0/5 stars. I have lived in this area for 2 years now. There has not been one time that I can come in and they are open on time, or there isn't one person behind the desk with a line out the door. This is absolutely the worse UPS location I've ever been too. Not dependable in any way for my business.

My neighborhood ups store, always a wait. It’s 9am 3 weeks before Christmas, and there’s 1 employee. Where TF is the franchise owner? Where are you? Why is there a line? Your employee work ethic is better than yours, they should get a raise for dealing with the line while you sleep in.
