I patiently asked her to fix it because the clearing was noticeable, she tried but my eyebrows were horrible, my reaction was very rude I started to tell her in front of everyone that I was upset, the girl looked embarrassed and the owner of the place asked me not to pay but I decided to pay because she did her job, my reaction was very rude because I'm going on a trip tomorrow and it will be a challenge to make up my eyebrows, I just want to let the girl know that Although I got very angry, I understand it, there are bad days and I hope it doesn't happen again, maybe I'll give the place another chance because the truth is that they have very good attention, right now I feel bad about the treatment I gave it and right now the anger began to go away from me and I wanted to say sorry.

Do not recommend this place. Took my boyfriend and I there for a self care day for them to make him feel unwanted. I understand if it's against their culture or husbands for them to work on man but please kindly decline a customer next time instead of fighting against yourself for who will take care of him. To top it off I asked for prices for a facial and they only told me of the highest price while there were two options. I get they're trying to make money but there's no need to lie. Anyway I went through with my facials in order for them to scratch my face with a black head remover. You don't scrape those tools all over the face but they did. They never cleaned out the water they were using to clean my face which is disgusting. After leaving their place my face has been breaking out in places that it never did before. Will never return here. Do not remember this place whatsoever. They even messed up my eyebrows. They hurt me with the thread and even made me bleed! Wish I could get all my money back. Spent $120 here and never again will this happen to me.

I’m so happy I found a reliable place to get my eyebrows threaded. I’ve been here multiple times for eyebrows and they’ve consistently done a great job. Not too thin & the perfect arch. I also tried the chocolate Brazilian, Leg and underarm waxing. The chocolate Brazilian wax was quick but very painful. The leg waxing wasn’t to my satisfaction because there was still hair left in certain spots and my legs were very sticky after. (It was my first time getting my legs waxed so idk that could be normal). I have no complaints about the underarm waxing. Very clean and quick. I prefer hard wax because it’s a little less painful and I don’t believe this place has hard wax (could be wrong). The salon itself is very clean and the two women that work there are extremely nice and very skilled at threading. They also have a loyalty program where you earn free services. Overall, I highly recommend this place for threading. They’re amazing at achieving the perfect eyebrows, and you can beat their prices.

Went for the first time today for eyebrows and Brazilian. I requested to see Sita due to other reviews mentioning how great she is. And those reviews were so right!! Sita listened to my concerns and did exactly what I had asked for. Threading is not as painful but definitely not pleasant and Sita was so light handed, she is the first person EVER to make the threading process painless. I barely felt the thread ( and I have very sensitive skin) however, she cleaned my eyebrows so nicely! For the wax, again, she was light handed and made the experience pleasant. Gave me some tips for after care as well which I appreciated. Sita was incredibly sweet from start to finish. She was fast, but was still very thorough with her job. Excited to try other services with her!

I finally had decided i was going to get a Brazilian. I found this place before the summer started on Groupon. I seen the reviews were great, alot of people mentioned Tofa is great. So I decided to go here. When I arrived everyone was very welcoming. I liked that it made me comfortable since I was already nervous. I asked for Tofa to do it and I explained to her that it was my first time and that I was a bit nervous. She suggested to me to do zinc wax instead of sugar was as I had originally planned. She said it was better and less painful for people that are first time. I been going to her ever since now and the last time I went I brought a friend. I highly recommend this place!

I read a lot of good reviews on The Thread Loft and decided to pay them a visit for a Brazilian. I was taken care of by Mora who was very sweet and extra quick with waxing! She literally waxed me in about 15 minutes!(brazilian, stomach and armpits) i asked which wax was the least painful and she recommended the CBD wax. She did not lie, i recommend it 10/10! Will definitely be back for waxing again and definitely coming to do my lashes and eyebrows here as well.

First time coming in yesterday because it was a Sunday and my usual eyebrow place was closed. But I am so glad I came here, the service was great. They’re super fast but also make sure you’re satisfied with the service. My eyebrows came out very nice and the price was reasonable. I’m so glad i discovered this place because this will be my new regular eyebrow spot :) lash extensions look nice here too i hope to get them and done and see how it comes out!

I've been going to Sita for my eyebrow threading for a while now, and I have to say she's the best! She's fast and efficient but always takes the time to ensure my eyebrows are perfectly shaped. Plus, she's always so friendly and makes me feel comfortable during the whole process. I never leave her chair feeling anything less than amazing! Got a deal off groupon and I am so happy with my waxing experience today. The place is really clean. They do a host of other services there like facials ,permanent make up, lashes &etc at really great prices. Mrs.Madju did my Brazilian Wax, Full leg wax, & lip wax today. She was very thorough and took real good care of me. I am so happy to have found this place near my home. Definitely going back again and again.

Got a Brazilian wax for the first time by Razia...she was excellent. Professional, fast, and kind. She was super attentive to my pain tolerance and guided me through the process very well. Overall excellent experience, not to mention the wonderful price. I've also gotten my eyebrows threaded here regularly and I'm 100% sticking with them for brows - they do a clean and excellent job. 10/10 recommend.

I don't want to tell the world about this place, because it's awesome and I appreciate that the lines aren't too bad, but it's worth sharing. I come here to get my eyebrows threaded because they always do an amazing job. I've also seen people get their lashes done and they come out looking good (extra long lashes aren't my thing so I can't personally speak to how they feel or hold up).

The lady who did my eye brows destroyed my eye brows but also completely massacred my right eye brown. My brows no longer match in any way shape or form. Then she made this odd indentation on the upper end where it’s supposed to curve down. This is a complete mess. There is no way to fix them as she also made my brows too thin! So there is not way to “make it better”.

I find it highly unfair that I call for an appointment because I bought a Groupon and they said I’m not able to go simply because others bought one! What is the point of having a Groupon? Each and every time I need to here an issue always comes up with this establishment. They can at least be professional enough to accommodate me. Unfair. Unprofessional. Disappointed.

I needed to get my eyebrows done but the woman i go to in the bronx was out for the day and after seeing all the good reviews i decided to go here. Sita did my wax and my eyebrows and she was amazing. It was the first time I had threading done on my eyebrows that didn't hurt and she was very careful and gentle. I definitely recommend this place!

Ineffective communication. I found them through Groupon and wanted to get my first wax with the chocolate wax. She used painful strip wax instead, didn’t apply pressure to aid me through the pain and even through all the tears I found patches of leftover hair still. Makes me weary continuing this service if I’m not going to be listened to

I got a wax done with Sita, she was so kind and friendly. She kept up conversation and even informed me about what she was doing to ensure my wax would grow out as evenly as possible. I truly felt like she was being so attentive and thoughtful in the service. Such a great experience, I’ll definitely be asking for her again. Thanks Sita!

a very bad experience, I went to this place with my mom to get our eyebrows done, and when we were going to pay I had no more cash and I could only give them a 3 dollar tip, and one of them asked me if I was sure to leave her that for a tip? and then she take the money and leave me talking to myself. I will never come back to this site.

I have been to this place 2 times (in july and august). The ladies who work there were so sweet and accomodating to me. I work at the hospital near by and had more than enough time to go on my lunch break. If you arent happy with something they are so willing to make it work, to make their clients happy. I enjoy the professionalism of this cozy spot. Sharon, my preferred threader, has a wonderful technique when she does my eyebrows. I don't even feel pain when she does my upper lip. This place is clean as a whistle too. I recommend this as the place to go to for beautifying. They also do wax and henna among other cosmetic options!

When i came in to utilize my groupon, i was informed my skin wouldn't "take" to the wax. I've had Brazilians thousands of times. This was ridiculous. I'm not sure of it was my race or what. But basically she said she can't get all the hair off. Extraordinarily unprofessional. I left, and didn't get the Brazilian.

It was a lot smaller than I thought. They allowed me to use the restroom when I came in and it was an ok experience. As my first time wax, went pretty alright. The person tried to make conversation to relax me but it was pretty awkward and fizzled quick. I went with a groupon so for what I paid, it was decent.

Loveeeeee this place ! I've done a Choclate Brazilian wax ( I highly recommend it) and also lash extensions and loved both. They treated my mother & I with so much love and even stood late with us perfecting our lash extensions. Everyone here is amazing and I recommend everyone to come here! ❤️

Just had Sita and she was amazing!! I got a Brazilian done with hard wax and my armpits done with soft wax and she cleaned everything up so well. I needed a closer wax place and this is going to be my go to spot, she was super sweet and made me feel so comfortable. Definitely coming back!

The best Brazilian in my entire life. Mora was excellent she recommend me a painless wax because I have sensitive skin and she did amazing. She took care of me and the process was fast painless and I was not scared at all with her, she is very professional. Highly recommend this place.

the place is extremely clean, new and reasonably priced. neatness is something i observe especially if im getting a full brazilian wax done. i've done my eyebrows several times and honestly they come out beautiful everytime! i dont think ill be changing my new eyebrow girl :)

Lol I legit broke out in hives and she kept asking me to give her a good review over and over. When I said “um... im breaking out in hives” she said that was normal and to ice my face. No. Would post a picture but it doesn’t give me that option.

I got my eye lash extensions done here and I had to go back the next day because a few came off. They were very polite to fix it but not even 2 full weeks have passed and most of my lashes have fallen off or are hanging on to my real lashes.

Lady who did my eyebrows did an ok job. But she didn’t dry her hands properly after washing them and let a drop of water fall on my lip. Disgusting Then she comments on how my skin in oily. Very unprofessional. Do not go here! …

I have been getting my Brazilian wax with Razia for a few months now. She’s the best. Super gentle, professional & knows what she’s doing. Price is amazing (25$) and wax lasts me for 4-5 weeks. Would definitely recommend

They do microderm abrasion! You have to ask because it's not advertised but this is the best treatment I've had so far! Coupled with their killer facial, it's my new go to place.

CBD wax was painless!!! Mora (I believe her name is) was sweet & quick to wax me. They took me as a walk in at 7p. Brazilian was $30. Can’t get better than that
