Would recomend to anyone! All staff are professional, friendly and caring! I have had interactions with their physio-as well as occupational therapy team. The physio who treated me on several occasions for different injuries made the visits pleasant and she also followed up on my progress and sent me relevant info to prevent future injuries. I went on a course that 3 off the occupational therapist presented and found the course very helpful and informative and loved the morning spent with them.

Our daughter visited the practice due to a sports injury to her hamstring. From entering the practice, where we were greeted by Lorinda, a very friendly and knowledgable receptionist. We were assisted by physiotherapist Anya who immediately put us at ease and we knew we were in the right place for assistance with her injury. Not only treating the injury but also assisting in identifying the underlying reason behind the injury. Great service and we will surely visit this practice again.

Was involved in a motor vehicle accident and was referred to Therapy in Action. They immediately made a slot available to see me. Staff is absolutely amazing, friendly beyond compare. The level of professionalism from them is outstanding. They made me feel very comfortable and explained every part of the process thoroughly. I’ve been going to Therapy in Action for more than a year now post several hand operations (5 and counting). The professional treatment I’ve received post operation and during recovery from both Susan and Bridgette, helped healing my hand. They helped improving my hand/finger movement and kept me in a positive frame of mind during times when I was struggling with the discomfort and pain. I would recommend anyone to use their services!

I have been going for therapy with Anya at Therapy in action for quite some time now for back injuries. Anya is using her activation skills which are amazing with other therapy's such as dry needling etc. She is a serious healer and I tell everyone with a problem to make an appointment. There is just no one I have been to that can make such a big difference in pain management.

For the first time ever, I have found somebody who understands chronic acute pain and knows how to treat it holistically. No more opioids and suffering. Mariet at TIA Somerset West has truly given me a new lease on life. I would recommend them to anybody who is giving up hope of finding relief from acute pain. Incredible insight and understanding of how pain can be beaten.

I have been extremely happy with the therapy I've been receiving at Therapy in Action. I don't feel like I'm a "number", as is often the case with the Medical profession. It's not often that one finds a therapist who keeps telephonic contact to check the progress of their patient. I would recommend Therapy in Action to anyone who needs a physiotherapist.

Saw Karmine (physiotherapist) after I injured my arm and can highly recommend her. She’s friendly, caring, professional and really helped me with my shoulder pain! The strapping helped me sleep better! (Bias: I do work here as an OT but it’s different being a patient and this was a new experience for me!)
