It's a shame that when your a customer for a long time 4 yrs plus and you take a package in with a preprinted label and they just set it aside for several days and cause it to be delayed for four days without justifiable reasoning. This recently happened to two packages and when I called to ask why she just was rude and said" I'm busy" , and hung up. This happened several times. (2) and I called a third time she didn't seem concerned and then said, "anything else" very rudely . Wow if you don't buy her label and you have a business account w ups and print yours , your package will be set aside as unimportant. Don't try complaining to the corporate office as the man in San Deigo who answers the phone there states he is her relative and cannot take a complaint as a result. Wow how unprofessional and rude but guess what I am moving on to a better way to send packages FedX is so much faster , oh and nicer! I don't recommend this store if you want to be worry free from hassles and not having to worry if the package reached its destination. It's a shame I had to click one star to leave this review because she doesn't deserve even one(1)!

$2.50 to print a label? I was returning a defective toner cartridge back to Amazon. Without a printer I thought the UPS Store would gladly print it for me. Whenever I need to print a label at a FEDEX, they gladly do it for me without hesitation, which is very useful when you are traveling and shipping things back without access to a printer. One more reason to never use UPS, lack of customer service. From what I can see, other people feel the same way. It’s not like this location is called John Doe’s Ship Express where you don’t expect good customer service but this is a USP Store branded and with the name should come a certain level of expected customer service. Without strict regulations of your owner/operators I can see why your quality of service has taken a dive.

The low ratings say it all. If I could give 0 stars, I would. EVERY time I come to this store, peggy, the manager, is in a bad mood, snaps back, or seems overwhelmed and frustrated. I literally watched another employee use at least 10 pieces of tape on one box, but when I asked to borrow tape, she said they charge $1.99/box for tape. I’m using your business!! They always complain about their affiliation with amazon. I don’t think it’s going away, so get used to it and get over it. Be happy you have business, customers, and A JOB!! I doubt anything will change since this lady is the manager, but if you can find another UPS, do it! I used to work for UPS and loved helping customers (as it’s a place that most people don’t enjoy going to).

I wish there was an option for zero stars. After receiving a confirmation that my package was ready for pickup, I went to the store to get it. Peggy told me she didn't have it. I called UPS customer service and they told me that it was in the store. I proceeded back into store to demand my property, just to be ignored by the staff for about 30 minutes. Keep in mind I was the only customer in the store. Finally Peggy forced herself to do her job. My package was laying on the front desk the entire time. Peggy is a genuine disgruntled lying human being that does not deserve anyone's business. It's time for her to retire and get out of the customer service business for good. Don't waist your time and money with this place.

Blown away by the reviews on this UPS store. I stop in this place all the time and they have been nothing but help. The UPS stores I've been into pale in comparison. It is clean, its roomy for when its busy, not like a sardine can like most of the closet size UPS stores. My question for the people giving reviews of one star indicating "older" ladies and grumpy faces...in this world you sure they aren't just casting you a protective eye. Crime has gone up and they are vulnerable parts of society. I praise them for being bold and owning a business in these times. Mad about their prices...go somewhere else. I know they aren't outrageous and most UPS stores can be pricey...so are Fedex stores...hallmark stores....etc etc.

If the USPS can't or won't allow one to adjust the Ste# past #13 on those stupid address verification forms, how in the heck is one to ship something to the proper Ste #? Answer: Call the UPS store it's being shipped to. Best customer service ever and if I could give a boat load of stars for a rating, I would. Before placing my order, I called the store to confirm a workaround I had figured might work. She confirmed it would and made a few other suggestions to prevent future frustration with Personal Creations and the USPS. The United States Postal Service needs to fix this problem. But for those reviews giving less than glowing reviews, really? What is there not to like? Great customer service!

This is an exceptionally great UPS store. I’ve had a mailbox here for 15 years and have used shipping services almost weekly. The owner and staff know my name and give the best customer service every time! It seems the negative reviews are from people who don’t know that they do not give any supplies away for free. It sounds minor to ask for tape, but a UPS store would literally go thru a couple rolls of box tape a day if they taped everyone’s boxes. Negative reviews seem to stem from people who don’t like to be told no, even if it’s just the way business is done.

Went for Notary and Signature service. Had two documents and one only needed two witnesses. Was told to wait for Notary 10 min before they arrived and that was fine. Requested two witness signature on the other doc and advised I had the wait for Notary. Two girls working there were offended when I told them the Notary cant be a witness. Was told they can refuse service. Cant believe I'm even hearing this as the sign says they do this service. One walked away and never responded. Stay away from this place if you need anything other than shipping.

I read the reviews and thought I would see for myself if all the poor reviews were warranted and sadly they were. The older woman who answered the phone when I called at 4:30 said they were open until 8. When I arrived at 6:10 they were closed and two women yelled from behind the locked doors that they closed at 6. I explained I called earlier and explained what the older woman had told me and was assured I had called a different store. I went into my phone memory and redialed the 4:30 call and she answered again assuring me I had errored.

Horrible ups store always have problems.... charging 2$ for one strip of tape to seal a box for a return, can't print labels unless I pay 5$ other stores I email it to them and they'll print it for me, force you to pay every penny you can spend in their store.... go somewhere else or be prepared to just drop off a sealed taped package and run... Pack print and ship is amazing I use them for all my needs friendly reasonably priced just have to drive a little further.

Literally the worst UPS store. Older woman with white hair seemed annoyed from the moment I walked in with my Amazon return. The item was in the original box and needed a single piece of tape to close the lid. She said “do you have tape to close that?” Obviously I don’t have a roll of packaging tape in my pocket. So she wanted to charge me $1.60 for a single piece of tape. Give me a break. I’ve never had a ups store charge me for a piece of tape. Ridiculous.

I was charged $7 to use their computer for 12 minutes to print 3 pages. Every UPS store I’ve been to will have me email them the pages and charge for the printing costs. I was then told that I didn’t print it correctly with their computer even though I followed the directions. The manager then had me email the pages to her and print them off instead. I would choose another UPS store if you need to print anything!!

I have a return item. They told me that they were going to have to charge me for everything even though it's a return and it's all covered as part of the cost of the label. Won't be using this location ever again. I'm telling the company that the return is through that they refused to accept my return... Which is the truth. Thanks for your help in turning the united parcel service into the unworthy pieces of...

I made an appointment online and when I arrived the employee came from around back and before saying anything else she said “this better be quick”. I should have walked away right then and there as the customer service went down from there. They did not honor my appointment because she had to leave for a personal appointment. I will not be returning to this location for personal or business related reasons.

The old white women was very grumpy and rude. She hates her job so much so is charging for every single thing. I left and went to another ups store on camelback rd and the 51 hwy and the lady who helped me there was so nice, patient, smiling and even helped tape the box “for free”, talk about great customer service. It’s worth the extra 6 min drive to avoid this rude lady.

I've been with this store for 5 years as a business po box owner. I can tell you that the poor reviews are not my experience! The owner Peggy is amazing and is always willing to go above and beyond. The staff is always helpful and are great at what they do. They're really like good neighbors and I'm grateful they've always been in the area for a much needed service!

Don't go to this store. If you ship a higher valued item, they charge you over TRIPLE the declared value rate that you would get charged if you just printed off your own label. I confirmed with UPS it's the owner of this location who can set their own rates for declared value - they try and pull a fast one on you - don't be a victim.

I wouldn’t use this store if you have any choice! I wish I would’ve looked at these other reviews first because I see now why they have such a low score. The rep Anita has zero customer service skills and blames UPS for everything even though she is supposed to be a representative for UPS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!

Horrible Customer Service Do Not Support This Business I had some very heavy items to ship . This UPS Store quoted me $4000 to ship. So I called UPS freight, they quoted me $2000 for the same weight. This place ads %100 mark up for doing nothing, unethical, dishonest, should be out of business soon.

What happened? Used to be the best one to go to. Peggy barely put the label on my package. I asked to put tape on it to hold it down. Hopefully my package reaches it's destination. She hardly acknowledged me as she went on to the next person in line. I'll continue going to the one on 7th and Bell.

I had to return something I bought on Amazon and didnt really know what to do. I took the item i was returning and the return label I had printed out to the counter and the lady was super nice and helpful. She helped me pack the item and made sure I put the label on right, etc.

Th worse UPS location ever, don’t go there, they charge for a tape on free returns and when i said I didn’t take a wallet with me - they have refuse to tape it and send me back - ridiculously cheap rules and stuff works there, old unsatisfied with their lives ladies - so sad..

Overcharged and wouldn't correct the error. Insisted that it was double to ship a USPS flat rate box. It wouldn't have been as big of an issue if the owner, Peggy, would have been more kind. Never ever going here again. The service and prices are awful.

Worst UPS store I ever visited! The worker there at that time, an old lady called Patty, was rude. She threatened to call police on me just for questioning the way i was treated. Spare yourself from this place - you don't deserve such treatment.

Customer service lady put my label in such way the box is almost open. I asked her to put a tape on it, she started helping next customer. Not sure if the package will be okay. I wish that I chose the UPS store near my home.

I’ve been going to this location for years and they’re always so nice, helpful, and personable. They get pretty busy sometimes but I don’t know why some of these reviews are bad. The vast majority of times they’re great!

Unable to print a label for their own package, which they were originally supposed to have delivered themselves. Claim they are not associated with UPS delivery service. Absolutely bizarre. Terrible waste of time.
