We found a car online back in March 2023, Peter was very prompt in getting back to us with additional information, as we live in Regional Victoria it was a little bit of a juggle logistically but they were very obliging, Peter recommended My Money for some additional finance as we were not planning on originally spending so much, and he also recommended integrity extended warranty insurance, we were initially abit hesitant to do this but decided to take it out at an additional cost of $2500. The care has been fantastic, Peter made us aware of normal wear and tear items and provided all the necessary paperwork we required. After our first service 5 months after we purchased, we found alittle issue with the starter motor, so we contacted Integrity, the girls in the office were very efficient and pleasant to deal with, there was an initial confusion with regards to the covering of the starter motor replacement but Luke from Thompson jumped on it and stood behind their car and everything is working out great. It very nice to hear and see in these tough times that there are business's out there that stand behind their products. Things are tough, but we all need to be respectful and maintain our value's. STAY AWAY. They will sell you dodgy cars that have come from all over Australia , many with fake service history or no service history at all, and they become very aggressive when you don’t take the motor vehicle warranty they offer, they basically bully you into spending an extra few thousand right at the last moment , for the useless dealer car warranty, these guys are cons . CAR CITY IN GENERAL FULL ON CONS. Better off going to a renowned make dealer and looking at their used stock.
