My recent visit was by end of July, Theory Associates was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped in, a lovely Asian lady greeted me with a warm smile, setting a friendly tone. And then, enter Maria – her fashion sense was a game-changer. She not only understood my style but also made shopping a breeze. With Maria’s help, my mom and I had a fantastic time exploring the store and finding some great pieces to take home. Her genuine enthusiasm and knack for picking out just the right clothes made all the difference. I can’t thank Theory associates enough, especially Maria, for making our shopping experience so enjoyable. Looking forward to returning soon for more style adventures!

Theory was my best brand ever … but unfortunately this shop and the team made it the worst experience ever for me. Zero customer service, I get it because it’s an outlet shop but I am really disappointed by the Managment. I have been sending all my relatives and friends there and they spend big but from now on no more !!!! They just want you to y money nothing else, email - phones - claims and no one ever answer. I am so frustrated with there customer service and there rude acting !

I went today and two staffs were impolite. They were not focusing on the clients. They just reached the clients, when they wound up their gab. What's more, the clerk just put the receipt on our paper pack without inquiring as to whether we need to have the receipt or put a receipt on the sack. We figured we didn't get the receipt cuz she didn't make reference to it!

I am in the process of refunding as my items had some issues. Managers have been very kind and accommodating. I was very satisfied with their top notch customer service. Would recommend buying from them. Follow up care is amazing even though it’s an outlet store.

Terrible customer service at this location. Very unhelpful and the staff would rather talk to each other than assist. You’re better off going to the sale section at Neimans where the staff is competent and helpful.

Unlike many stores in this outlet mall, Theory offers an outstanding selection of heavily discounted items. Staff super-helpful without being overbearing. Shout-out to Sarah for all her help.

The place gets super crowded and lines are long. Workers are friendly but we really have to do something about the lines. They have good deals though!

No big branding, no disgusting monograms nor huge logos on the clothes. High quality fabrics and solid construction. Ask for Angela.
