My nephew came to visit and was trying to navigate trains during the strikes. He was speaking to me on the phone to know where to go and when he asked for help from the ticket office I could hear the lady being very rude and telling him to get off the phone. Has she never travelled abroad. I’m so annoyed. Be polite!!

Everyone who wants to buy a ticket for any station from London temerials trains Stations. Well please make sure you are not being served by some elderly ticket officer!!! He will give you the wrong type of return, time and cost you extra!!!! Beware!!!!!!!

The usual stuff here. There is a toilet and a coffee shop. Always open in the morning. Trains stop to go to Victoria and London bridge. A fence to divide the fast tracks which is handy to stop those who wish to go to the other side. The

Have been a frequent user of this train station for over 15 years. It does get very very busy in the evening rush hour, but apart from that is a welcome alternative to the bigger and busier stations in central Croydon.

Like any station supposedly served by southern railway it's plagued by cancellations and delays. Pay your money and take your chances, unless you have any alternative in which case take that.

Lift was not working on 8 October 2021 whole day(visited twice). Wheelchair and pram (baby)users suffered a lot.

very bad service almost 2,3 time a week some time late or suddenly cancel. no coordination with staffs.

Good food shops. Council gym close. Good bus services. Roads very congested 90% of the time.

If you have alighted your train here you might want to board the very next train to depart.
