Any age or size will feel comfortable at The Yard. Every station (exercise) is suitable for a beginner to an advanced or super fit member. The trainers explain/demonstrate every exercise/station before the session starts - adapting it for members who have injuries or impairments - or how to get more out of the exercise if you are wanting a challenge. The trainers are observing their members during the session, correcting posture or form. As a member, I do not have to give any thought or plan what my routine or exercises will be. The Yard sets up the exercises for you - they are always a full body workout! I love the motivation and energy of the trainers at every session!! It feels as if you belong to a community!!!

Such an awesome gym! The workouts are so good ! Definitely worth a visit, and your first session is free! I love training with Tyler. HIIT classes are functional & so much fun! I influenced two of my friends to join me, and they immediately signed up too. I attended a one on one Personal Training session with Tyler, and all the areas that I want targeted were so stiff after my session! I couldn't recommend this gym enough for anyone in the upper highway area!

Absolutely love The Yard ! From my first visit I have felt welcomed, motivated, challenged and healthy. Everyone is so friendly and supportive which makes the each session enjoyable and rewarding. Undeniably the best gym I have ever attended. If you live in the upper highway area (or even if not), this is where you want to get your fitness fix !!

Cannot recommend The Yard Fitness enough, this team is wonderful - they keep you motivated and are attentive. Workouts are great - you're definitely having fun while getting fit. If you're looking for a great place to work out (group classes or one on one) this is the place!
